BSTRACT
the article reflects the tasks and approaches to improving the system of development of spiritual and moral
educational work in this area, the development of spiritual immunity among students /pupils of
educational institutions, arising from the content of the reforms carried out in the development of the
spiritual and educational sphere in subsequent years.

NTRODUCTION
The development of spiritual and educational
work is the main means leading to the desired
goal. Until a person is spiritually rich, he cannot
reach material and other maturity. Only a
spiritually perfect person can serve his family,
society and the state. In this sense, the spiritual
and educational reforms and political approaches
carried out in our country in recent years are
rising to a new level. Decision No. PQ-5040 "On
measures to fundamentally improve the system
of spiritual and educational affairs" signed by the
President on March 26, 2021, defined the most
important tasks to be performed in this regard.
In it, among other things, the following

promoting the idea of "From national revival to
national rise" based on the principle of goodness
and humanity;

ensuring the integrity of spiritual
education in the family, educational organizations
and neighborhoods;

the Internet global information network,
strengthen their ideological immunity against
ideological and informational attacks;

regular study of geopolitical and
ideological processes, effective ideological
struggle against terrorism, extremism, fanaticism,
human trafficking, drug business and other
dangerous threats, and development of
international cooperation in this regard;
-
implementation of complex measures
aimed at eliminating such vices as indifference to
the destiny of the country, localism, clan-based
bias, corruption, disregard for family values and
irresponsibility in the education of young people ,
etc.
Also, the introduction of the position of publicist
on socio-cultural issues, introduced in every
general education institution, will serve to
improve the work in this regard.
In state higher education institutions and their
branches, regardless of the number of students,
the position of vice-rector (deputy director) for
youth issues and spiritual and educational affairs
was introduced. In this case, the position of vice-
rector (deputy director) for working with young
people in higher education institutions was
reduced.
In order to strengthen the stability of the socio-
spiritual environment in the regions, to raise the
spiritual qualities in the minds and hearts of the
population, especially the youth, and to
strengthen the unity in families and
neighborhoods, a "Member of Spirituality and
Enlightenment" was established in all districts
and cities.
Most importantly, starting from the 2021/2022
academic year, the corresponding educational
directions of the higher education system at the
bachelor's level - "Spirituality"; at the master's
level - "Professional spirituality" subjects were
introduced. This allows further development of
spiritual and educational work in the educational
system.
As it is rightly stated in the content of the decision,
the implementation in our country is extensive As
a result of reforms and creative works, the way of
thinking and worldview of our people is changing.
In our country, the importance of the life-giving
idea "From national revival to national rise" is
increasing more and more in the establishment of
a legal state and civil society. Despite the
important work being carried out in this regard, a
number of systemic problems remain, which
hinder the effectiveness of spiritual and

experience in the organization of spiritual-
educational and educational work, as well as
detailed analysis and evaluation of today's
ideological processes from a scientific-practical
point of view ; to carry out monitoring of
spiritual-educational and educational work in the
area of pre-school education, general secondary,
secondary special and higher education system,
neighborhood and other structures, development
of scientifically based educational technologies,
proposals and recommendations for solving
identified problems; organization of fundamental,
practical and innovative research on spiritual
education and social and humanitarian sciences,
coordination of their implementation in practice.
In conclusion, it can be said that the development
and implementation of propaganda programs
suitable for the age of pupils/students in
educational
organizations,
especially

education of students in the spirit of respect and
tolerance towards the religion and philosophy of
Islam, other religious confessions, inter-ethnic
harmony and mutual kindness further strengthen
the environment; regular teaching of geopolitical
and ideological processes to pupils/students,
terrorism, extremism, extremism, human
trafficking, training in slavery and other
dangerous threats, there is a need to implement
