M. G’aniyeva

It is known to all of us that in the initial stages of teaching table tennis, even after the subsequent stages (training and sports improvement stages), the movement technique and precision of the game methods are formed on the basis of traditional exercises. For example, at the first stage of the teaching process, an idea is created about the technique of the method to be taught. At this stage, methods of explanation and demonstration are used. The method taught in the second stage is the position and movements associated with the execution of this method in normal conditions, the ways of holding the racket, hitting the ball with it, hitting it at a low height, stopping and hitting it again, hitting the ball from the table with different movements in pairs, at different distances and at different points. ball hitting exercises are used.
