education system, to study the mechanisms of achieving quality and
effectiveness of education.

Upbringing is an organized pedagogical process for the purposeful
improvement of the individual, which allows regular and systematic
influence on the personality of the pupil. In the history of Central Asia, there
have been many great figures who embodied political wisdom, spiritual
courage, religious worldview and encyclopedic knowledge. Imam Bukhari,
Imam Termezi, Khoja Bahovuddin Naqshbandi, Ibn Sino, A.Temur,
M.Ulugbek, Babur and many other great ancestors have made a great
contribution to the development of our national culture and have become
the national pride of our people. As the President of the Republic Shavkat
Mirziyoyev noted, “Nothing in the great history goes unnoticed. It is
preserved in the blood of peoples, in their historical memory, and is
manifested in their practical work. That is why it is valuable. Preservation,
study and transmission of historical heritage from generation to generation
is one of the most important priorities of our state policy.” [1]. If our students
can objectively understand the genealogy, the contribution of their
ancestors to world civilization, and correctly assess our historical values,
they will have the intellectual potential to deeply observe that today’s
independence and independence has not been easily achieved. As a result,
along with national pride and pride in the minds of our youth, a sense of
spiritual responsibility for the fate and future of the Motherland will be
stable. Legislative requirements set by society serve as a criterion for
assessing the behavior of citizens, analyzing the nature of their behavior.
The system of tasks of civic education consists of:
1.To teach the younger generation to constantly adhere to the moral and
legal norms that have a priority in society.
2. To provide students with information about civil rights and duties, to
develop in them the skills and abilities to organize civic activities.

3. To arouse in students a sense of love for the great past of our people,
national values, to increase their sense of pride and pride in them.
4. Loyalty to the motherland, people and nation, the ability to reconcile
their interests with the interests of the country, to bring up a selfless
citizen.[2]
Today's students are those who are preparing to fulfill the glorious tasks
facing our country tomorrow. Consequently, student work is a mental work
with its own characteristics, which means that this work is reflected in
excellent study, scientific activity and creative mastery of the basics of
science. This is the professional activity of student youth. At the current
stage of development of our society, the activity of young people in the
spiritual sphere consists in their conscious and creative realization of their
active life position. Such a position is to know the essence of the policy of
building a free and prosperous homeland, a free and prosperous life in our
country, a deep attitude to social events, an in-depth study of the priorities
of social development, a skillful combination of theory and practice, an
active attitude to work; means. Higher education has a great impact on our
economic, social and spiritual development. Most importantly, the role of
the social sciences in forming a new worldview, high spirituality in students,
educating them in the spirit of devotion to the Fatherland, political vigilance,
intolerance of destructive ideas is invaluable. The proposal of President
Shavkat Mirziyoyev to adopt the UN Convention on Youth Rights from the
UN rostrum was warmly welcomed by the international community, given
that at the same time we live with the largest number of young people in
human history. On this basis, the Uzbek leader cited the fact that today the
number of young people in the world exceeds two billion, and the need to
protect young people at a time when international terrorism and extremism
are growing rapidly as important factors. In his speech at the 72nd session
of the UN General Assembly, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat
Mirziyoyev said: “The future and prosperity of our planet depends on how
our children develop into human beings. Our main task is to create the
necessary conditions for young people to show their potential." [3]
Sheikh Muhammad Sadiq Muhammad Yusuf's book "Social Etiquette"
says: “In Islam, the issue of education and etiquette has risen to the level of
worship. In all times, in all lands, good-natured, noble, sweet-spoken, gentle
people have been and will continue to be the beauty of society, the best of
people. In particular, the Eastern world was an example to all mankind in
this regard. People who possessed the Prophet (peace and blessings of
Allaah be upon him), who possessed a high character, obeyed the commands
of the Creator, corrected their behavior, and possessed good qualities. In the
family, in the circle of relatives, in relationships with people, they showed
exemplary manners."[4]

In short, educators, including educators, teachers, or coaches, need to be
skilled actors in life. Whether in pre-school, general secondary or higher
education, the pupil should be treated appropriately. Being able to treat
children as children and adults as nicely as adults is important in educating
the younger generation. They need to be prevented from engaging in any
kind of negative behavior, such as being bullied, intimidated, or even
beaten.[5] During the education of young people, educators and teachers
need to create the necessary conditions for young people to think and work
freely and independently in the classroom, to fully express their views.
Especially in the construction of civil society, it is important to raise and
improve the consciousness, culture, sense of belonging and responsibility of
citizens at the current level of demand. Of course, this important issue in the
activities of young people is distinguished by its relevance.
