  • The article describes the process of developing effective prognostic integral characteristics of the rate of wound healing when using a tissue-engineered construction made of boiled silk gauze with dermal fibroblasts. To solve this problem, an array of data on the size of the wound of rats in dynamics (time) was used. The rats were divided into 3 groups depending on the type of therapy: control (the skin defect healed on its own), F-group (boiled silk gauze with alloofib roblasts), M-treatment (silk boiled gauze without alloofibroblasts). Wound healing was judged by the following parameters: L - wound length, H - wound width and S - wound area. The high efficiency of the obtained prediction models served as the basis for the development, based on equations (1-2), of the software tool "Prediction of the rate of wound healing when using a tissue-engineered structure with dermal fibroblasts".

  • Abstract. Microorganisms and their association arc a key factor in the genesis of chronic tonsillitis, and bacteriological examinations and serological tests should be performed to predict the severity and complications of the inflammatory process in the spleen. The study serves as an additional factor in chronic tonsillitis and helps to choose the optimal treatment. The microbiological biotract was examined on 42-50 analyzers. Clinical observations suggest that recurrence of paratonsillar abscesses on CT in TASH II patients is more common with BGSA association than in patients without BGSA (26 and 18%, respectively). In conclusion, the results of microbiological examinations in clinical practice serve as an additional factor in the guidelines for ТЕ and help in choosing the optimal methods of treatment.

  • Regardless of the etiology, any chronic kidney disease comes to the final histological point - the "last stage kidney" - non-functioning, sclerosed glomeruli, atrophied tubules, interstitial fibrosis. Purpose of the work: to assess the effect of anemia on the course of chronic pyelonephritis in children and the effectiveness of the drug "Askozhel". All children arc divided into two groups: group 1 - chronic primary pyelonephritis, group 2 - chronic secondary nonobstructive pyelonephritis. To assess the effect of anemia on the pathological process in the kidneys, both groups were divided into subgroups: subgroup 1 - children with mild anemia (hemoglobin level <90 g/l), subgroup 2 - children with moderate anemia (hemoglobin level 89-70 g / 1). Results and discussion. The effectiveness of the inclusion of the drug "Askozhel" in patients with various forms of CP. was expressed not only in the positive dynamics of clinical symptoms, but also in the improvement of the studied parameters of the body’s blood, had significant advantages over the traditional method of treatment in the most significant parameters. Conclusions. The use of the ding "Askozhel" in CP is the most acceptable method of therapy.

  • Introduction. Hydatidous echinococcosis belongs to the group of severe parasitic diseases, which remains a serious medical problem on a global scale due to the existence of a huge number of endemic foci and a steady increase in the number of patients. Echinococcosis is a zoonotic disease caused by infection with the tapeworm Echinococcus [1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 7, 14]. Humans are random intermediate dead-end hosts infected by ingesting parasite eggs in contaminated food or by direct contact with animal hosts. Getting into the duodenal mucosa, the parasite larvae reach the bloodstream and then enter the liver (75%), lungs (15%) or other areas (heart, central nervous system, kidneys (extremely rare: 1-5%), bones, eyes, etc.), where they continue their development [5, 7, 18].

  • Assessment of sarcopenia (SP) and osteoporosis (OP) in patients with RA. In 117 patients (102 (87.2%) women and 15 (12.8%) men) who received RA, in whom RA was diagnosed, the functional state and strength of muscles were determined, and a special questionnaire was also conducted. The SARC-F study showed that 84 (71.7%) patients had sarcopenia. According to the results, sarcopenia was detected in 64 (54.7%) patients and in 95 (81.1%) patients with a dominant manual compression force of less than 16 kg. In our study, the frequency of SP was 44.7% with an increase in SP with the age of the patients and the duration of the disease. No correlation was found between SP and disease activity level (DAS28, ECT, SRO). When OP and SP were combined, the patients’ quality of life showed low HAQ scores. SP are common in RA and increase the risk of falls and fractures. When diagnosing SP and OP. the SARC-F questionnaire can be used in accordance with the EWGSOP2 criteria, the chair walking test and arm dynamometry. Among these methods, hand dynamometry has shown higher reliability than other methods.

  • The laboratory characteristics of enteropathogenic (EPE) and enteroinvasive escherichiosis (EIE) in children have been studied and their comparative characteristics have been carried out. There were examined 82 sick children with early age Escherichiosis. caused in 28 by enteroinvasive, in 54 with enteropathogenic strains. In children with EPE, secretory diarrhea was observed, and EIE — colitis. There was no statistical reliability of the results between the compared groups of patients in relation to quantitative changes in the general blood test, but there was a more frequent decrease in the number of hemoglobin and blood erythrocytes compared with EPE. When coproscopic examination in the group of sick children with EIE. there was an increase in the frequency of detection of the presence of blood and erythrocytes, which amounted to 39.2% of the case in both indicators, respectively, while the concentration of iodo-philic microflora, soap and leukocytes were significantly more frequent in patients with EPE in comparison with EIE. It should be emphasized that in 20.3% of sick children with EPE and 46.4% of children with EIE. protein was found in the urine, which indicates that in this contingent of patients there was a violation of renal excretory function. The detection of leukocytes, mucus and bacteria in the urine may be a consequence of inflammatory processes in the renal parenchyma.

  • Republican Scientific and Practical center of forensic medical examination of the Navai branch Analyzed the results of forensic medical examinations in relation to 215 corpses of persons who died in collisions with moving cars. Among the dead there were 173 men and 42 women. The victims were between 14 and 75 years old. It was found that in the composition of PT in pedestrians, trauma of two or more parts of the body with fractures of the limb bones (120) - 55.8% and PT of the head, chest, and abdomen (76) - 36.4% prevailed. Fractures of the limb bones were the most common in collisions with pedestrians. Most of the injured pedestrians in collisions with moving modern ones have fractures of the shin bones, mainly diaphyseal with localization in the middle third, formed in the 1st phase of an automobile injury. Combined fractures of the bones of both legs, as well as combined fractures of the bones of one hip and one lower leg were the most frequently observed injuries in pedestrians. When colliding with modem cars, there is practically no specific contact damage from the skin and soft tissues. Damage to the structure of soft tissues in the area of the primary impact by protruding parts of the bodies of modem cars and in the area of bumper fractures is characterized by the fact that abrasions and bruises in the thigh and lower leg area are observed quite often and almost to the same extent. At the same time, skin wounds are more marked in the lower leg area than in the thigh area. Damage to soft tissues in the primary impact zone by protruding parts of modem ears was characterized by the presence of loose hemorrhage, in the absence of signs of crush injuries, muscle ruptures and other tissues, in some cases - by the presence of a small amount of liquid blood and its clots.

  • Blood circulation in the vertebrobasilar region can often be impaired, and this is mainly due to the spondylogenic factor. The consequence of such changes can be from a slight decrease in cerebral circulation to ischemic complications in the vascular bed. The patients underwent complex radiation diagnostics of the craniovertebral region of patients with verified Kimmerle’s anomaly (N=62). All study participants underwent multispiral computed tomography (MSCT), Doppler ultrasound and transcranial Doppler (TCD) of the vertebral arteries (VA). Studies of the variantof the development of the first cervical vertebra with the presence of a bony bridge have shown that Kimmerle's anomaly can occur in all age groups. The frequency of detection of Ponticulus posticus was within 16.3% of cases, that is, it occurs in every 5-6 people and is common in all age groups with a prevalence in young and middle age. Most often, bilateral Kimmerle's anomaly was detected, which, according to TCD, affects the blood flow. In the unilateral variant, the anomaly was noted only on the left side. It was found that the main structural change in the cerebral vascular bed. according to ultrasound diagnostics, is a change in the straightness of the vertebral arteries in the transverse processes of the cervical spine, including the atlas. It should also be borne in mind that due to the complexity and mobility of the stnicture. patients with dysfunction of the craniovertebral zone receive therapy from doctors of various profiles, which requires a comprehensive diagnosis of this problem.
