INTRODUCTION

As soon as a person comes into the world, before he

even opens his eyes, he calls out to the bright world

with all his voice, looking for mercy. He embraces the

mother's warm bosom, life-giving breast, her soft

palm. He wants salvation and kindness from those

around him. Quickly hold this tiny baby in your arms. He

also enjoys the warmth of our div and opens his eyes,

looking for love in our eyes. We should see kindness

not only from our children or our relatives, but we

should also be kind to everyone. It is both a duty and a

duty to preserve our ancient values and kindness that

have passed down through the ages and left by our

ancestors.

First of all, by the kindness of the creator, man was

created and given a heart, mind, eyes, hands and feet.

He does not describe himself as having created a

thousand of the same delicacies for a living. Without

the mercy of the creator, we would remain a simple

creature that cannot think and do not create miracles.

So, it is in our hands to use the mind, to live with fire in

the heart, to fight, to work, to give beauty to life with

kindness.

When we talk about mercy and kindness, it is natural

that people come to our eyes who need our endless

help. They always need our love.

Children in orphanages, our neglected parents in

nursing homes, or those who are born sick and are

being cared for in nursing homes because of our own

fault. After all, what is wrong with them? Is it because

the light came into the world or because he had a child

and brought him to adulthood and became

unnecessary?

Our elderly people have a smile on their faces, joy in

their hearts, and prayers in their tongues. We have to

take care of them, lighten their paths, and sacrifice our

lives if necessary. It's true that our elderly need love,

but what about those who don't? What about the

disabled?

Kindness is necessary not only for the lonely and

disabled, but for everyone. The declaration of 2004 as

the "Year of Kindness" in our country is a proof of how

much attention is paid to this issue in our country.

It is also a task to explain the deep meaning of the

great concepts of generosity, kindness and kindness,

to ensure the stability of the spiritual and spiritual

environment in every house, every neighborhood, city

and village in our country, to strengthen the family, a

healthy lifestyle, and to promote exemplary traditions

and customs. is part of the program's goal.

- Oriental virtues such as kindness, kindness, and

generosity are gradually absorbed into the heart of

every human being with the milk of mother's love.

- It should not only penetrate, but spread. As we dream

of building a society in which human dignity will be

high, the true essence of such a society lies in the core

of love and kindness. Because they decorate the world,

they protect from all evils.

Legend has it that one day Alexander Aristotle

- "What is the happiness of the world?"

Aristotle replied:

- From love, kindness, kindness. After all, there is a

word at the root of these graces, that she is the mother

of them. This is good.

- What is the power of this word? Iskandar asked again.

- He gives people spiritual strength for a lifetime. Brings

strangers closer. It is a midwife for the seeds of

goodness to sprout in this world.

- It's like a myth, but you should not forget that behind

any imaginary tissue lies the truth. So, this means that

the feeling of love that is given to people, which is in

the heart, is so strong that it can save humanity, even

from the most terrible crimes.

- Yes, of course. Man is the most sacred power, the

highest being in this life. Man has always been the

protagonist of history. Because the stability, beauty

and content of social life and society is closely related

to the creative work of a person. However, what

distinguishes a person from all aspects is not only his

work and social activity, but also his moral relations

between people, kindness, humanitarian qualities. It is

not for nothing that the great Abu Nasr Farabi said that

"just as the maturity of a tree is measured by its fruit,

all the qualities of a person are measured by his love,

loyalty, generosity, and morality."

Thankfully, our national spiritual values are being

restored, and moral qualities are emerging again in the

spirituality of our people. In fact, there is an ember of

love in everyone's heart. But it is not possible for

everyone to ignite it and give it to others. Any real

upbringing, human development begins with the

family. Our children, nourished by the oriental roots of

the family and breathing in the modern air, grow up

and mature in line with the demands of the times and

life. Of course, the relationship between parents and

their ability to be an example in all aspects is important.

Kindness that starts with the family should be

connected with continuity in relationships of

consanguinity, kinship, neighborhood.

Because where there is love, there is respect. Where

there is no mercy, the tree of life withers, breaks and

bears no fruit. Because kindness is an external

expression of worldview, character, human inner

world. Mercy is neither a one-time act nor a series of

events.

If we take a deeper look, kindness can be towards not

only people, but the earth, the sky, the whole

environment, the nation, and all aspects of life. A plant

sprouting from the ground, a newly transplanted

seedling, even birds, animals, and water need love and

respect. Rocks, closed springs, dry rivers, small creeks,

Mother Nature needs mercy.

Currently, in the conditions of the market economy in

the Republic of Uzbekistan, as the main directions of

the state environmental policy, great attention is paid

to environmental protection, proper use of natural

resources, and ecological safety of the population.

Article 55 of the Constitution of the Republic of

Uzbekistan stipulates that "Land, underground

resources, water, flora and fauna and other natural

resources are national wealth, they must be used

wisely and are under state protection."

The rational use of natural resources and their

protection is the environmental policy of every

country. The essence and requirements of the

ecological policy carried out in our republic are to

legally ensure the ecological security system and

implement the adopted laws, at the same time to

organize the scientific and rational use of the natural

resources of the republic, to prevent extreme

situations and to organize and improve activities to

prevent them. must be achieved.

It should be emphasized that in order to eliminate the

environmental problems of the present time, it is the

most important issue to form the feelings of love and

care for nature in people's minds and hearts. Because

people should not be stopped from forming their

ecological culture. For this, it is necessary to form a

system of the best ecological ideas and concepts.

After the independence of our country, many targeted

laws and decisions on youth policy were adopted by

the government of our Republic. It is clear to all of us

that on the basis of these adopted laws and decisions,

permanent opportunities have been created for young

people to study in all fields and reach a mature age. The

words of the first President I.Karimov, "Our children

and youth are not only our trust and our future, our

youth are the decisive force of today and tomorrow"

echoed in everyone's heart. In fact, the declaration of

2008 as the "Year of Youth" in our country is a vivid

example of this. Raising the young generation in the

spirit of patriotism and humanitarianism, developing in

them all positive qualities such as purity, hard work and

tolerance, appreciating the values inherited from our

ancestors, and using them effectively is becoming a

requirement of the times. Islam Karimov expressed the

fact that the Islamic religion has been absorbed into

the culture, faith and national identity of our people

formed over the centuries: "... we cannot imagine our

nation without this holy religion, religious values and

Islamic concepts are so deeply embedded in our lives

that without them we lose our identity ... Religion is so

deeply embedded in our blood and consciousness that

it cannot be removed by any force or campaign. We can

sum up the thousand-year history of our people, our

spiritual life, and our religion and say that God is in our

hearts. These views are the most fair view of people's

faith in religion. Such an approach is based on the

essence of governance in a secular state, is based on

democratic and legal, humanitarian principles, and is

compatible with all requirements of social justice. The

governing bodies in Uzbekistan have been consistently

implementing such a fair policy since the first days of

our country's independence.

The source of strength of our independent Uzbekistan

lies in our people's loyalty to ancient values and

universally recognized rules.

The high dignity of the Uzbek people is based on their

upbringing of the young generation in the spirit of

courage, national pride, pride, and at the same time,

kindness, generosity and pure conscience, which

considers honor as its glory. Each nation living on earth

has a historically formed character. Therefore, peoples

living in different regions of the world have their own

way of life, customs that are not repeated and are not

similar to each other. At the same time, Uzbeks

consider piety, modesty and hospitality to be

important virtues in social life. These feelings are only

unique to us, and that is why they are called "Uzbek

virtues". Islam Karimov did not define it without reason

that "we are children of the East, and we are proud of

our traditions."

Our long-held values are a reflection of our spiritual

outlook. After all, the great spiritual heritage of our

great ancestors lies in it, and the strong will and spirit

of our wise people waves in it. After all, "We know the

people not by their name, but by their culture and

spirituality..."

Our wise people are not only creators of culture, but

also continuously enriching it, polishing it and passing

it on from generation to generation. All the

masterpieces in this world that have material and

spiritual value are the product of human thought and

work.

There is a factor that characterizes the national

mentality of a certain nation in the world. National

mentality (from the Latin "mens" - intelligence,

intelligence, understanding) is a criterion of the

nation's historically formed thinking, spiritual

potential, way of living and thinking, matured in certain

social conditions. ability and mental strength. This term

includes the traditions, customs, traditions, way of life

of a person, ability to think and worldview, as well as

religious beliefs, characteristic of a nation.

The unique mentality of Uzbeks is directly related to

the formation of their customs and traditions in the

long past. It was settled on the basis of natural

geographical location, mutual ethno-cultural relations,

political processes, socio-economic, religious views,

mental-intellectual

potential

and

psychological

experiences.

Historically, our mentality has experienced several

religious-ideological

stages

(Buddhism,

Zoroastrianism, Islam, ruling) and the fact that the

process of formation of the Uzbek people was focused

on indigenous ethnic groups and Turkic peoples.

The fact that our people are ethnically diverse has

required the development of qualities that are

common to all social strata and clans, solidarity, and

the qualities that always protect the interests of the

community in our mentality. The qualities of our

people, such as tolerance, hospitality, generosity and

hospitality, calling for mutual cooperation, sympathy

for the helpless in times of concern, standing shoulder

to shoulder to protect each other, are born from the

need to ensure collective unity, unity of language and

heart, harmony of thought and action, and the need to

maintain harmony may have been polished and

elevated.

Today, one of the urgent tasks is the formation of

spirituality among young people, it is necessary to

make them mature with feelings of national pride and

pride, and use the national ideology as a weapon for

the development of the country. This nation has

created a huge spiritual force that cannot be burned by

fire or water. These values, inherited from ancestors to

generations, have come down to us after passing the

test of time, which is always a just judge. If they are not

valued, allowed to be trampled on or abandoned, in

addition to the nuclear, atomic and special energy

power that physically destroys a person in today's

dangerous and turbulent times, it is a force and danger

that will uproot humanity from the ground, and this is

a spiritual decline.

Preserving the image, identity and values of today's

nation that give it strength to become a nation, relying

on them, is the priority of a healthy nation.

As the First President of our Republic I.Karimov stated:

"The ideology of national independence, built on the

basis of centuries-old traditions, customs, language

and spirit of our people, in harmony with universal

values, conveys the feeling of confidence in the future

to the hearts and minds of people, educates them in

the spirit of love for the Motherland and

humanitarianism it should serve to educate honesty,

courage and patience, a sense of justice, and a desire

for knowledge and enlightenment."

As we know, the holy religion of Islam is human

qualities; it is imbued with ideas such as being

compassionate, earning a living honestly, and sharing

alms in a generous and benevolent way. However, it is

necessary to explain the true nature of the religion to

those who throw slanderous and slanderous stones at

this holy religion, to protect its purity, to convey its true

nature to the next generation, and to promote the

noble ideas that glorify Islamic culture. Because,

nowadays, the elements of Western culture that

poison the minds of young people, that make white

black, are influenced by various currents from the

curiosity of young people, people who have not yet

formed ideological immunity, or some people who do

not have an independent opinion. Many young people

today know the difference between good and bad. We

all know that Islam never leads to ignorance, but to the

light of knowledge, and glorifies purity and honesty.

Our wise people do not use the proverb "He who

forgets the past has no future" for nothing. In the

spiritual development of the youth, it is necessary to be

among the young people who contribute to the

to increase the sense of humanity of religious tolerance

as our head of state noted, "Our main goal is to

resolutely continue the path of building a free,

prosperous and prosperous life in our country." I am

confident that we will use all our knowledge,

experience, and intelligence to become a single

people, a single nation, and we will definitely achieve

our noble goals, making our boundless love and loyalty

to our Motherland a sacred flag. The main idea of this

eternal call is to invite the hearts of our growing youth

to new heights. Let's be kind in life. Only then will

mercy be in harmony with us.
