  • The article describes the relationship between the disease of chronic pyelonephritis and the state of the oral fluid by studying the changes in the level of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines in various biological fluids of the body, in order to include in the subsequent differentiated immunocorrection of the combined form of the disease. We examined 68 patients with chronic pyelonephritis aged 25 to 65 years and older, with a disease duration of 3 to 10 years (of which 67.2% were women and 32.8% were men). It was revealed that the increased content of pro-inflammatory mediators IL-1, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-a in the oral fluid of patients with CP can activate inflammatory and destructive processes and manifest themselves in the form of exacerbations of periodontal disease and oral mucosa.

  • Preeclampsia (PE) is an often fatal pathology characterized by hypertension and proteinuria at the 20th week of pregnancy, which affects 5-10% of pregnant women. This problem is especially important in developing countries, where the incidence of hypertensive pregnancy disorders is higher and maternal mortality rates are 20 times higher than in developed countries. Risk factors for PE include obesity, insulin resistance and hyperlipidemia, which stimulate the release of inflammatory cytokines and oxidative stress leading to endothelial dysfunction (ED). However, how all these clinical manifestations coincide with the development of PE is still not very clear. The associated poor trophoblast invasion and uteroplacental artery remodeling described in PE increase reactive oxygen species (ROS), hypoxia and ED.

  • Introduction. Cervical cancer is one of the most serious threats to women's health. This is the fourth most common cancer in women around the world. According to the forecasts of international experts (taking into account population growth and an increase of life span expectancy), the increase in the incidence and prevalence of cervical cancer will have made up 40% in developing countries and in economically developed countries - 11% by 2020. In the case of non-conducting timely measures for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer, malignant neoplasms of the cervix will affect up to 1 million women annually after 2050 in the world. Aim of the study is primary prevention of cervical cancer by introducing vaccination to 9 years old girls of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Material and methods. The Gardasil MK vaccine was imported to the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2019. From October 21 to November 30, 2019, the first dose was vaccinated to 9 years old girls in the republic; the introduction of the 2nd dose is planned in 6 months. Results and discussion. Vaccination rates significantly increased after the measures taken on November 30: in the city of Tashkent - 97%, in the Tashkent region - 90.8%, in Bukhara - 90.2%. Refusers made up 66.9% of unvaccinated girls. Temporary left who also did not receive vaccination made up 360 (4%). 1935 girls were not vaccinated by other reasons and they made up 21.4% of the total unvaccinated population. Conclusion. As a result of joint efforts by the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Health with the support of international organizations from WHO and UNICEF, the first dose of the tetravalent HPV vaccine - Gardasil MK- was successfully administered to 9 years old girls all over the country. According to the data of Health Ministry of the Republic of Uzbekistan no adverse reactions were observed in 292,867 girls after vaccination.

  • The work studied changes in immunological parameters and protease inhibitors in women without infections and with an infection of the genitourinary system in the early stages up to 12 weeks of pregnancy. It was concluded that the presence of infectious factors in the absence of a significant proinflammatory immune response in early pregnancy and a sufficient corrective reaction of protease inhibitors and TGF-01 may contribute to a favorable course of early pregnancy and the development of a full-fledged pregnancy. Therefore, studies of pro-inflammatory (TNF-u. IL-10) and anti-inflammatory interleukins (IL-10), as well as protease inhibitors (a -1-anti-trypsin) and TGF-01 can be used as markers of the adequacy and degree of correction of the immune system at early stages, terms of pregnancy.

  • In the progression of diabetic nephropathy, considerable attention is paid to the development of anemia. Л significant reason for the development of anemia in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) with diabetic nephropathy is a decrease in the production of erythropoietin in the peritubular cells of the proximal nephron. Anemia predominates in patients with diabetic nephropathy, it is associated with cardiovascular disease, retinopathy. Anemia begins to develop long before the violation of the filtration function of the kidneys.

  • The aim of the study was to review and analyze the literature on the definition and condition of the immune system and the effectiveness of immune corrective measures. It was found that in acute and chronic IDPO (inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs) the development of secondary immunodeficiency was noted, expressed by a decrease in the indicators of cellular and humoral immunity, multidirectional changes in pro- and antiinflammatory cytokines in patients. Almost all authors were unanimous in the opinion that immune corrective therapy should be used for inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs, while offering various immune correctors.

  • The purpose of the work is to reveal the structural and functional features of postnatal growth and the formation of peripheral organs of the immune system of offspring obtained under the influence of pesticides through the mother's organism. The experiments were performed on white adult female rats, who respectively received pesticides lambda-cyhalothrin or fipronil during pregnancy and lactation. Progeny from experimental and control animals was studied on the 3rd, 7th, 14th, 21st and 30th days after birth using methods of mor-phology, electron microscopy, mmunohistochemistry and biochemistry. It has been shown that the toxic effect of pesticide exposure during pregnancy and lactation is manifested in the form of growth retardation and for-mation of the peripheral immune organs – lymph nodes and spleen. In the mechanism of toxic effect of pesti-cides on the peripheral immune system the leading role is played by the imbalance between proliferation and apoptosis of cells, caused both by direct toxic effects of drugs, both developing hypothyroidism and oxidative stress in mother and offspring. This causes the need for early detection of hypothyroidism and oxidative stress in pregnant women and newborns, followed by their pharmacological correction

  • The immune status was studied in 34 patients with ulcerative stomach diseases (USD) and in 36 healthy individuals. Impaired immune status was noted in patients with USD, which was manifested in a deficiency of T- and B-links of the immune system, and a deficiency in the parameters of humoral immunity. The use of thymoptinum against the background of basic treatment led to the correction of the basic parameters of cellular immunity, an increase in IgG production. Thimoptinum eliminated immunological deficiency in patients with USD.

  • The article investigated the condition of local immunity in the oral cavity in 48 patients with chronic recurrent aphthous stomatitis (CRAS). Patients with CRAS showed a decrease in the level of lysozyme and slgA in the oral liquid (OL), which is an unfavorable prognostic criterion in patients with CRAS. This undoubtedly affects the course of the pathology in patients with CRAS. Low values of lysozyme and slgA can lead to impaired microbiocenotic status and reduced functioning of the oral mucosa (OM) in patients with CRAS.

  • The purpose of the study was to evaluate the activity of neutrophils in the blood under the condition of the experimental bacterial-immune periodontitis and to clarify the effect of flavonol quercetin on its parameters. The article presents the results of research on the indices of the spontaneous and activated test with nitrosin tetrazolium on the 14th day of the experimental bacterial-immune periodontitis and after correction with quercetin (in the same period of the experiment). In this case, data on the nature of changes in neutrophilic activity in the process of formation of inflammatory focus in the periodontal complex are given. The use of flavonol quercetin, which, acting on the immune processes, limited the inflammatory response in the periodontal tissues and led to a decrease in neutrophil activity relative to the rates of animals that did not receive the drug. As a result of the use of quercetin, the activity of neutrophils approached the values of the control group.

  • Explicit clinical symptoms of heart failure in systemic lupus erythematosus arc found in 51.4% of patients. Lung damage in SLE is often indicated as an infectious complication due to immunosuppressive therapy, especially long-term treatment with large doses of corticosteroids, rather than as a result of the severe course of the disease itself. Frequent symptoms of damage to the nervous system were sleep disturbances, which manifested itself in the form of lengthening the time of falling asleep, reducing the depth and duration of night sleep, rapid awakening and daytime sleepiness. Uncontrolled activity of the lupus process caused the appearance of severe manifestations, such as pneumonitis, pleurisy and pericarditis (scrositcs and polyscrositcs) and vasculitis.

  • Treatment of iron-deficiency anemia is carried out according to the etiopathogenetic condition. If possi-ble, the causes of the disease are eliminated by an etiological factor that promotes the development of anemia. Pathogenetic method of cure is the appointment of iron preparations. In this work, characteristic of the medi-cine "Hemolif" is given, which was used in 30 patients who were on cured at the Research Institute of Hema-tology and Blood transfusion with the iron-deficiency anemia diagnosis in heavy degree. The positive effect of the Hemolif action is due to the iron (III) content of the hydroxide of the sucrose complex, stimulates erythro-poiesis and leads to an increase in the hemoglobin level

  • The aim of the study was a comparative analysis of the genotypic variants of the TNF-α and CTLA-4 genes in patients with chronic hepatitis C and liver cirrhosis and their effect on the course of the disease. The analysis of the influence of the genotypes of the TNF-α gene on the course of the disease indicates an increased risk of CVD with both moderate and highly active course of the disease in carriers of the combination of geno-types G / A + A / A. The obtained data allow us to conclude that the carriage of the allele "G" and the combina-tion of the A / G + G / G genotypes of the -49GG polymorph of the CTLA-4 gene are associated not only with a decrease in the risk of development of HCVF, but also with a lower intensity of inflammation and fibrosis in the liver and a high probability favorable course of the disease.

  • Haemophilus influenzae type b is one of the common causes of generalized infection (bacteremia) in children, half of them developed purulent meningitis, quite often (15-20%), pneumonia, and rarely other focal lesions. In countries where the vaccination campaign against Hib-infection, there is a decrease in morbidity and frequency carrier Hib. Vaccination, in these countries, has led to a decrease in carrier frequency in a population of healthy children up to 0.5-1.0%. However, vaccination coverage of infants, vaccine efficacy ACP-Hib, preservation of antibody titer in the infection and their comparison with the reduction of morbidity during the vaccination have not been investigated. Figuring allow them to improve preventive measures in organized and unorganized babies on Hib-infection and to assess their cost-effectiveness. All of the above was the object of study

  • There was data on the clinic of polyradiculoneuritis as early as the middle of the 19th century, the exact localization of their foci was unknown. However, the lesion occurs in the central nervous system (CNS). In 1864, Dumesnil recorded the observation of transient paralysis as a result of damage to the peripheral nerves. In addition, Landry also made independent clinical observations. Histopathology of polyradiculoneuritis before 1880 Although data were not available, a group of researchers led by Deger studied the pathological causes of diphtheria paralysis. In the same year, Gombo developed an experimental model for the demyelination of peripheral nerves. Of lead and arsenic poisoning, diabetes, leprosy, alcoholism, and beriberi also cause nerve damage and paralysis [2, 5, 11, 23, 29].
