  • In recent years, the incidence of ischemic stroke has increased everywhere. This fact is explained by the increase in the number of elderly people and the prevalence of risk factors for stroke, such as arterial hypertension, diabetes, obesity, heart disease, etc., more than 80% of survivors are disabled. To date, neuroprotective therapy is the most important treatment in the treatment of this disease, and this article really describes its improving properties.

  • In patients with radiculopathies of various origins, along with chronic pain syndrome (CHS), psychopathologi-cal and autonomic disorders are observed. In groups of patients with radiculopathies, the state of asthenia, anxiety, and autonomic changes was studied using psychological scales (2). Research on the Spielberg-Khanin scales of reactive and personal anxiety revealed a fairly high level of anxiety. The identification of mild and moderate depression on the Beck scale was especially significant. The results of the Kerdo index indicated damage to the autonomic nervous system in all patients, with a predominance of parasympathicotonic manifestations.

  • The main features of Parkinson's disease arc the progressive nature and variety of motor and non-motor symptoms. A number of diverse non-motor symptoms develop, which often go unnoticed by neurologists and lead the patient to such specialists as urologists, ophthalmologists, therapists. Undiagnosed, these symptoms escalate, leading to frequent hospitalizations and reducing the quality of life of patients.

  • Laboratory studies were conducted on 26 white mongrel rats of 3 months of age. This study was conducted three days after receiving a traumatic brain injury. The animals were fixed on a device made by hand in the form of a vehicle on wheels, the fixed animals were accelerated on the vehicle and hit the wooden barrier with the frontal part of the head. The speed of the vehicle was 6.7 km per hour. As a result of this experiment, two rats died on the spot. In 3-month-old rats, during the experiment, it was revealed that there were no macroscopic changes outside the organ, but there were some changes in the tissue structures of the white and red pulp of the spleen.

  • Pituitary adenomas are considered benign, however, in 20-50% of cases they have an aggressive course. The main criteria for aggressiveness arc frequent recurrences after surgical adenomectomy, resistance to traditional therapy, and massive invasion into nearby structures. The aim of the study was to study the molecular genetic features of invasive aggressive pituitary adenomas (APA). Gene polymorphism of VEGFA, HIF-la, and IL-I7A have been studied in 81 patients (main group) with invasive and non-invasivc pituitary adenomas (main group) and 83 healthy (control group). As a result of the study, it was found that the frequency of occurrence of the studied polymorphisms is more often observed in invasive adenomas and the detection of genotypes varies depending on the course of APA.

  • It is known that the thymus gland is one of the organs responsible for the main immunity in the body. The thymus gland undergoes evolutionary influence after the age of 14, which leads to a decrease in the body's immune reactivity and a decrease in the protective reaction to any external influences. With age. a person becomes more susceptible to chronic diseases. It should be noted that natural evolutionary processes in the thymus develop early due to morphometric changes observed in the thymus gland after TBI. This leads to premature aging of the body, increased susceptibility to various infectious diseases due to a decrease in immune reactivity. That is. complications from the thymus gland observed after TBI lead to an increase in mortality in young people.

  • The results of researches have shown, that at children with prenatal damages CNS reveal significant infringements in processes a lipid peroxidation (LPO), which is possible were characterized as decreasing and in some cases their misbalancc. The assignment of oxibral to children with prenatal damages of CNS alongside with normalization of parameters a LPO to faster improvement of neurological symptoms: children become quiet, active, the dream normalizing. Intra skull pressure on a background of prescription Oxibral was reduced much faster. The opportunity of correction neurological infringements with oxibral opens prospect of rehabilitation and promotes significant to reduction of percent of children with the residual phenomena of prenatal damages CNS.

  • The course of Meniere’s disease is observed in every second patient and even more often. Despite the high frequency of monosymptomatic development of the disease, many authors regarded this as an atypical course of Meniere’s disease and even distinguished its cochlear and vestibular forms. In our opinion, no convincing arguments in favor of this point of view are given. 52 people were examined who underwent otorhinolaryngological examination, detailed audiometric and vestibulometric examination. In each of the examined groups of patients, a decrease in excitability on the side of the lesion was the most typical reaction of the vestibular system to the hydrops of the labyrinth.

  • The aim of the study was to study the electroencephalographic correlates of the brain in some complicated forms of migraine. 133 (100%) patients with migraine were under observation, 66 (49.6%) with migraine status, 67 (50.4%) with chronic migraine. A 16-channel apparatus of the company «Neurosoft» carried out EEG. Thus, neurophysiological parameters of EEG were objective indicators of complicated forms of migraine, determining the zoning of the pathological process, the presence of exacerbation and aura.

  • The results received by us specify that at chronic ischemia of the brain the phenomenon of corticosub-cortical and corticocortical dissociation observed in the majority of clinical cases is the cornerstone of cogni-tive frustration. The leading role at this pathology presumably belongs to defeat of white matter of a brain, es-pecially bonds of frontal departments with other structures of the central nervous system, especially at patients with AG.

  • Treatment of satanic States depends on the reasons that make it thick. Quickly identify the causes and eliminate it in the uz vaccine allows you to burden some types of satanic cases without uttering an anticonvulsant (anti-Satanic) treatment. Recommended weight loss anticonvulsant therapy should be avoided, both choosing them causes feverish attacks and is prescribed carob in Kharkiv. In the first place, measures to eliminate hypoxia are established. During satiation, the demand for oxygen content increases by 5 times. Therefore, for the first time it is necessary to adequately provide oxygenation of the mine. To do this, the marrow is given with the help of an oxygenated nasal catheter, a enema, a mask, an oxygen chamber, when it is necessary to find (when breathing disorders, satiety attacks last more than 30 minutes), the trachea is intubated. Adskvat oxygen gives the effect of treatment to the bruise burden, it is better to use a transcutaneous monitor (pulsometer) to clarify the vision of the deposit into oxygen. The factors that lead to them in cases of hypoxia in the aloxia, which is accompanied by CyHi-pa metabolic disorders, lead to weight loss.

  • The paper presents data on the features of the manifestation of the syndrome of falls in patients 65-74 years. Since it is known that from 50 to 70 % of all falls in the elderly and senile age occur during walking, we conducted a comparative analysis of the parameters of walking in patients with and without falling syndrome. Estimation of parameters of the walk was carried out with the help of computerized stabilometric complex "Smart Equitest Balance Manager". The decrease in adaptive abilities to complex motor acts in elderly women with fall syndrome was revealed. In addition, a significant change in the indicators "reversal time" and "fluctu- ation in the reversal" of the test "Rapid reversal" in women 65-74 years of fall syndrome, which indicates a decrease in visual and vestibular information in balance control, deterioration of neurophysiological mecha- nisms and dysfunction of the musculoskeletal system

  • This article presents the data of a comparative analysis of the clinical symptoms of the pre-stroke forms of cerebrovascular pathology on the background of hypertensive disease. It was found that a significant pro- portion of young patients have a clinical manifestation of the CVP on the background of HD. The development of CVP on the background of HD does not depend on the duration of the disease, but largely depends on the severity of the etiological vascular disease and the level of blood pressure. Patients with hypertension fall into the field of the view of neurologists later, and therefore, the available cardiovascular manifestations underes- timated, causing the performance of treatment of CVP with some delay and the risk of stroke is also increased
