ABSTRACT
Currently, globalization presents mankind with positive changes and such processes that the countries of the world
can't solve any problems alone, that is, all peoples have to solve the emerging problems together. Globalization
initially penetrated the economic life of countries, but now it affects politics, spirituality, and even ordinary daily
processes of people. This process is an objective reality that occurred at a certain stage of the development of nations,
and it did not appear by the will of any individual or state. However, this objective process is now turning into a
negative point of view when one country conflicts with the interests of other countries for its hegemony, political
power, and economic stability, and this causes them to be deprived of the positive aspects of this process, for
example, based on the research of the French scientist T. Fabre, “at the end of the 20th century, 20% of the richest
countries accounted for 86% of global GDP, 82% of exports, and 68% of investments, while 20% of the poorest countries
accounted for all three indicators are within one per cent”[1]

INTRODUCTION
In addition, based on the UN data, we say that the
investment of the three richest people in the world is
more than the combined gross income of the 48
poorest countries. In addition, the mirror of today’s
world shows that the influence of mass culture, which
is entering them as a result of the influence of

developed countries on small countries, is increasing to
the point of destroying the foundations of culture that
have been formed for a long time. This means that
developed countries do not look at small countries as
equal partners in economic, political and other fields,
but as a source of raw materials in order to further
strengthen their power.
It is no secret that the future fate of countries depends
on the attention and investment of the countries in
education for today’s youth. Therefore, the attention
given to young people in New Uzbekistan has been
raised to the level of state policy, and ensuring the
integrity and continuity of their education has been set
as a priority task. The importance of this is that in
today's processes, young people will mature both
physically and mentally so that they do not fall under
the influence of the negative effects of globalization
processes, and to develop young people who are not
indifferent and indifferent to the fate of the country
and the nation. This is especially important in the
process of unification of regions and peoples.
Currently, the processes of globalization, according to
the scale of influence, show that all countries will be
connected to one network in terms of social, political,
economic and spiritual aspects. The fact that this
process has a serious impact on the national
sovereignty of countries can be expressed by the
following factors.
The Main Findings and Results
First,
international
organizations,
enterprises,
concerns, associations and powerful political entities
are emerging that are conquering international
markets. Year after year, these things penetrate the
life of all countries, leading to a slight decrease in the
status of the independence of national statehood.
Second, this process partially endangers the
independence protected by law within a country or
hurts the internal and foreign policy of the country. For
example, small problems that have arisen within a
country, due to the intervention of external forces,
cause a flare-up, the scale of which increases several
times, and turns into conflicts and political struggles,
and the result is the interest of the interested country.
Third, the territorial integrity of each nation, which
determines the borders of national statehood, leads to
the loss of its form due to globalization and the decline
of the position of state power, in short, national
borders are “washed away” every year.
Fourth, the processes of “democracy” “established”
by some leaders of Western countries in the world are
accelerating, and as a result, the development of other
countries based on the principles of real people’s
power chosen by them is derailed, and this is beneficial
for some countries. In a word, this process is an
attempt by the founders of the “global idea” to
establish their control by destroying the political
stability of other countries. Researcher A.V. Buzgalin

said, “Globalization has a strong influence on politics,
it increases the dependence of countries on each other
in the field of security and economy, and it leads to a
deep change in the priorities of each of them on the
world stage. By forcing to look at the arsenal of foreign
political tools from a different point of view, it will lead
to the acceleration of the process of gradualization of
the agenda of world politi
cs,” he expressed his
opinion.
One of the negative manifestations of globalization is
various negative roles that affect the minds of young
people through Internet networks. It is known that the
Internet is a product of human thinking and is currently
the only global network that includes the whole world.
Without denying the network’s unique database,
speed and ease of obtaining information, it can be used
by some inefficient forces of organized criminal groups
and organizations that threaten the sovereignty of
countries by creating threats that hurt the morale of
people. The presence of websites and pornographic
videos hurts the education and morals of the
generations.
It is also necessary to mention that migrations are
becoming more active in the process of globalization.
As a result of these processes, we are all witnessing the
increase of transnational crimes. For example, human
trafficking, drug use, and international terrorism are
among the growing crimes from year to year. The
processes of international globalization are gradually
taking over the social life of all peoples, and as a result,
they have a special effect on established and
universally recognized procedures and cultural values.
Another global problem is the Aral Sea, which has been
destroyed by the human factor. As a result of the rising
of millions of tons of salt and dust particles formed in
the dry bottom of the sea into the air, it causes various
asthma, pneumonia and similar diseases in people.
Sand storms and severe air pollution observed in some
regions of our country in recent years are the result of
the drying of the island. In this regard, on the initiative
of the President of our country, Sh. Mirziyoev, trees
were planted on millions of hectares of the dry bottom
of the Aral Sea, and forestry with a scientific basis was
established. With the efforts of our President, the
adoption of the resolution called “The Trust Fund for
Human Security for the Aral Bay Region under the UN
based on Multilateral Partnership” and “The Aral Bay
Region as a Region of Environmental Innovation and
Technology” at the United Nations Summit is a true
sign of positive changes in the region became a flower
crown.
It was noted that to reflect this resolution in real life
reality, we should take immediate practical measures,
as well as more quickly implement our activities related
to the development of the UN World Environmental
Charter aimed at establishing a new ecologically stable
balance.

It can be said that under the leadership of the
Honorable President, the society of Uzbekistan is
putting forward its initiative ideas to solve problems,
but also is making efforts for their national and
regional solutions. Also, in 2021, at a time when the
world community is holding the “UN Conference on
Climate Change” an
d a number of other conferences in
Glasgow, Scotland, the nationwide movement “Green
Space” has launched in our country and it is still being
carried out in full force, which demonstrates the
obligations of our country within the framework of
international regulatory documents a positive solution
is clearly visible. As the President said, it is necessary to
say that he is ready to “work as one fist”.
CONCLUSION
In conclusion, it should be said that in order to prevent
the negative impact of globalization on the youth of
our country, and to use its positive development
aspects, we consider it appropriate to carry out the
following activities;
•
Increasing the number of classes and clubs
related to ecology at all levels of the educational
system;
•
Establish mass media and media literacy
classes for upper classes of general education schools;
•
Organization campaigns to explain the positive
and negative aspects of globalization at the republican
level;
•
Development of the “Green Uzbekistan
-
2040”
concept;
•
Taking into account the ecological situation,
taking into account the strict control of the installation
of modern air cleaner filters at enterprises and
factories operating in our country, etc.
