Youth, being a key element of society, is not only
a carrier of innovation and change, but also a
product of the impact of various cultural factors.
Among such factors, religious and secular aspects
that form the cultural landscape of young people
occupy an important place[1]. In this article we
will look at how these aspects interact and
influence the formation of cultural values and
identity of the modern generation.

Modern society is faced with a variety of cultural
influences that shape the mentality and values of
young people. One of the key factors influencing
the formation of the cultural landscape are
religious and secular aspects. In this article we
will consider how these factors interact and
influence the formation of the cultural landscape
among young people[2]. Youth has always been a
key catalyst for cultural and social change. In
modern society, the formation of the cultural
landscape of youth is a complex process in which
both religious and secular aspects are actively
involved. These factors influence the values,
norms of behavior, identity and lifestyle of the
younger generation, contributing to the structure
of the culture of the youth environment.

Religion traditionally plays a significant role in
the formation of cultural values and norms of
behavior. In various societies, religious beliefs
determine moral standards, family values, and
social interaction. The influence of religion on
young people is manifested through participation
in religious rituals, following moral norms and
internal motivation. Young people who profess
religious beliefs often find in them a source of
inspiration and structuring of their lives.

Religious communities provide young people
with a platform for social interaction, the
exchange of values and the formation of
community, which affects their cultural
landscape.

In parallel with religious aspects, secular
influences also have a significant impact on the
cultural landscape of young people. Globalization,
technology development, freedom of information

all this forms a new type of culture focused on

modern values and requirements[3]. The secular
culture of youth finds expression in music,
fashion, art and social media. Youth movements,
such as hip-hop, rock or techno, are becoming not
only a form of self-expression, but also a way to
unite people with common interests. In this
context, secular aspects influence the individual
self-expression and socio-cultural identity of
young people. In the modern world, young people
often face the need to integrate various aspects of
their culture[4]. Some prefer to combine religious
beliefs with elements of secular culture, creating
unique forms of expression. Such approaches
contribute to the formation of an open and
tolerant society, where the diversity of cultural
manifestations is welcome.

Religious beliefs and practices have deep roots in
the culture of many societies. They can form the
foundations of the worldview, morality and
values of youth. Religious communities often
provide young people with a structured social
circle, moral guidance and support. This influence
can manifest itself in the choice of friends,
education, as well as in professional and cultural
preferences.

Religious rituals and holidays also play an
important role in shaping the cultural landscape
of young people. They can become a factor of
social integration, strengthening the sense of
community and belonging to a certain cultural
tradition. Secular aspects include a variety of
cultural elements that are not related to religious
beliefs. Young people actively interact with
modern media, art, technology and other aspects
of secular culture that shape their perception of
the world. Youth subcultures, fashion and musical
preferences often become the main elements of
the secular cultural landscape[5]. They can serve
as a means of self-expression, as well as a way to
create identity. Technology and social media also
play an important role in providing young people
with new ways to communicate and interact.

Modern youth is often in search of a balance
between religious and secular aspects of culture.
Some prefer to strictly follow the traditions of
their religion, while others prefer modern trends
and secular values. It is important to note that
religious and secular aspects can interact and
mutually enrich each other. For example, youth
initiatives can use modern technologies to spread
religious ideas, and religious communities can
incorporate elements of modern culture into their
practice.

Religious beliefs play an essential role in shaping
the cultural landscape of young people[6]. They
not only provide a system of values and norms of
behavior, but also influence the lifestyle and
socio-cultural practices of young people.
Religious communities can become a center for

the formation of cultural traditions, providing
young people with unique rituals and rituals.

For example, in countries with a predominance of
Christianity, young people can actively
participate in church events, such as services,
holidays and charity events. In Islamic
communities, young people may focus on
observing religious rites, including prayers and
fasts. Thus, religious aspects form not only
religion, but also determine the structure of daily
life and relationships. In parallel with religious
aspects, secular factors such as education,
popular culture and social networks have a
significant impact on young people. Education, as
a key secular element, forms the cultural baggage
of the younger generation, determining their
views on the world, values and priorities.

Mass culture, in turn, offers young people a wide
range of entertainment, ideas and trends. In the
world of globalization, young people often find a
common language through pop culture, cinema,
music and fashion. These elements form a kind of
"global language" of youth culture, bringing
together representatives of various religious and
cultural groups. It is important to note that
religious and secular aspects do not always exist
in isolation from each other. Young people often
find ways to integrate religious beliefs into their
secular life and vice versa[7]. This can manifest
itself in the creation of their own cultural
practices that combine elements of both religious
and secular origin.

In modern society, religious and secular aspects
interact, forming the cultural landscape of young

people. This interaction leads to the emergence of
unique cultural forms in which religious and
secular elements complement and mutually
enrich each other. Understanding this interaction
is essential for creating a constructive dialogue
between generations and for maintaining cultural
diversity in society.

The cultural landscape of youth is a complex and
multifaceted phenomenon that is formed under
the influence of various factors, including social,
economic, political and religious aspects. In this
article we will consider the role played by
religious and secular aspects in shaping the
cultural landscape of modern youth. Religious
beliefs and values often become the basis for the
formation of the cultural landscape of young
people[6]. Religion influences the worldview,
moral beliefs and behavioral standards. Youth
groups focused on certain religious movements
can create their own cultural communities, within
which common values are affirmed.

For example, youth movements based on
Christian or Islamic values may focus on family
values, the struggle for social justice and moral
norms. These aspects of religion form a special
cultural landscape that influences the choices in
clothing, music and lifestyle of young people.
Today's youth are also strongly influenced by
secular aspects such as media, technology,
education and entertainment. The Internet and
social networks create their own virtual cultural
landscape where trends, norms and values are
formed.

Music, cinema, fashion and other forms of art
have a huge impact on the formation of the
cultural landscape of young people. Many youth
subcultures are formed around certain styles of
music or fashion trends, thereby determining the
appearance and behavior of their members. In
modern society, there is often an intertwining of
religious and secular aspects in the cultural
landscape of youth[5]. Young people can unite in
communities that include both religious and
secular elements. For example, youth groups
based on a certain musical subculture may
include religious elements in their culture,
creating a unique synthesis.

The cultural landscape of youth is the result of the
interaction of various aspects, including religious
and secular. Religion influences worldviews and
values, while secular factors such as media and
entertainment shape behavioral standards. It is
interesting to observe how these aspects
intertwine, creating a variety of cultural
landscapes of modern youth. It is important to
take into account this complex nature when
analyzing and understanding cultural trends
among young people and to promote constructive
dialogue between different cultural groups.

Religious aspects in the cultural landscape of
youth

Religious beliefs and practices play an important
role in shaping the values and identity of young
people. Religion provides a framework of moral
norms and ethical values, determining which
actions are considered permissible and which are
not. It also often serves as a source of community

and social interaction, uniting youth groups
around common beliefs.

Religious rituals and traditions can have a
significant impact on the cultural landscape,
forming public holidays, art themes, architectural
solutions and even fashion. They create unique
community spaces where young people can find
support and mutual understanding.

At the same time, in the conditions of modern
society, there is a decrease in the role of religious
aspects in the cultural landscape of young people.
Growing secularism and an increase in the share
of the non-religious population affect how young
people perceive and comprehend their cultural
identity.

Secular aspects in the cultural landscape of youth

Secular factors also play an important role in
shaping the cultural landscape of young people.
This includes education, mass culture, technology
and other aspects of modern society[8].
Education determines not only knowledge, but
also the system of values that young people
accept.

Mass culture, in turn, has a huge impact on the
preferences and stereotypes of young people.
Media, cinema, music and fashion form general
cultural patterns that young people integrate into
their landscape.

Technologies, with their constant development,
provide young people with new means of
communication and self-expression. Social
networks, digital platforms and virtual

communities create their own cultural space,
which can be both secular and religious.

Interaction of religious and secular aspects

Modern youth is often in search of a balance
between religious and secular aspects in their
culture. Some prefer to adhere to traditional
religious values, while others prefer more secular
forms of self-expression.

It is important to note that these aspects do not
necessarily conflict with each other. They can
interact, enriching the cultural landscape of
young people. For example, religious youth
groups can actively use modern technologies to
spread their ideas and values.

C

ONCLUSION

In conclusion, religious and secular aspects
interact, forming a cultural landscape among
young people. This process is dynamic and
subject to change under the influence of socio-
cultural trends. Understanding and respect for
the diversity of cultural manifestations among
young people contributes to the creation of a
harmonious society where everyone can find
their place and express their uniqueness within
the framework of universally recognized values.
Religious and secular aspects play an important
role in shaping the cultural landscape of young
people. Understanding this influence makes it
possible to better adapt to changing cultural
realities and build a dialogue between different
segments of youth. Maintaining balance and
respecting the diversity of worldviews contribute
