Importance:

Today, the pharmaceutical sector is an integral part of the rapidly developing field

of medicine. Training specialists who ensure the quality, safety, and effectiveness of medicines is one
of the key factors for the successful functioning of the healthcare system. Reforms being carried out
in the pharmaceutical education system introduce new approaches by preparing personnel in
accordance with international standards and strengthening the integration of science and practice.
Therefore, these topics are highly relevant.

Research Objective:

To analyze the reforms implemented in the field of pharmaceutical

education, identify achievements and existing problems, and develop proposals and recommendations
for the development of the sector.

Methods and Approaches:

The following methods were applied in the research:

Analytical method: analysis of normative-legal documents and strategic programs;
Comparative method: comparison with international pharmaceutical education standards;
Surveys and interviews: with teachers and students active in the pharmaceutical field;
Statistical methods: based on indicators for evaluating the quality of education.

Results:

In recent years, the pharmaceutical education system has gradually transitioned to a

credit-module system. Pedagogical technologies and digital teaching methods are being widely
implemented. Cooperation with pharmacies and pharmaceutical enterprises to strengthen students'
practical skills is expanding. However, some curricula do not meet modern requirements, there is a
shortage of qualified teachers, and scientific research activity remains low.

Conclusions and Recommendations:

Although the reforms in pharmaceutical education have

yielded positive results, a systematic approach and continuous improvement are necessary. In the near
future, it is planned to: Obtain international accreditation of study programs; Establish pharmaceutical
simulation centers; Increase grants for scientific research;

Organize masterclasses involving foreign experts to further improve the quality of education.
