  • It is known that mortality among patients with the ankilosing spondiloartritis (AS) is 1,85 times higher than population level and is caused by cardiovascular pathology (CC). Today the role of persistant inflammatory process in developing of the CC diseases owing to development of the dysfunction of endothelium (DE) docs not leave doubt. Considering it, the increased level of the S-jet protein, is considered as an independent predictor of development of cardiovascular diseases and their complications. For this reason, gains the special importance in development of DE and the CC pathology of an inflammation at patients with autoimmune diseases which constant attribute is actually inflammatory process. Despite modem approach to treatment the ankilosing spondiloartritis from use of immunobio logical preparations, practically there arc no data on development of DE, influence of an inflammation on a state an endothelium and development of cardiovascular pathology in patients with the ankilosing spondiloartritis.

  • For the purpose of early diagnosis of sepsis, the index of spontaneous agglomeration of leukocytes and the index of nuclear segmentation of neutrophils were studied in babies. It was found that in young children with sepsis these indices allow differentiating local infection from the septic process, on the one hand, and on the other hand, using the neutrophil nuclear segmentation index and the spontaneous agglomeration index of leukocytes in babies makes it possible to determine the effectiveness treatment and diagnose the progression of the pathological process.

  • Experimental study of new polycomposition haemostatic powder was performed. 60 white male rabbits with weight 198 + 2,7 g were used. Morphologic alterations were studied at 3, 12 hours, 1, 3, 7, 14, 30 days after the operation. Results revealed the haemostatic effect of Heprocel powder. Microscopic data showed the gradual healing of the liver wound forming the thin connective tissue in injured zone. The slight inflammation developed as foreign body reaction, which reduced with implant biodegradation. Inflammation signs were manifested in the control group. The complete biodegradation of haemostatic powder Heprocel was registered on 14 – 21 days. Thus, the new haemostatic agent Heprocel might be used for parenchymal bleeding control in trauma and operation.

  • The aim of this work was to determine the long-term risks of venous thromboembolism (VTE) in patients with subsequent extraction of residual tumor thrombus and the effect of residual tumor thrombus on overall survival. The first aim was to determine the risk of VTE during a 2-year follow-up period. The second aim was the determination of the overall survival within 2 years. In patients with residual tumor thrombus, the overall survival rate was lower than in patients with a fully resected tumor thrombus, or in those who did not have a tumor thrombus. Conclusions: the presence of residual tumor thrombus is an important risk factor for the development of VTE amid patients with renal cell carcinoma.

  • The effectiveness of using computer tomography in the complex examination of 60 patients with chronic recurrent hematogenic osteomyelitis aged from 7 to 22 years old have been analyzed in the investigation. Com- puter tomography as opposed to plan radiography allowed us more precisely determine the real sizes of de- structive process in the injured bone. In all cases computer tomography has exceeded plan radiography to de- termination of small sequesters, supporting chronic inflammation and promoting hard recurrent course of the disease. Used examination method provides the highest accuracy of detection of purulent-necrotic changes in the affected bones and increases the role of radial methods of diagnostics in developing a set of treatment measures, including the scope and tactics of surgical intervention in chronic recurrent hematogenous osteomy- elitis

  • The manifestation of perinatal damage to the nervous system, along with disorders of other systems of the body, has a negative effect on the adaptation processes of the hemostasis system in the newborn, leading to hypocoagulation (lengthening of aPTT and PTW) and increased fibrinolysis (increase in PCV). In newborns with perinatal damage to the nervous system, hemostasiological disorders manifest as hepatic coagulopathy, D1C, syndrome, and deficiency of vitamin К-dependent factors.

  • Arrhythmia is a violation of the sequence and frequency of heart contractions. The human heart contracts in a certain mode. This mode forms the conducting system of the heart. It represents knots and bundles of nervous tissue - accumulations of nerve cells and fibers located in areas of the myocardium, which generate bioelectrical impulses in the heart and conduct them [4,10]. There are the following types of arrhythmias: sinus (tachycardia, bradycardia, extrasystole), atrial fibrillation (AF) of the atria or ventricles, paroxysmal tachycardia, heart block [8].

  • The article considers the spectra of anti- and proinflammatory cytokines in blood serum at the family bronchial asthma, as well as the nature of clinical and pathogenic forms of bronchial asthma, which affect the formation of the disease. The study was conducted in 346 relatives from 49 families with bronchial asthma. It was determined in the serum of IL-6 and γ-interferon that the "Vector-Best" test was used. A study was made of the number of IL-6 and γ-interferon in the blood serum in patients with familial bronchial asthma, depending on the pathogenetic forms, stages, length of service and the degree of disease control. It was found that an in- crease in the number of IL-6 in the blood serum, a decrease in interferon-γ depending on the stage, allergic forms, an increase in the length of the disease and in patients with uncontrolled asthma are a differential diag-nostic marker.

  • Treatment of iron-deficiency anemia is carried out according to the etiopathogenetic condition. If possi-ble, the causes of the disease are eliminated by an etiological factor that promotes the development of anemia. Pathogenetic method of cure is the appointment of iron preparations. In this work, characteristic of the medi-cine "Hemolif" is given, which was used in 30 patients who were on cured at the Research Institute of Hema-tology and Blood transfusion with the iron-deficiency anemia diagnosis in heavy degree. The positive effect of the Hemolif action is due to the iron (III) content of the hydroxide of the sucrose complex, stimulates erythro-poiesis and leads to an increase in the hemoglobin level

  • During pregnancy, jaundice syndrome can develop as a complication of pregnancy, as well as in infectious and other pathological conditions. Timely establishment of the correct diagnosis in the development of jaundice in pregnant women is extremely important, since the management of pregnant women with viral hepatitis and women with jaundice due to pregnancy pathologies has significant differences. The development of jaundice in pregnancy can lead to such pathological conditions as indomitable vomiting of pregnant women, cholestatic hepatosis of pregnant women. The most important and difficult is the differential diagnosis of acute fatty hepatosis of pregnant women. Acute fatty liver of pregnancy is a rare occurring pathology of pregnancy: one case of acute fatty hepatosis of pregnant women occurs in 10,000-13,000 births. Consequently, in most maternity hospitals with the number of births of 3000-5000 per year, doctors theoretically have the opportunity to observe such a pathology of pregnant women once every three to four years [1,2]. As a rule, patients with AFGB are admitted to the infectious diseases hospital with suspicion of viral hepatitis, so the differential diagnosis is first of all, it is carried out with acute viral hepatitis (AVH) of various etiologies.

  • The modern development of methods of ultrasonic diagnostics assumes survey of all surface trunk venous course, an assessment of different options of a structure of veins, their valvate device throughout and allows to reveal local damage of veins directly. Conclusions. At the isolated varicosity classical and low-invasive meth- ods of treatment are used, each of which has the advantages and shortcomings. The basic principles of a sav- ings flebektomiya consist in use of tactics and methods of treatment which allow to keep BPV trunk for the shunting operations in cardiovascular surgery. The isolated varicosity is followed by local defeat of superficial venous system. In the concept of savings surgery treatment doesn't demand performance of a flebektomiya of trunks of BPV or MPV. For the safennykh and the perforantnykh of inflows method of the choice is vysoko-tochny crossing of a varicose vein in the mouth with the subsequent sklerozirovaniye or surgical removal

  • In modern operational urology the pharmacological methods of hemostasis of operational wounds based on processing by local haemo statics since other traditional methods, in particular, bandaging of vessel in wound or electrocoagulation possess a number of adverse side effects gain ground. Many pharmacological methods of hemostasis (processing by hydrogen peroxide, alcohol, etc.) possess negative impact on wound surface, up to nekrotization of the last. Use for hemostasis of operational wounds in urology of infusion and tincture of the lagokhilus intoxicating allows to reach hemostasis without possible complications.

  • With the purpose of studying the state of trace elements, a study was conducted in 50 patients with he-mophilia associated with hematomesenchymal dysplasia which there cured in the hemophilia center. It was established that in patients with hematomesenchymal dysplasia, there was an imbalance in the microelement status, which was characterized by reliable Mg² + deficiency - 1.6 times, Ca 2+ - 2.1 times, iron 1.2 times com-pared to the control group. The pronounced deficiency of magnesium and calcium can be explained not only by the low consumption of microelements with food products, but also by their dependence on the level of iron and potassium in the human body.

  • Plasmapheresis sessions were performed among 45 patients in JSC “RSCS named after academician V. Vakhidov”. The results revealed that the positive reaction of the pathological process was observed in all pa-tients, regardless of the used method. However, different session number was required to achieve a significant reduction or normalization of the investigated parameters. The session number of standard method ranged from 4 to 5, the same results were observed after 2-3 sessions of modified method. The conducting of plasma-pheresis according to developed method revealed the prominent advantage over the standard method. In all cases, regardless of the reasons for detoxification procedures, we managed to reduce the number of sessions, i.e. to improve the detoxification quality. Thus, developed plasmapheresis method combines detoxification mechanisms of efferent therapy (plasmapheresis) and and indirect electrochemical oxidation of blood (electro-activated solution exposure, i.e. neutral anolyte) which made it possible to increase the effectiveness of the per-formed treatment.
