ISSUES OF INTERNATIONAL LEGAL COOPERATION BETWEEN THE UN AND
THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN
B. Ergashev
Abstract: New trends in the modern system of international relations,
including the rapid development of globalization, the emergence and spread
of new threats and dangers to humanity. In this sense, the issue of
developing regional cooperation as a guarantee of the interests and security
of the Central Asian countries is of great importance.
Keywords: UN guidelines, international security, separatism,
reproduction.
It is known that after the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, it
is in the interests of the country to strengthen its image in the world
community, , to ensure security, peace and stability in the Central Asian
region, and to work together to combat all forms of international terrorism,
separatism and extremism, as well as the proliferation of drugs and weapons
of mass destruction and has developed and is consistently implementing its
foreign policy priorities aimed at eliminating them.[1]
International organizations, in particular, the role of the UN in
international relations and the study of the process of implementation of
relations with the Republic of Uzbekistan, are reflected in the following
tasks:
- The concept of international organizations, their status, a brief
overview of the establishment of cooperation between these organizations
and Uzbekistan;
- Analysis of the process of development of Uzbekistan-UN relations;
- Study of cooperation between Uzbekistan and various UN
organizations;
- Forming a conclusion on the topic based on the analysis of the work.
- To study the activities of UNESCO as a specialized agency aimed at
developing intellectual and cultural cooperation between states;
- Demonstration of the participation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the
governing and working bodies of UNESCO.
International security law is a set of norms and principles of
international law aimed at regulating international relations in order to
ensure and establish the security of all states and peoples, and world peace
in accordance with the universally recognized principles of international
law.

To ensure international security, it is important to adhere not only to
the basic principles of international law, but also to the sectoral principles
of international security law. The general principle of security means that
the various components of security (political, military, economic, social,
humanitarian, environmental, information) are interrelated. The principle
of indivisibility of security means that security should be the same for all and
that the security of one state should not be ensured at the expense of the
security of other states.[2]
It is natural that regional issues play a leading role in Uzbekistan's
relations with the UN. For Uzbekistan, located in a region where the
interests of powerful states meet, ensuring peace and stability in the region,
prevention of modern threats, , the creation of the necessary conditions for
socio-economic development is of vital importance. Therefore, the head of
our state, who in due time realized that ensuring security and stability in the
region is important not only for the Central Asian states, but also for the
whole world, arrived in Tashkent it is no coincidence that he put forward
the initiative to establish a permanent UN seminar on security and stability.
As the head of our state stressed, "In the framework of the global security
policy and in accordance with Article 52 of the UN Charter, the countries
concerned will discuss the possibility of building a reliable system of
regional security in Central Asia," he said.[3]
The effectiveness and significance of the UN's work in our country is
reflected in the following. First, as noted above, the work of the UN is aimed
at implementing and improving systemic change in the social sphere of our
country. This, in turn, will serve to update the information system in this
area, the introduction of modern best practices, information technology.
However, the allocated grants and ongoing social programs are mostly
focused on Tashkent and major cities1.
Second, these efforts will contribute to the consistent development of
education, health and other areas, increasing the efficiency of their
activities.[4]
It is noteworthy that often UN programs cover areas that are
underfunded or underfunded.
Third, new approaches, traditions and cultures that serve the
development and improvement of the education and health systems are
coming through UN programs.
It is noteworthy that the regions were selected for the research to be
conducted in the regions. In particular, the Republic of Karakalpakstan,
Fergana, Tashkent, Kashkadarya, Khorezm in the field of UN reproductive
health The programs implemented in Khorezm and Bukhara regions are of
great importance. These programs, along with inculcating the idea of
reproductive health in the minds of the people, serves to strengthen the

foundations of civil society. UN assistance to Uzbekistan is in line with the
Millennium Development Goals of improving the quality of education in
secondary and primary schools, strengthening their material and technical
base, improving maternal and child health, as well as reducing maternal and
child mortality.[5]

ACCIDENT RATE OF JSC "UZBEKISTAN RAILWAYS"
B. Ergashev
Abstract: This article examines the causes of accidents that are currently
occurring in JSC "Uzbekistan Railways". At present, one of the important
tasks is to ensure labor protection and production stability in railway
transport. Accidents at production facilities and damage to technical
equipment used at hazardous production facilities lead to injuries of
workers and pollution of the environment during the transportation of toxic
and hazardous substances.
Keywords:
Occupational health and safety, production stability,
emergency structures at facilities, technical equipment used in hazardous
production facilities, breakdowns, the process of transportation of toxic and
hazardous substances, injuries to workers and environmental pollution.
At present, the operating conditions of railway crossings have changed
radically. The main cause of accidents is the lack of discipline and inattention
of ATS drivers when driving on particularly dangerous sections of the road
network. Therefore, the organization of road traffic at crossings should be
focused on the creation of such traffic conditions, which would provide
timely information to road users about the presence and condition of the
crossing, as well as prevent threatening traffic safety actions.
