  • 114 children with certain pathological changes in the dento-maxillary system with a permanent bite were taken under medical supervision for orthodontic treatment. Examination of the temporomandibular joint of patients with muscular-articular dysfunction was carried out by computer tomography (CT). In 71.4% of children with a distal bite, the head of the joint of the lower jaw is shifted up and back, while only in 28.6% of the head of the joint is located in the center. In 73.3% of children with a deep bite, the head of the joint of the lower jaw is displaced up and back, whereas in 26.7% of the displacement was not observed. According to our results, pathological bites occupy one of the main places in the pathogenesis of muscular-articular dysfunction of the mandibular joint, since displacement of the head of the joint of the lower jaw is more common with a distal and deep pathological bite.

  • Analyzed the results of X-ray sonography of 200 women with mammary gland pathologies. In women with mammary gland pathologies, thyroid hypothyroidism was noted in a somewhat prevalent percentage of observations, confirmed by radiometry and laboratory data. When ypothyroidism is determined by an in-crease in the number of observations of fibroaden and diffuse fibrotic mastopathies, characterized by pro-nounced fibrosis processes and a violation of regression of the glandular tissue. The reverse situation is ob-served in the occurrence of mammary gland cysts and normal tissue structure, the number of such observations in patients with hypothyroidism was significantly less than in patients without hypothyroidism. In women with hypothyroidism and without hypothyroidism, almost the same number of cases of breast cancer

  • Hereditary, exogenous, multifactorial factors lead to the causes of anomalies in the development of female genital organs. The occurrence of genital malformations is attributed to the critical period of intrauterine development. It is based on the absence of fusion of the caudal sections of the paramesonephral Muller ducts, deviations in the transformations of the urogenital sinus, as well as the pathological course of gonad organogenesis, which depends on the development of the primary nocturnal. These deviations account for 16% of all anomalies. Anomalies of the development of the genitals often occur during the pathological course of pregnancy in the mother at different periods of pregnancy. These are early and late gestosis, infectious diseases, intoxication, endocrine disorders in the mother's body. In addition, anomalies in the development of female genital organs can occur under the influence of harmful environmental factors, occupational harmful effects in the mother, poisoning with toxic substances. Along with anomalies of the genitals, in 40% of cases there are anomalies of the urinary system (unilateral kidney agenesis), intestines (atresia of the anus), bones (congenital scoliosis), as well as congenital heart defects.

  • To date, the diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of the combined disease of prostate adenoma and bladder cancer (RMP), which continue to attract the attention of urologists due to the constant improvement and introduction of new treatment methods, have not been sufficiently covered in the specialized literature. The question of the scope and sequence of interventions for these mutually aggravating pathologies remains still poorly developed. The detection of combined diseases in the preoperative period, if they are unexpectedly detected during or after adenomectomy, dictates the use of various tactical options. The literature data on this issue contain an analysis of a small number of observations and are evaluated very inconsistently.

  • In the study of biopsies obtained during fibrogastroduodenoscopy (43 men, 268 biopsies) and autopsy (9 people) affected by severe concomitant injury that centralization of blood circulation at the level of the digestive system that leads to local circulatory hypoxia with morphological changes ranging from mild reversible ischemia to necrosis were detected. Polietiology and monopathogenesis of shock in general and traumatic disease in particular, mean flexibility of mechanisms of alterative components development. Morphologically stressful, immunopathological and circulatory changes are expressed in the development of acute esophagogastroduodenopathy in form of acute erosions and ulcers with severe hemorrhagic component. Clinically it is manifested in the form of dynamic ileus, dyskinesia of the stomach and duodenum, pyloric insufficiency of duodenal bile reflux

  • Brucellosis (synonyms: Maltese fever, Bangui's disease) is a disease caused by various types of brucella, prone to chronic course, characterized by damage to the musculoskeletal system, nervous, reproductive and other systems. Chronic brucellosis (BC) is a zoonotic infectious-allergic disease that causes caused by bacteria of the genus Brucella, which lasts more than six months, is characterized by a pronounced polymorphism of clinical manifestations with a predominant lesion of the musculoskeletal, nervous, genitourinary, and other systems, with a tendency to recurrent course. The share of children under the age of 14 in the total incidence of "newly diagnosed" CD increased almost 3 times - from 5 to 15%, which is an indicator of the tense epidemiological situation for this infection. Group diseases of people with the number of cases of 10 or more cases are periodically recorded [10].

  • Endoprosthesis replacement - operational treatment of diseases and damages of hip joint. The problem of prevention of complications and their negative effects is extremely actual [1] today. However the role of different beam techniques in identification of adverse effects and complications of endoprosthesis replacement of joints is studied insufficiently. Results of clinic and diagnostic and beam researches of 40 patients with pathology of hip joint arc analyzed. The used beam methods of research - roentgenography, multispiral computer tomography. At presurgical stage the main objective was detection of pathology of joint, definition of indications and planning of operative measure. Situation and relationship of components of endoprosthesis, condition of bone tissue, and also bone cement round cup and leg of prosthesis were key parameters of radiological assessment of outcomes of endoprosthesis replacement. Complex use of radiological techniques (roentgenography and spiral computer tomography) allows to specify and add semiotics of changes of bone tissue at the level of acetabular hollow and proximal department of femur after endoprosthesis replacement.

  • The study of trace element status in diffuse toxic goiter appropriate, depending on the functional activity of the thyroid gland. Investigated a number of elements that are "goitrogenic" or "strumogen" factors - the essential trace elements such as selenium, cobalt, copper, manganese and others. The study included 51 pa-tients with diffuse toxic goiter. The survey included: general clinical research study of thyroid status, study trace element status (determination of the content in the hair of patients with iron, selenium, manganese, co-balt, copper, zinc). The studies revealed deficiency of trace elements (iron, manganese, cobalt, copper, zinc) in diffuse toxic goiter, as well as the ability of hair to reflect long-term trends in trace element status of the body allow us to consider the above micronutrient deficiency as a risk factor for diffuse toxic goiter.
