According to the data of World Health Organisation every year around 17,5 million people die from heart diseases. 85% happens because of heart attack and stroke. 80% of premature heart attacks and strokes could be prevented. Statistically 30% of all patients in dentistry clinic refers to the group of anesthesiological risk patients because of the chronic diseases they have, more often connected with heart illnesses. Most of such patients take some medicine that affect blood coagulation. Drug intake has to be under constant control, especially if patient takes indirect anticoagulants. Nowadays the only opportunity to take the control of blood coagulation is in the specialized clinics, though it is often very hard for patients, and in case of urgent situation practically impossible. In some situations, especially in oral surgery cases, it is necessary to do quick coagulation test. In this work there was done the analysis of most common difficulties in dental clinics doing oral surgery. The aim of this research is to explore the main difficulties of oral surgery help for patients, who takes oral anticoagulants constantly. As materials and methods of the research were used the surveys of dental patients who also has heart diseases in the anamnesis. Conclusion: To improve the quality of dental treatment it is necessary to change the scheme of the routing for the patients with cardiovascular diseases. -
This article is dedicated to find the best ways to communicate with pregnant women in conditions of coronavirus pandemic. Pregnant women are always at a high risk for developing complications from various seasonal viral diseases. Antenatal care implies a medical support throughout pregnancy. The coronavirus pandemic has led to compliance of self-isolation for patients and the observance of quarantine measures for medical institutions, which required investigations of new mechanisms of interconnection between pregnant women and health workers. -
PRACTICAL RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MECHANICAL VENTILATION IN SEVERE PATIENTS WITH COVID-19 (REVIEW)The article discusses the features of mechanical ventilation in severe forms of respiratory distress syndrome that arose against the background of coronavirus infection. In this case, special attention should be paid to protective mechanical ventilation, since the lung tissue in this case becomes extremely vulnerable and is easily damaged. Ventilation options are suggested in which the lungs are the least vulnerable. Recommendations are provided for excommunication

This article describes the clinical features that appear on the skin, in the organs and tissues of the oral cavity, at the beginning of the disease and during the period of exacerbation, as well as characteristic symptoms, as well as functional changes in them, a violation of trigeminal sensitivity – that is, a violation of the sensitivity of the skin and mucous membranes, the rules The article discusses the preventive measures aimed at preventing the spread of coronavirus infection among employees of the dental sector and patients. Also recommended are hygienic measures for oral hygiene and room care. -
PECULIARITIES OF REHABILITATION MEASURES IN POSTOPERATIVE PATIENTS WITH COVID-19 (REVIEW)It is proved that the developed complex of rehabilitation measures, which includes early restoration of muscle tone of the trunk and respiratory excursions of the chest wall, restoration of airway patency and means of prevention of lung atelectasis promotes rapid restoration of the respiratory function, prevents the occurrence of postoperative pneumonia. It is shown that moderate individually dosed physical activity after surgery has a normalizing effect on the cardiovascular system, improves metabolic processes in the myocardium, has a positive effect on vascular tone of the arteries and heart, eliminates disorders of peripheral circulation, prevents thrombosis. It is established that the rehabilitation of impaired bowel function by applying a complex of non-drug and drug measures aimed at reducing the intraluminal pressure in the hollow digestive organs, creates prerequisites for the restoration of intestinal peristalsis and prevents the occurrence of paretic postoperative surgery. The necessity of an individual approach to the choice of the volume and structure of rehabilitation measures, the necessity of dynamic control over their effectiveness are shown.

ALGORITM FOR ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT BY A GENERAL PRACTITIONER IN PRIMARY HEALTH CARE INSTITUTIONS AT COVID-19. (REVIEW)This article is devoted to the algorithm of measures taken by a General practitioner (GP) in primary health care institutions (PHC) to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The article deals with the organization of medical care in primary health care, the main responsibilities of the GP, the use of personal protective equipment. The Algorithm for managing "Contact persons", "Suspicious cases" and "Confirmed cases" in PHC is presented. The issues of organizing infection control measures to counter COVID-19 in primary health care institutions are considered. Recommendations are given on home care for patients and family members, as well as work with the population.

THE FEATURES OF THE SEVERE PRE-ECLAMPSIA DURING THE COVID -19 PANDEMICThis article focuses on the characteristics of severe pre-eclampsia in the COVID-19 pandemic and the panic attacks that occur in pregnant women during the pandemic and self-isolation. Because of the abundance of alarming news about the new coronavirus pandemic, one can experience a real panic attack. The symptoms are similar to those of COVID-19: shortness of breath, a feeling of impending death, a feeling of compression in the chest. Not surprisingly, it confuses people, especially if this is the first time a panic attack has occurred. Panic attack is an inexplicable, agonizing attack of anxiety and fear combined with somatic symptoms. This neurotic disorder is extremely common and its causes are not fully understood. Researchers believe that the cause of panic attacks in most cases is severe stress, illness or excessive strain.

SOME ASPECTS OF THE CLINICAL COURSE OF CORONOVIRAL INFECTION (COVID-19) IN SAMARKAND REGIONCoronavirus infection (COVID-19) – determined on the basis of identification of polymerase chain reaction analysis of samples taken from the nasopharynx and nose, proceeds in three clinical forms with the same positive result: first form is acute respiratory viral infection with mild inflammatory symptoms of the upper respiratory tract, second form is acute pneumonia, which is not dangerous for life and third one is severe pneumonia with acute respiratory distress syndrome. In-depth study and analysis of available scientific data on the course of clinical asymptomatic subclinical form of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) will not only ease the burden on the health system, but also eliminate unnecessary panic among the population and, subsequently, lead to economic stability.

COVID-19 DIGITALIZATION IN CARDIOLOGY AND CARDIOREABILITATION. THE IMPORTANCE OF ECG MARKERS AND CARDIOSITOPROTECTIONIn the era of COVID-19 the current direction is to study the possibility of introducing a quantitative assessment of the ECG by digital processing using the software in the real clinical practice to optimize treatment in assessing the effectiveness of drugs at the stage of patient rehabilitation. The effectiveness of the drugs used in rehabilitation was analyzed according to the methodology of our previous study, 78 patients were diagnosed acute Q-myocardial infarction in comparison with 46 patients were diagnosed stable angina II functional class. The effectiveness of the assessment of metabolic therapy at the stage of rehabilitation of patients with cardiac pathology using the drugs "Tivortin", "Tivorel" in comparison with amiodarone and bisoprolol is proved. Rehabilitation during the constellation of acute myocardial infarction and COVID-19 is complicated by a decrease of the number of admitted patients, more complicated course of the disease during constellation, non- urgent coronary interventions, a large number of complications, and a slowdown in rehabilitation measures.
