The study identifies structural, semantic, and pragmatic aspects of aphorism-based paremiological units and analyzes how cultural specificity, figurative language, and stylistic economy influence their interpretation in the target language. Comparative and descriptive methods are applied to explore translation strategies that maintain both semantic fidelity and rhetorical effect. The findings underscore the need for creative adaptation and culturally informed decision-making to preserve the intended impact of aphorisms in translation.

The five Central Asian republics of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan are increasingly promoting tourism as one of the main factors of local economic growth. Rich in Silk Road heritage sites and natural scenery ranging from desert to high mountain lakes, the region has seen rapid growth in tourism in recent years. This article explores the impact of regional tourism in Central Asia on local economies and draws on recent (post 2020) and historical data. Economic indicators such as tourism income, employment rate and small business growth are analyzed, as well as tourism policies and Border-back initiatives such as the proposed Silk Visa. In addition, the cultural and environmental consequences of tourism are considered, and on the example of each state of the region, these influences are illuminated through real situations. This article aims to discuss what role the model of European Union can play in forming and nurturing an integration atmosphere in the Central Asian region. Similar to other regions of the world, Central Asian countries have, in recent years, been paying attention to integration. This can be seen in the consultative forums in which the Central Asian heads of state and government meet, which of course helps to forge regional dialogue and is likely to be important in deepening integration in the future. Without doubt, the European Union structure is the best integration model in the world because it is the only international organization which has a legal order, supranational institutions, and a monetary union which illustrate the existence of well functioning integration. Therefore, although it is possible to argue that there is a possibility to construct an integration model in Central Asia using the EU approach, there are many obstacles that stand in the way of making this a reality.

This study analyzes the current state of regional integration in Central Asia through classical and modern integration theories. Using Balassa’s stages of integration, Tinbergen’s functionalism, and neofunctionalism, the research evaluates progress in trade, transport connectivity, and institutional cooperation. While initiatives such as the Samarkand European Union–Central Asia Connectivity Summit and the China-Central Asia Summit highlight growing economic and political ties, challenges remain in terms of infrastructure gaps, water resource disputes, and political diversity. Intra-regional trade has increased significantly, yet uneven economic development and security concerns hinder deeper integration. The findings suggest that Central Asia stands at a critical juncture, where sectoral cooperation and institutional strengthening could pave the way toward more sustainable and institutionalized integration.

This study analyzes Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) flows to developing countries across Asia, Africa, and Latin America from 2010 to 2024. Using data from UNCTAD, World Bank, and regional development banks, we examine twelve representative countries from each region. Results show Asian developing countries received the highest FDI inflows (averaging $650 billion annually), followed by Latin America ($185 billion) and Africa ($85 billion). Key determinants vary by region: market size and manufacturing capacity drive Asian FDI, natural resources and regional integration influence Latin American flows, while resource extraction and infrastructure needs dominate African patterns. The findings provide insights for policymakers seeking to enhance investment attraction strategies.

This study examines relationships related to precious stones and precious metals as objects of civil law regulation within the legal framework of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The research addresses the gap in national jurisprudence regarding the comprehensive study of civil-legal regulation of precious stones and metals in their natural state, moving beyond traditional focus on secondary market regulation and illegal circulation prevention. The analysis begins with constitutional foundations, particularly Article 68 of the Uzbekistan Constitution, which establishes underground resources as national wealth under state protection while emphasizing rational utilization. The study traces recent legislative developments, including Presidential Decree PQ-4030 of 2018, which legalized precious metals extraction through prospecting methods as entrepreneurship, addressing previous criminogenic situations arising from unregulated extraction activities. The study identifies three primary categories of civil-legal relationships: organizational relationships regarding land use rights for extraction activities, delivery relationships between prospectors and authorized purchasers, and liability relationships for regulatory violations.

The article addresses the optimization of surgical treatment methods for choledocholithiasis complicated by purulent cholangitis. Given the rising prevalence of cholelithiasis and its serious complications, particularly in industrialized countries, the study focuses on improving outcomes through advanced surgical strategies. A total of 70 patients were analyzed at the Andijan State Medical Institute from 2023 to 2024. Traditional and modified multi-stage surgical approaches were compared, including open and laparoscopic cholecystectomy, choledocholithotomy, endoscopic papillosphincterotomy (EPST), and nasobiliary drainage. Results showed that the improved method, which combines minimally invasive surgery with intraportal antibiotic administration and bile duct lavage, significantly reduced the incidence of severe complications such as liver microabscesses and sepsis. The study concludes that early diagnosis and a tailored surgical approach enhance the effectiveness of treatment and reduce mortality in patients with complicated choledocholithiasis.

The lungs are vital organs responsible for gas exchange, providing oxygen to tissues and removing carbon dioxide from the bloodstream. Histologically, the lungs are composed of a branching bronchial tree ending in alveoli, where gas exchange occurs across the alveolar-capillary barrier. Pathological conditions such as pneumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and pulmonary fibrosis cause characteristic alterations in lung histology that directly impair respiratory function. This article reviews the normal histological structure of the lungs and describes common pathological changes with emphasis on their diagnostic and clinical relevance.

In this type of statistical analysis of foreign countries, accidents related to parking lots account for 10-15% of total accidents. Based on this, we analyzed accidents that occurred in the parking areas of cars along the carriageway of the roads of the studied streets of Tashkent. From the analysis of traffic accidents on streets with on-street parking lots in Tashkent, it can be seen that the density of traffic accidents in areas with on-street parking lots (see Figure 1.14) is also increasing. A smart parking lot is a specialized parking area for cars, created using sensors and modern technologies to quickly and conveniently find parking spaces, ensure safety, and automate the process of temporarily storing a car [1]. Today, the number of cars is growing rapidly, and modern technologies are being introduced to solve the problem of limited parking spaces. One of the main directions of development in this area is “smart” parking sensors.
