Abstract:
Innovation strategies are essential for organizations and educational institutions
striving to stay competitive and adaptive in rapidly evolving environments. This article examines
the necessity of innovation strategies, outlines key tasks involved in implementing them, and
discusses how these strategies drive progress and sustainable success. By understanding the
dynamics of innovation, organizations can foster a culture of creativity, overcome challenges,
and maintain a competitive edge in an ever-changing landscape.
