SCHOOL-AGE CHILDREN'S DAILY ROUTINE AND ITS IMPACT
ON HEALTH

Relevance.
Political processes taking place in our Republic play a big role in the modern
life of science, science and technology. We know that school-aged children spend most of the
day (almost 3/1) at school. It is very important that the child learns the subjects at school, that
the received information works effectively for the child and, as a result, the mastering rating
increases. Special attention should be paid to the following components of a healthy lifestyle
among schoolchildren:
1.
Physical activity, walking;
2.
Rational nutrition, personal hygiene:
3.
Formation of sleep norms in relation to the child's age.
4.
Develop the ability to be friendly to each other, listen and speak;
5.
Respect for the environment and nature;
6.
Annual medical examination of school children - medical specialists (dentist,
ophthalmologist, otolaryngologist, surgeon);
If the school children’s daily routine at school is organized correctly, it will have an
effective decision to all elements. In our country, a number of laws have been made with serious
attention to this issue.The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February
28, 2023 No. PI-27 and the implementation of the development strategy of New
Uzbekistan for 2022-2026 approved by this Decree in the "Year of attention to people and
quality education" Implementation of a healthy food system in all general education schools of
the Republic specified in paragraph 165 of the State Program. Starting from the 2023/2024
academic year, it is planned to provide free meals to first-fourth grade students. This study
serves to a certain extent in the implementation of the tasks defined in all regulatory documents
related to this field, and currently, the correct organization of the school students' agenda and
the prevention of diseases that may arise as a result of this are among the urgent problems of
school reform.
Purpose of the research.
Studying what the daily routine of school-aged children
should be based on the goal. Studying the daily routine of pupils in primary grades and its effect
on health; (comparing the daily schedule with the norm). Upper class to study the daily routine
of school-aged children and its effect on their health; (comparing the daily routine with the
norm). Improving the daily routine of school-aged children and improving their health.
Methods and results of the research.
The study used analysis of scientific and method
logical literature, pedagogical survey, pedagogical observation, pedagogical testing and
mathematical statistical methods. The object of the research is the nurses of schools 274,288
and 96 in Tashkent city, Yunusabad district, primary school students and their parents.
Conclusion.
As a result of the conducted research, recommendations for schoolchildren
improve the health, physical, mental and psychoemotional development of students.
