This paper delves into the intricate mechanisms by which the rabies virus avoids detection and neutralization by the host immune system. From exploiting the blood-brain barrier to manipulating immune response pathways, the virus employs a repertoire of tactics to establish and propagate infection within the central nervous system. Understanding these evasion strategies is crucial for developing effective antiviral interventions. This review synthesizes current knowledge on the immunoevasive tactics of the rabies virus, shedding light on potential targets for therapeutic intervention and advancing our ability to combat this deadly viral infection.

2024-03-02T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Behzad Taherizadeh, Maryam Bashar https://inlibrary.uz/index.php/tajvswd/article/view/30627 BACTERIAL BALLET: DELVING INTO THE INTRICACIES OF GASTROINTESTINAL MICROBIOTA DYNAMICS 2024-04-03T14:15:32+08:00 Yang Liu yang@theamericanjournals.com
The intricate relationship between gastrointestinal microbiota and mammalian health underscores a dynamic interplay crucial for homeostasis and well-being. This symbiotic dance involves a complex array of interactions between the host and microbial communities residing within the gut. Through mutualistic relationships, the gut microbiota contribute to various physiological processes, including nutrient metabolism, immune modulation, and barrier function. Conversely, disruptions in this delicate balance can precipitate pathological conditions and compromise host health. This paper explores the multifaceted connections between gastrointestinal microbiota and mammalian health, shedding light on the mechanisms underlying their interdependence. By elucidating the nuances of this relationship, we aim to advance our understanding of microbial-host interactions and inform strategies for promoting health and preventing disease.
2024-03-01T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Guoxin Liu, Shengguo Zhang
