  IMPACT OF FIBER WASTE ON THE ECOLOGY It was determined that 150-350 tons of fibrous waste, 5-6 tons of non-recyclable waste, 70-90 percent of non-recyclable waste are organic waste per year depending on the type of cotton. In agriculture, it serves as a raw material for the use of waste as animal feed. This article describes the variation of fiber waste from the technological stream in cotton ginning plants, how it varies during the stages of the technological process. The dust released in the drying and cleaning shop is 5-7 mg/m3 of dust, which is less than the air in the building where the drying equipment is located. Large scattered dust particles are separated even in high humidity and sink to the surface of the building without being able to disperse. In drying devices, the dust released together with the atmospheric drying agent causes discomfort. Although this dust is coarsely dispersed, it escapes with the air flow in the dryer and settles near the roof of the building and near the drying room. It was determined that the amount of dust produced is 500-600 kg per day. The dust released at the cotton ginning station is released into the atmosphere in the air in the cotton drying and cleaning shop, as well as in the cleaning of cotton gins by the cotton pneumatic transport system. It is a powdered fiber with less mineral fractions. Fine fractions mainly consist of crushed dirty particles.

  RESEARCH OF THE PROCESS OF ENRICHMENT OF NATURAL SILK FIBER AND NITROINE FIBERS MATERIALS The expanded use of various mixtures of fibrous materials requires the use of special technology for processing products made from them. This technology is formed on the basis of patterns and conditions characteristic of the corresponding single-component composition of the product. This article presents the physical, mechanical and sorption characteristics of a mixed knitted fabric subjected to experimental dyeing. Research has shown that by combining cationic and direct dyes it is possible to obtain a solid color on a mixed textile material, but the use of only cationic dyes leads to a different tonal effect, while the result is a color of the same tone of different intensities.

  OPTIMIZATION OF DIAGNOSTICS AND THERAPY OF EARLY OPHTHALMOLOGICAL MANIFESTATIONS OF TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS BASED ON ANALYSIS OF MORPHOMETRIC PARAMETERS OF THE EYE FUNDS This work is devoted to the study of ophthalmological manifestations of type 2 diabetes mellitus and the role of morphometric analysis of the fundus in their diagnosis and therapy. The paper examines the pathogenesis of early ophthalmological changes in diabetes mellitus, clinical manifestations and complications for the fundus. A review of modern methods of morphometric analysis of the fundus and their significance for the diagnosis and therapy of early ophthalmological manifestations of diabetes mellitus is also conducted. The work also covers the optimization of diagnosis and therapy of early ophthalmic changes in diabetes mellitus, including the role of fundus morphometric analysis in the choice of therapeutic strategies and innovative treatment approaches. The results of the study may be useful for ophthalmologists involved in the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus, as well as for the development of new methods of diagnosis and therapy of this disease.

  MORPHOLOGY OF THE THYMUS IN CHILDREN WITH EXTREME LOW BODY WEIGHT This study is devoted to the study of the morphology of the thymus in children with extremely low body weight. The paper examines the importance of the thymus for the immune system, as well as the relationship between body weight and morphology of this organ. The first part of the work provides information about the thymus, its anatomical features and functions in the body. Next, the problem of extremely low body weight in children is considered, including the definition, causes and effects on health. Special attention is paid to studies of the morphology of the thymus in children with extremely low body weight, research methods and results are presented, as well as possible practical recommendations for improving the condition of the thymus in this category of children. The work concludes with a conclusion summarizing and summarizing the main results of the study. The findings may be useful for understanding the effect of extremely low body weight on the morphology of the thymus and developing methods for correcting this condition.

The role of the thymus and placenta in the development of the immune system and fetus, respectively, as well as changes in their morphology in children with low body weight is described. The authors also consider factors affecting the morphology of the thymus and placenta, such as perinatal conditions, genetics, nutrition and the environment.   SPREAD OF CERVICAL CANCER AND NEOADJUVANT TREATMENT METHODS Due to the steady increase in cervical cancer neglect rates and, as a result, the occurrence of relapses and metastases, the possibilities of widespread introduction of systemic chemotherapy (platinum-containing regimens) in programs of combined and combined radiation treatment of primary and metastatic cervical cancer are being studied.
