https://inlibrary.uz/index.php/jsshrf/article/view/134435

Transborder labor migration constitutes a significant facet of contemporary global mobility, profoundly influencing the cultural landscapes of both sending and receiving societies. This article examines the multifarious effects of labor migration across national borders on processes of cultural integration, emphasizing the dynamics of identity negotiation, social adaptation, and intercultural interaction. Drawing upon interdisciplinary perspectives from sociology, anthropology, and migration studies, the paper explores how migrant laborers contribute to cultural transformation while navigating challenges related to cultural preservation, social inclusion, and potential marginalization. The analysis highlights both the opportunities and tensions inherent in transborder labor mobility, underscoring its role in reshaping cultural identities and integration patterns in increasingly interconnected societies. Policy implications aimed at fostering inclusive and sustainable cultural integration amid labor migration flows are also discussed.
Mirzaev Bunyat Shokirdzhan ogli

https://inlibrary.uz/index.php/jsshrf/article/view/134436

Cross-border migration profoundly challenges and transforms national identity and social consciousness in both origin and destination societies. This article examines the complex interactions between migration processes and collective identity formation, analyzing how human mobility across borders disrupts traditional notions of national belonging while simultaneously generating new forms of social consciousness. Through examining the dialectical relationship between inclusion and exclusion, assimilation and multiculturalism, and local and global identities, this analysis reveals migration as a catalyst for fundamental transformations in how societies understand themselves and their boundaries. The study explores both the opportunities for enriched cultural diversity and the tensions arising from perceived threats to established national narratives.
Mirzayev Buniyot Shokirjonovich

https://inlibrary.uz/index.php/jsshrf/article/view/134437

In the context of accelerating globalization and mounting geopolitical threats, the concept of patriotism demands a critical philosophical reassessment. This article explores the transformation of patriotism from a historically static allegiance to the state into a dynamic philosophical construct that balances global security imperatives with the preservation of cultural identity. The study delves into the dual pressure of transnational security frameworks and cultural homogenization, assessing how national consciousness and cultural self-awareness are redefined under global influence. It examines the interplay between cosmopolitan ethics and rooted cultural values, proposing a new model of patriotism that is both inclusive and resistant to identity erosion. Drawing from philosophical discourses on national identity, ethics of citizenship, and postmodern cultural theory, the article argues that contemporary patriotism must evolve into a form of responsible cultural loyalty—one that supports national cohesion while promoting constructive engagement in global civil society. The work incorporates comparative analysis of different geopolitical contexts and philosophical traditions to conceptualize a multidimensional patriotism suitable for the 21st century.
Abdulkhayev Azizbek Abdurashid ogli

https://inlibrary.uz/index.php/jsshrf/article/view/134438

This article analyzes the role of metaphor and emotions in political discourse from the perspective of cognitive linguistics. The research object consists of official speeches delivered by the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, between 2016 and 2024. The study identifies the main conceptual metaphor models – “journey”, “house/building”, “struggle/battle”, and “nature/renewal” – and examines their communicative functions. Emotional elements such as hope, pride, responsibility, and motivation, used in the speeches, are also analyzed to reveal their role in inspiring, uniting, and shaping public consciousness. The results demonstrate that metaphors and emotions in presidential speeches serve not merely as stylistic ornamentation but as powerful cognitive tools for conceptualizing and conveying political ideas.
Axmadjonova Nargizaxon Yo‘lchiboy qizi

https://inlibrary.uz/index.php/jsshrf/article/view/134439

This article explores the complex socio-philosophical dynamics underlying the transformation of moral values in the age of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital environments. The study highlights how digital technologies, particularly AI systems, are not only reshaping social interactions but also influencing ethical norms and cultural paradigms. Through a critical analysis of technological mediation in moral decision-making, the paper examines the risks of value relativism, moral depersonalization, and the erosion of traditional ethical frameworks. It also considers the dual impact of digitalization: the democratization of information and empowerment of individual agency on one hand, and the potential for algorithmic bias, surveillance, and moral disorientation on the other. Drawing on philosophical theories of ethics, social constructivism, and postmodern critiques, the research seeks to illuminate the emerging patterns of value formation in a digitally saturated society. The article argues that the transformation of moral values through AI must be approached with a conscious, ethically grounded framework that balances technological progress with human-centered moral responsibility.
Davronov Bahodir Tohirjonovich

https://inlibrary.uz/index.php/jsshrf/article/view/134440

This study investigates the intricate relationship between self-acceptance, couple trust, and marital happiness among individuals within the Rote Tribe community. Drawing upon psychological theories of well-being and relational dynamics, this research posits that self-acceptance positively influences marital happiness, and that this relationship is mediated by the level of trust between spouses. Utilizing a quantitative, correlational design, data were collected from a representative sample of married individuals in the Rote Tribe. The findings reveal a significant positive correlation between self-acceptance and marital happiness, and crucially, confirm that couple trust plays a significant intermediary role in this association. Higher self-acceptance is linked to greater trust within the marital relationship, which, in turn, contributes to enhanced marital happiness. These results underscore the profound importance of both intra-personal (self-acceptance) and inter-personal (trust) factors in fostering marital well-being, particularly within specific cultural contexts such as the Rote Tribe, where traditional practices like belis may influence marital dynamics. The study offers valuable implications for pre-marital counseling, marital therapy, and community-based interventions aimed at promoting healthier and happier marital relationships.
Dr. Markus T.
