Формирование школы связано с открытием в 1804 году Казанского императорского университета. По первому уставу университета, подписанному 5 ноября 1804 года, был определен штат одного лектора татарского языка. На эту должность был назначен Ибрагим Хальфин, талантливый и образованный учитель Казанской гимназии, хорошо знающий турецкий, арабский и персидский языки, тюрко-татарские письменные памятники. В университете преподавались арабский, персидский, турецкий и татарский языки, что в конечном итоге сыграло определяющую роль в формировании российской тюркологии [3: 2016].

The objective of the study is to reveal traditional and cultural characteristics of the English and Uzbek tales by means of their linguacultural analysis which is based on the plots of the similar fairytales in two languages. Возникла социолингвистика, по мнению учёных тогда, когда стали накапливаться факты, которые всё хуже и хуже поддавались объяснению через существующие теории языка, именно тогда учёные-исследователи обратились к смежным наукам. Кроме того, считается, что социолингвистика появилась как ответ на «общественную потребность» прежде всего в упорядочении языка.
