Abstract:
This article explores the role of
leadership
in
business,
highlighting
its
importance, key qualities and impact on
organizational success. By analyzing recent
studies, it teaches how to become effective
leadership in the teams. The goal of exploring the
importance of leadership in business is to provide
with information that can be inspiration for the
team. The article will also explain the types of
leadership and how to improve these skills. We
hope that with this information, you will improve
your business. Furthermore, we guarantee that
you will not face the problems with leadership in
business by finding and making changes to your
business through the information provided by us.
INTRODUCTION
Leadership is one of the main roles to improve business or organization and influencing others to
achieve common goals. Over the decades, the leadership in business has got better. Effective leaders
possess a clear vision, communicate effectively, and foster an environment that encourages growth,
innovation, and collaboration. There are a number of techniques about how to improve the leadership.
The purpose of the research is to teach how to build strong relationship with colleagues with insights
from my deep study on the topic. Our main goal is to share our experiences with other business systems.
The information which we got in our real business test was very effective and delighting outcome for
our service. The question is: Is there anything that can improve our business?

There are majority types of leadership such as autocratic leadership, democratic leadership,
transformational leadership and the importance of leadership.
Autocratic Leadership
Autocratic leaders make decisions independently with little or no input from others. They maintain
strict control over all aspects.
Democratic Leadership
Democratic leaders involve team members in decision-making process. They value input and feedback
from their team and encourage open communication.
Transformational Leadership
Transformational leaders inspire and motivate their team to achieve extraordinary outcomes. They
focus on creating a vision, fostering a strong of purpose, and encouraging personal and professional
growth.
Importance of Leadership
Leaders are responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company or organization. Moreover,
leaders play a crucial role in motivating and inspiring their teams. Through their actions, words, and
attitudes, they create a positive and engaging work environment. The leaders who create a positive
work environment, recognize and develop talent, and foster a sense of belonging and purpose are more
likely to have engaged and loyal employees.
CONCLUSION
Understanding different leadership styles-such as autocratic, democratic, transformational and others-
enables leaders to adapt their approach based on the needs of their team and the specific context. Each
leadership style has its advantages and disadvantages, and the effectiveness of a particular style can
very depending on the situation, not always.
