INSTITUTIONS

Эта статья посвящена работающим медсестрам в стоматологической поликлинике.
Мы
проанализировали
литературные
данные
по
трудовой
мотивации
и
психоэмоциональном состояние медицинских сестер. Этот вид деятельности включает в
себя все важные качества, которыми должен обладать человек, хочет помочь больному,
нуждающемуся и слабому человеку. Особенно важно психоэмоциональное состояние
медсестер, которое помогають больного и человеку.

Цель исследования:
влияние сильные и слабые стороны медицинских сестер в
стоматологической поликлинике.
Методы исследования:
Данные анкетного опроса медсестер стоматологической
поликлинике.
Результаты и обсуждение:
теоретически проанализировать психоэмоциональное
состояние медицинских сестер в стоматологических поликлиниках. Найти корень
проблемы в моральном состоянии медсестер. Именно эти качества помогут в такой
сложный и ответственной работе. Ведь от каждого сотрудника зависит жизнь пациента. У
93 % медсестёр испытывают чувство патриотизма к своей профессии, им нравится их
работа. На 7 % чаще не нравится профессия и хотелось бы попробовать себя в другой
специальности, 45% оценили уровень профессионализма как высокий, 55 % так средний.
78 % имеют квалификационную категорию Высшего уровня, 9 %- Первого уровня, -6 %
Второго уровня, а 15 %-не имеют категории. По степени значимости психоэмоциональное
состояние медсестры 10 %- за участие в санитарно-просветительской работе с пациентом,

8 %- за организацию работы кабинета, 3 %- за участие в диагностических мероприятиях, 8
%- для ведения документаций.
Выводы:
Анализы и исследования показали, что уровень развития трудовой активности
у медицинских работников на прямую зависит от степени удовлетворенности условиями и
содержанием труда, истечения действия категории, стажа работы, то есть,
предопределяется объективными социальными причинами условия. Кроме того, на
деятельность медицинских работников влияет ряд субъективных факторов (ценностно-
мотивационных), таких как получение высоких результатов в работе, моральная
удовлетворение,
рекомендация
к
назначению
подтверждения
категории,
профессиональный рост. Качественная медицинская работа обеспечивается при наличии,
четырех фактора труда: человеческого, организационного, технического и временного.
ABSTRACT
This article focuses on working nurses in a dental clinic. We analyzed literature data on work
motivation and psycho-emotional state of nurses. This type of activity includes all the important
qualities that a person should have, wants to help a sick, needy and weak person. Especially
important is the psycho-emotional state of nurses with the help of the patient and helping the
person.

hypochondriac, afraid of becoming ill or infected with a “severe disease”. Often, he refuses to
perform the tasks set by the doctor and does not go to work, they are often skeptical. Their
diagnosis is self-love, self-esteem and lack of responsibility. The fourth type is a nurse with a
strong mind and self-control. These types of nurses can be included in the right type, they are
resilient, have a high level of responsibility, and are not afraid of challenges. But sometimes they
can be rude to patients, yet they don’t have a “nervous-nurse-like” problem. The fifth round is
"Nurse with a sense of motherhood." Such nurses do their job with sincere care and compassion
for their patients. For him, this is an important condition of life. He can do anything and is ready
for anything. Often, his personal life is imbued with caring for others, love for people. The psycho-
emotional state of all types of nurses is radically different, no matter what department they work
in, they always have one task - to help the doctor and the patient. But not all nurses have the ability
to behave, perseverance, courage, and empathy. All of the types discussed above showed which
nurses had difficulty at work.
To cope with the patient’s condition, many nurses do not sleep at night, monitor patients, and
provide them with physical and spiritual support. Not everyone is able to overcome and maintain
