A SYSTEM OF INCULCATING NATIONAL VALUES IN STUDENTS THROUGH

THE USE OF EXAMPLES OF FOLKLORE

Abstract: The article deals with the issues of spiritual and moral

education of the younger generation in folklore: human values, patriotic
education, friendship, brotherhood, harmony, diligence, love of profession,
definition of good and evil, the consequences of good and bad words,
honesty, truthfulness, nobility , focuses on the scientific study of categories
such as justice, fairness and dishonesty, the importance of brotherhood and
brotherhood, bravery and cowardice, rudeness, hospitality and hospitality.

National values, in their essence, are a system of ideas that express the

main goals and aspirations of our people, connect its past and future, serve
the realization of centuries-old dreams. In this regard, it is legitimate and
necessary to pay special attention to improving the educational process, as
well as to inculcate national values in secondary school students through the
use of examples of folklore (fairy tales, proverbs, riddles, etc.). explained:

- first of all, the restoration and further development of our great

spirituality and its inculcation in all citizens, especially young people, should
be a priority in the policy of our state; to restore and further enhance our
great spirituality at all stages of the education system, as well as in all
spheres of our social life, to provide students with knowledge and
information on the basis of modern requirements and world standards on
the basis of strengthening its national and universal ground; the need for the
solution of the problems of inculcating and nurturing in them the qualities
of high spiritual culture, morality and enlightenment;

- second, one of the most important tasks is to bring up a spiritually

harmonious person, improve the education system, to inculcate national
values in them through the use of examples of folklore in the upbringing of
a new generation based on the idea of national independence.

- third, the ongoing work on the restoration of our national spirituality,

the radical reform of public education, the deepening of national values
through the examples of folklore for the education of socially active,
spiritually mature people, the economy, government, science and
technology and culture. the opportunity to train conscious, mature
professionals;

-fourth, the national values that are widely interpreted in the oral

tradition of the people - humanity, tolerance, patriotism, justice, diligence -
are an integral feature of the national psyche of the Uzbek people. In this
regard, in the process of globalization associated with universal
technologies, the education of general secondary school students with high
moral values is being addressed in the context of ideological struggles, and
this requires a new approach to spiritual heritage[1].

Despite the fact that the issues of spiritual and moral education of the

younger generation are widely studied in the folklore, human values,
patriotic education; friendship, harmony, diligence, love of profession,
definition of good and evil, the consequence of good and bad words, honesty,
truthfulness, noble upbringing, justice, honesty and integrity, the
importance of brotherhood and brotherhood, courage and cowardice, the
scientific study of categories such as obscenity, hospitality, and hospitality
does not lose its relevance[2].

Uzbek scientists: M. Haydarov, S. To'raev, H. Bobomirzaev, U

Mahkamovs have extensively studied the issues of morality in the examples
of folklore. Educators and psychologists: S. Fayzulina, S. Annamuratova,
B.O.Turaev, A.Mukhtorov, N.Umarova, V.M.Karimova, B.R.Karimov
conducted research on such issues as national values, traditions and their
impact on the educational process. .Islombekov, Sh. Karaev, H.O.Shaykhova,
K.Nazarov,

B.G.Ziyomuhammedov,

M.H.Kholmatova,

G.Shirmatova,

I.Usmanov on spiritual values, human relations, everyday life, family and
moral aesthetics and their essence in folklore conducted research on

Psychological and pedagogical aspects of the problems of formation of

feelings, pride and patriotism in the younger generation, which are inherent
in our national spirituality, E. Goziev, V. Karimova, S. Nosirxo'jaev, M.
Zaripov, M. Lafasovs studied[3].

To find solutions to the problems of spiritual values and upbringing of

young people. O. Musurmonova, S. Qodirov, S. Nishonova learned.

In general, the interpretation of educational issues in folklore - epics,

fairy tales, songs and proverbs - is being studied in a number of studies.
