  • Miya o‘z-o‘zini tartibga soluvchi tizim bo'lib, u turli fazoviy va vaqtinchalik miqyosda o'ziga o‘xshashlikni namoyish etadi. Shunday qilib, samarali qayta ishlash va funktsional afzalliklarga bog'liq bo'lgan dinamikasining murakkabligi uning masshtabsiz (fraktal) xususiyatlarining o‘lchovi bilan qo'lga kiritilishi mumkin. Elektroansefalografik signalning (EEG) fraktal o'lchami (FD) miya shikastlanishi natijasida yuzaga keladigan neyron disfunktsiyasiga optimal darajada sezgir degan gipoteza ostida FDning o'tkir insultdagi ikkita asosiy jarayonini baholashda quyidagi ikkita natija olindi: klinik buzilish va tiklanish. O'rta miya arteriyasi hududida bir tomonlama ishemik insultdan 4-10 kun o'tgach, 36 bemorda va 19 sog‘lom nazoratdan so'ng, tinch EEG to'plangan. Milliy sog'liqni saqlash instituti insult shkalasi (NIHss) TO da va 6 oydan keyin to'plangan. FD uning inter-yarimferik assimetriya (FDasy) va spektral tarmoqli kuchlari EEG signallari uchun hisoblab chiqilgan. Bemorlarda FD nazorat guruhiga qaraganda kichikroq edi (l,447±0,092 va l,525±0,105) va uning kamayishi o‘tkir klinik holatni yomonlashtirgan. FD pasayishi tebranish faolligining alfa ortishi va beta pasayishi bilan bog'liq edi. O'tkir bosqichda kattaroq FDasy olti oyda yomonroq klinik tiklanish bilan bog'langan. Bemorlardagi FD tizimli shikastlanish natijasida yuzaga keladigan global tizim disfunktsiyasini aks ettiruvchi murakkablikning yo'qolishini qayd etdi. Ushbu pasayish struktura-funksiya birligining tabiatini ochib beradi, bu yerda mintaqaviy nervlaming ko'p miqyosli o'ziga o'xshash faoliyati anatomik lezyon tomonidan buzilgan. Neyron faolligi murakkabligining pasayishi va funktsional qobiliyatlaming qisqartirilgan repertuariga mos keladi. FDasy natijasi insultni tiklashda gomologik miya tuzilmalari faoliyati o'rtasidagi muvozanatning funktsional ahamiyatini ta’kidlaydi.
