THE ROLE OF THE STATE AND SOCIETY IN PROTECTING CHILDREN'S RIGHTS
Abstract
This article analyzes the role of parents in the protection of children's rights, their responsibility, the state and society's mutual relations in the protection of children's rights. The role of the state and society, as well as parents, is important in protecting children's rights. Therefore, modern approaches to the protection of children's rights and their practical problems are studied in the research. Particular attention is paid to international conventions, the role of the state and society, strengthening public control, legality, living, education, choosing a name and other rights in the protection of children's rights.

Abstract
