Abstract This scientific work studies the issue of creating a poverty prediction model based on artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Today, there is a growing need for accurate and fast analytical tools to identify poverty and develop effective measures to reduce it. The article discusses methods for analyzing data based on various artificial intelligence methods - in particular, machine learning algorithms (decision tree, random forest, neural networks) and determining the probable poverty level based on them. The models are based on factors such as income, education level, employment status, and place of residence. The results of the study are important for early detection of poverty, planning social assistance measures, and optimizing economic policy. Car service employees are exposed to various physical, chemical and psychoemotional risk factors during their work. These factors have a negative impact on the health of workers, increasing the risk of occupational diseases and general health problems. Medical activity - a set of systematic actions of employees aimed at preserving and strengthening their health - is one of the main conditions for ensuring labor productivity and worker safety in this area. The article analyzes the concept of medical activity, its main indicators and assessment methods. The information provided in domestic and international scientific sources on working conditions and risk factors in the car service sector is summarized. Also, modern innovative approaches to increasing medical activity are considered - telemedicine, health monitoring through mobile applications, workplace wellness programs, AR/VR-based training and motivation mechanisms. The results of the analysis indicate that innovative technologies and targeted organizational measures can significantly increase the level of medical activity of employees, increase their involvement in preventive measures and improve their overall health. The proposals put forward in the article can be practically applied in the formation of a healthy working environment in Uzbek car service enterprises.

The study aimed to analyze the effect of microwave processing on the protein composition of wheat grain, using the Kjeldahl method to quantify changes in protein content and structure. Wheat is one of the main sources of human nutrition, and its protein composition plays a key role in providing essential amino acids. However, processing methods such as microwave can have a significant impact on the nutritional properties of grain. In this study, experiments were conducted with different microwave processing modes on wheat grain. Samples were exposed to microwave radiation with different power and processing time. The Kjeldahl method, widely recognized in analytical chemistry, was used to determine the total protein content, as well as to detect changes in its structural characteristics. The results showed that microwave processing leads to significant changes in the protein composition of grain. Under optimal processing conditions, an increase in the availability of some amino acids was observed, which may be due to denaturation of proteins and release of bound nutrients. At the same time, excessive time or power of processing resulted in destruction of the molecular structure of proteins, which negatively affected their nutritional value.The study also conducted a comparative assessment of the effect of microwave processing on different wheat varieties, which made it possible to identify the genetic predisposition of some varieties to changes in protein composition. This discovery is of great importance for agronomic practice and wheat breeding, since it allows selecting varieties with optimal indicators for use in microwave processing conditions. This study highlights the need for further study of the interaction of processing technologies and the nutritional profile of grain, as well as the possibility of optimizing cooking methods to preserve the maximum nutritional value of products. The results can form the basis for developing recommendations for microwave processing of grain, which will contribute to improving its nutritional properties and expanding the possibilities of its use in the food industry. Thus, the work demonstrates that microwave processing is a promising method capable of changing the protein composition of wheat grain, and emphasizes the importance of choosing the right processing modes to achieve the desired changes in the nutritional profile of the product.

This article studies the theoretical foundations of the method of diagnosing the radiator with heat load for cooling internal combustion engines (ICE) of motor vehicles. First, the structural structure, operating principles and efficiency levels of existing cooling systems are analyzed. Background: Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by intense pruritus and eczematous lesions. Its pathogenesis is increasingly linked to a profound dysbiosis of the skin microbiome, notably the overabundance of Staphylococcus aureus. Objective: This review synthesizes the current understanding of the skin microbiome's role in AD pathogenesis and critically evaluates emerging microbiome-targeted therapeutic strategies. Main Body: The review highlights that the AD skin microenvironment is characterized by a significant reduction in microbial diversity and the pathogenic dominance of S. aureus, which contributes to barrier dysfunction and inflammation. Consequently, therapeutic strategies aimed at restoring eubiosis—including the use of probiotics, prebiotics, and skin microbiota transplantation—are emerging as promising approaches to disease management. Conclusion: Targeting the skin microbiome represents a paradigm shift in dermatology, offering a novel and promising frontier for developing more effective, personalized, and long-lasting treatments for atopic dermatitis.

Relevance: Osteofolliculitis, one of the most common forms of staphyloderma, often becomes chronically relapsing, significantly reducing the quality of life of patients and posing a complex therapeutic problem. Standard antimicrobial therapy is often insufficiently effective in achieving stable remission, indicating the important role of disorders in the host immune system. The purpose of the study: to study the features of immune imbalance in patients with chronic recurrent osteofolliculitis and to evaluate the clinical and immunological effectiveness of including immunocorrective therapy in complex treatment. Methods: The study involved 60 patients with chronic osteofolliculitis, divided into two groups: the main group (n=30) receiving standard therapy in combination with an immunomodulator, and the control group (n=30) receiving only standard therapy. Clinical dynamics, quality of life (DLQI index) and immunological parameters (T-lymphocyte subpopulations, serum immunoglobulin levels, neutrophil phagocytic activity) were assessed. Results: Patients with osteofolliculitis had significant disturbances in the cellular and humoral immunity before treatment. The use of combination therapy in the main group led to more rapid regression of rashes, improved quality of life, normalization of immunological parameters and a significant decrease in the relapse rate during the 6-month observation period compared to the control group. Conclusions: Immune imbalance is a key pathogenetic factor in the chronic course of osteofolliculitis. Inclusion of immunotherapy in complex treatment is a pathogenetically substantiated approach that allows increasing the effectiveness of therapy and achieving long-term remission.

This study examines the structural and semantic elements of proverbs in Uzbek and English, emphasizing both their universal features and culture-specific distinctions. Based on a selected corpus of widely used proverbs, the research analyzes syntactic patterns, figurative devices, and semantic domains in both languages. Structural analysis reveals similarities in parallelism and rhythmic balance, while semantic exploration highlights culturally embedded values, such as collectivism in Uzbek and individualism in English. The findings suggest that proverbs are not only linguistic expressions but also cultural artifacts, reflecting shared human wisdom while simultaneously preserving the unique socio-cultural identities of their respective communities.

Humor is not merely a collection of funny stories or jokes but a complex, multifaceted, and culturally conditioned phenomenon of human relations. It exists in any society and any language, serving not only to uplift the mood but also to perform deep social, pragmatic tasks. Through humor, people communicate, strengthen or weaken relationships, criticize or affirm social norms, relieve stress, and even gain the opportunity to discuss difficult topics. The purpose of this article is to conduct a comparative analysis of the main pragmatic functions of humorous dialogues—establishing solidarity, criticism, and coping—in various languages, specifically Uzbek (a Turkic language), Russian (Indo-European, Slavic group), English (Indo-European, Germanic group), and Chinese (Sino-Tibetan family). At the heart of the research lies the similarity and difference in the expression of humor due to the linguocultural specificities of these languages.

The article presents the results of a study on the clinical-anamnestic and histomorphological features of esophageal cancer in patients from the Ferghana Valley. An analysis was carried out on the main risk factors, anamnesis data, clinical course of the disease, as well as morphological characteristics of the tumor tissue. The predominant tumor forms, their localization, and histological structure were identified. Special attention was paid to regional features, including the impact of socio-economic and environmental factors on the incidence and morphological diversity of esophageal cancer. The findings have practical significance for early diagnosis, the development of prognostic criteria, and the optimization of treatment strategies for patients in this region.
