NON-INVASIVE THERAPY IN YOUNG CHILDREN WITH PNEUMONIA

Relevance.
Recently, there has been a trend around the world to limit the use of drug therapy. In this
regarg, in the rehabilitation and treatment of young children, the leading role is given to non-drug methods
of exposure that exert a softer, more gentle load on the div than drug therapy, effects on the entire div
at the same time.
Aim.
Evaluation of the immunocorrecting effectiveness of point phototherapy in young children with
pneumonia.
Materials and methods.
46 infants with pneumonia were examined. A decrease in sone indicators
of the immune status of the examined patients was revealed in comparison with 22 healthy children. During
the research two treatment regimens were developed, depending on wihch the children were divided into 2
groups.
Results.
The first group consisted of 24 young children who, in addition to basic therapy, received
acupressure phototherapy sessions twice a day. The second group consisted of 22 children who, in addition
to basic therapy received acupressure phototherapy sessions twice a day. More effective both in the
dynamics of clinical phenomena and in terms of immune status was the treatment of children Who received
a double session of phototherapy in comparison with traditional treatment. Analysis of the content of T-
lymphocytes in the blood significantly reduced their relative number in the midst and stabilization phase of
39,7+_0,94 and 42,2+_0,86%respectively compared with the control group 52,4+_1,40%(P<0,05).At the
same time, the immunological parameters studied in this group reached the values of healthy, children and
a positive change in hemoglobin in the blood (78%).A study of the dynamics of the indicators revealed that
in children who received phototherapy sessioss foci of local infection were eliminated by 5-7 days at
significantly earlier dates and the bed-day was reduced by 3- 5day.They less often developed anemia and
malnutrition.
Conclusion.
Thus the sessions of point phototherapy have a pronounced positive clinical effect on
young children with pneumonia.
