extent interpersonal relationships, communication culture can be formed. Consequently,

communication takes the leading position within the human activities which are carried out,

it satisfies the most essential necessity, namely to live in society and consider himself as a

human being. Therefore, its importance for each person is unlimited”. Communication is the

process of dealing thoughts with each other during the different activities caused by people’s

requirement. Every person’s activity in the society includes mutual forms of communication

and effect, because any work, firstly, requires complicated cooperation like people’s

agreement with each other, exchange information and opinions with each other. Thus, every

human’s importance in the society, work success, authority are attached directly with his

capability of communication. At first sight it looks easy, however, the process of exchanging

ideas is extremely complicated, so an individual is able to learn it during his life. A famous

psychologist B.F.Parigin wrote about the complication of communication from

psychological sphere:

a)

the process of interaction of individuals

b)

the process of exchanging information among individuals

c)

the process of person’s attitude to another one

d)

the process of influence of one person to others

e)

opportunities to invite cooperation to each other

f)

the process of people’s understanding each other.

Communication has its own forms and peculiarities according to its characteristics. It reflects

financial and cultural features of person’s practical activity and his demands.

Teacher, pupil and student’s upbringing, attitude and culture can be shown during the

communication among them. Human’s behavior, firstly, can be seen during the relation with

people. An educated and well-brought up person knows very well how to ask for questions

about some problems or if it is necessary to give questions about family relationships.

Teacher’s one of the most important quality is to raise collocutor’s mood, give optimistic

mentality and prove him how he is powerful. In that case it should be mentioned that, a well-

behaved teacher cannot tolerate bad and awful habits like ambition, arrogance, indifference,

jealousy, gossip and will fight against them. An integral part of teacher’s behavioral culture

is related to his speech culture, because the speech and the word, which is expressed by it,

has great influential psychological power. Not only with its own meaning but also expression

method of the speaker’s idea can improve the degree of effect.

English playwright Bernard Shaw said:”There are more than 50 methods to say “Yes”, the

word “No” has the same ones, but to write these words have only one way”. This thought

hides itself extremely delicate meaning. As at the heart of teacher’s communication stands a

word, a thought, to express an idea based on each teacher’s level, spiritual world and culture.

If we consider that, teacher’s communication culture needs not only for interpersonal

relationships, but also it has influence on production, work team, social life, and we can

understand that how it is vital to improve people’s property aspects and qualities among

humans. Generally speaking, it is necessary to develop communication culture as a common

necessity. An outstanding writer Bernard Shaw said: “Now that we have learnt to fly in the

air like birds and dive in the sea like fish, only one thing remains to learn to live on the Earth

like humans.” A famous detective, a main hero of Arthur Conan Doyle’s works Sherlock

Holmes emphasized: “Each person is an unsolvable riddle according to his own

characteristics, however, the similarity among each other will be saved to a certain extent”.

Peculiarities which can develop teacher’s communication culture:

learning pedagogical experiences;

exiting healthy communication processes in the pedagogical team;

exiting interpersonal relationship in his living place;

forming pupils’ spiritual and moral circumstances;

exchanging opinions and experiences mutually;

regularity of reading fictional books.

In conclusion, not only person’s external beauty, but also internal world, current human

appearance is the result of long historical period. In this period of maturity communication

and interaction culture among people have been improved and developed. Therefore,

understanding teacher’s attitude to colleague and pupils is an essential duty.
