ISSUES OF IMPROVING THE INSTITUTE OF PUNISHMENT IN THE CASE OF CONFESSION
Abstract
This article analyzes the issues of improving the institution of punishment in the case of confession. Also, in the article, the author made suggestions and recommendations as a result of analyzing the opinions of scientists regarding the improvement of the institution of guilty confession.
