In recent years, in the Department of gynecology, often performed extirpation of the uterus. This is due to the fact that drug therapy does not give the desired effect. Only according to the first clinic of Sammi only in 2017, constituent part of extirpation of the all 136 laparotomic operations, uterine fibroids accounts about for 46.3%. Purpose: was to study the effectiveness and safety of the method of anesthesia. Method: was to carry out various types of anesthetic support for identical operations and determine the most effective method of anesthesia. As a result: all methods ofanesthesiological support had an effective level of anesthesia. There was no special differentiation between different methods.Conclusion: The best parameter was the method of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, which provides a good during of the anesthesia and protects the body of patients from surgical aggression. In addition, this method has a more stable hemodynamics, relative to the other two groups (total intravenous anesthesia and spinal anesthesia), which favorably affects the course of the operation. -

Тhe use of the drug hemolif in the cure of iron-deficiency anemiaTreatment of iron-deficiency anemia is carried out according to the etiopathogenetic condition. If possi-ble, the causes of the disease are eliminated by an etiological factor that promotes the development of anemia. Pathogenetic method of cure is the appointment of iron preparations. In this work, characteristic of the medi-cine "Hemolif" is given, which was used in 30 patients who were on cured at the Research Institute of Hema-tology and Blood transfusion with the iron-deficiency anemia diagnosis in heavy degree. The positive effect of the Hemolif action is due to the iron (III) content of the hydroxide of the sucrose complex, stimulates erythro-poiesis and leads to an increase in the hemoglobin level

Use for hemostasis of operational wounds in urology of infusion and tincture of the lagokhilus intoxicating allows to reach hemostasis without possible complications. -
Lipid metabolism and its correction with pharmaceutical preparation on the basis of galega officinalis in experimental metabolic syndromeAn integral part of the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus type 2 is the metabolic syndrome, which is also a perspective target for therapeutic correction. The modern direction is the usage of nanotechnology. Using nanoparticles can optimize the effectiveness of therapy, minimize side effects and improve compliance. Based on the model of the experimental metabolic syndrome induced by the high-fructose diet, the influence of the combined medicinal product on the basis of Goat’s Rue and its liposomal form was studied. The results indicate that the effectiveness of Galevit exceeds the one of the pharmaceutical agent based on Goat’s Rue in the usual form and is not inferior to the reference preparation Arfa Kombi, which is confirmed by a significant reconstruction of the indices. The obtained data provide evidence of the prospects of further pharmacological research of the liposomal form of the new combined drug, Galevit, with subsequent implementation into clinical practice.

The examination and treatment of patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis who after surgical treatment along with conventional treatment included medication elfunat (ethylmethylhydroxypyridine succinate). Use of the drug has contributed elftinat: reduction of postoperative inflammatory reaction region and improve the activity of reparative tissue of the nose, the normalization of blood lipid peroxidation system and morpho-functional restoration layer of nasal mucosa. -

The review disclosed the history of development and usage of drugs (infusion, tincture in solution and tablets) made from Lagochi-lus intoxicating in various fields of medicine, particularly in urology. Marked the advisability of such a pharmacological method of local hemostasis after husking the adenomatous node associated with a strong hemostatic effect, speed and convenience compared with other methods such as tamponage, suturing and bringing down the bed of adenoma and bladder neck. Studying the evolution of extracting and use of drugs made from agrestic plant Lagochilus intoxicating states that most convenient and reliable method of hemostasis in adenomectomy is still local application of 5-10% - water infusion and 12% - alcohol solution of Lagochilus, although not excluded combination with the tablet form. Objectively evaluated the merits of individual scientists and urologists in this story. -
The analysis for the treatment of 23 patients has been carried out (14 cases of destructive appendici-tis, 7 destructive cholecyctitis, 2-perforation of the duodenal ulcer). The frequency of the pyoinflammatory complications at the patients after operations has been studied as well as the efficiency of the usage of Cy-prinol 100 mg in ampoules in the cases of destructive appendicitis, cholecyctitis, pyoinflammatory. No postoperative complications at the patients, who got antibiotic therapy with Cyprinol, has been ob-cerved. Besides, the carrying out of the monotherapy at which the injection is given 1-2 times a day (compar- ing to 5-6 injections within other treatment regimens) is quite perspective. -
Assessment of efficiency of complex treatment of diabetic makulopatiya with use of the peptide bioregulator (retinalamin) and lazerkoagulyationResults of the laser treatment in patients with diabetic maculopathy complicated by macular edema have showed that the combined using lasercoagulation and peptid bioregulator Retinalamin contributed the resolu-tion of macular edema and allow to enhance of the visual functions. At application of traditional conservative therapy at DM only at 11,4% visual acuity, in 6 months after treatment doubtfully improved, visual acuity was authentically below initial. As a result of the combined treatment of DM by means of laser photocoagu-lation and Retinalamin's preparation visual acuity improved, with 0,140 to 0,333, changes of the area of rela-tive and absolute scotomas at DM, during treatment wasn't noted, the reached effect remains more than 6 months that speaks about stabilization of function of a retina.

Experience with the drug bifolak-neo when violations vaginal microbiocenosis pregnantAmong the inflammatory diseases of female genital organs problem of vaginal infections is still rele-vant. Pregnant with impaired vaginal microbiocenosis are at risk for the occur-rence of infectious complications during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. Timely diagnosis and adequate therapy increases the effectiveness of treatment of obstetric complications. Among probiotics becoming more common probiotics with Bacillus, one of the drugs of this group is "Bifolak-NEO." This drug is widely used in order to correct dysbiosis vagina in pregnancy. По многочисленным литературным источникам, за последние 20-30 лет отмечается роег частоты встречаемости БОС, прежде всего среди детей раннего возраега при острых респираторных вирусных инфекциях (ОРВИ). Источник предрасполагающих факторов и факторов риска развития БОС при различных заболеваниях респираторного тракта, особенно у детей раннего возраега, в условиях современной жизни, быта и технического прогресса неисчерпаем.
