This article describes the views of the new enlighteners on establishing a healthy lifestyle among people, raising children to have good qualities, freeing them from various harmful habits and unclean vices, preserving physical and mental health, improving the quality of life, proper nutrition, adhering to a healthy lifestyle, loyalty to national and universal values, health, and the essence of movement and inactivity.
