  Диагностика кровотечений из желудочно- кишечного тракта у детей и подростков при абдоминальном туберкулезе Острые желудочно-кишечные кровотечения являются осложнением заболеваний различной этиологии. Особое место среди них занимает абдоминальный туберкулез. Клиническая картина этого заболевания очень разнообразна, а специфические симптомы и четкие диагностические критерии зачастую отсутствуют. В результате абдоминальный туберкулез нередко маскируется под другие болезни органов брюшной полости и выявляется лишь у небольшой части пациентов. У большинства же он остается недиагностированным. Многие его признаки схожи с симптомами других общесоматических заболеваний, из-за чего основная масса больных обследуется в общей лечебной сети с различными диагнозами, при этом основной диагноз упускается. Абдоминальный туберкулез представляет собой специфическое поражение органов пищеварения, брюшины, лимфатических узлов брыжейки тонкой кишки и забрюшинного пространства. Ошибки в диагностике и поздняя госпитализация значительно повышают летальность от этого заболевания.
