ABSTRACT
In the article, as in many countries with significant military infrastructure, the education of children of military
personnel in Uzbekistan has specific policies and support systems aimed at mitigating the unique challenges faced by
these families, and military personnel in Uzbekistan the socio-cultural features of raising children as a perfect
generation are highlighted.

INTRODUCTION
Like military families around the world, those in
Uzbekistan are often relocated based on deployment
and service requirements. Such frequent mobility can
disrupt children's education, requiring them to adjust
to new schools and curricula.
Schools and communities often need to provide
additional emotional support to help children cope
with these changes.
The government of Uzbekistan, as in other countries,
tries to ensure that there are minimal obstacles to the
education of the children of military personnel. This
may include facilitating the easy transfer of school
records and offering curriculum consistency.[1]
Providing counseling and support services is essential
to help children cope with the stress of having their
parents deployed or away. These services help
maintain mental health and emotional well-being.

Military communities in Uzbekistan, as elsewhere,
typically have strong support networks, including
social groups, sports teams, and cultural activities that
help children integrate into new environments and
maintain a sense of normalcy.
Scholarships or educational grants for children of
military personnel may be available to help with
educational expenses, especially for higher education.
Some countries have special education programs and
schools for children of military personnel, and this may
also be the case in Uzbekistan. These schools or
programs are often transitioned and equipped to meet
the unique needs of the military family.
Children of military personnel may receive priority
admission to certain schools, especially those near
military bases, to ensure access to education despite
frequent relocation.
Education in Uzbekistan also often includes a strong
component of national history and pride. In the
children of military servicemen, special attention can
be paid to the formation of the sense of duty, respect
and pride from the service of the parents to the
Motherland.
As Uzbekistan continues to develop its education and
military policies, further improvements to military
family support systems include stronger online and
digital learning opportunities to support the
continuum of education, and psychological and may
include increased social support services. In raising a
perfect generation, it is important to realize the
essence,
content,
organizational
directions,
harmonious functioning of the structures of the
educational process.
In general, the specifics of information on individual
programs in Uzbekistan may vary, and although
information is less common, the general approach is to
support education tailored to the local conditions and
needs of military personnel. - may be consistent with
global best practices for support.[2]
In Uzbekistan, social protection of military personnel,
ensuring their well-being and social support are
organized through various measures and programs.
Some main aspects of social protection of military
personnel in Uzbekistan:
Medical care: Military personnel are entitled to free
medical care in military medical facilities. This includes
preventive measures, treatment and rehabilitation.
Pension: Retired military personnel are entitled to
disability or old age pension depending on their service
and health status.
Social benefits: In some cases, military personnel and
their family members are given various social benefits,
such as one-time child birth allowance, child care
allowance, etc.
Housing conditions: Military personnel are entitled to
housing benefits and privileges when obtaining
housing from the state.
Education: Children of military personnel typically
receive benefits at educational institutions, such as
tuition discounts or preferential admission.
Psychological support: Military personnel can receive
psychological support and counseling if needed.
Vocational retraining and education: After completing
their service, military personnel can receive assistance
and training to successfully adjust to civilian life.

adjustment and rehabilitation services are provided to
military personnel in case of disability or other injuries.
All these measures are aimed at social protection of
military servicemen and their family members in
Uzbekistan, proper recognition of their service and
dedication, and helping them successfully integrate
into society after completing military service.
Information on social protection of children of military
personnel in Uzbekistan is limited. However, it can be
assumed that in Uzbekistan, as in other countries,
certain social benefits are provided to military
personnel and their families, including their children,
are supported.
Typically, such support may include:
Financial Assistance: Military personnel are generally
paid and may be eligible for supplemental pay or family
benefits.
Medical coverage: Military medical facilities can
provide medical care to military personnel and their
families, including children.
Education: Military families may receive benefits or
subsidies for the education and training of their
children.
Housing: Military personnel may be eligible for housing
benefits or subsidies.
Psychological support: Military personnel and their
families can receive psychological support and
counseling as needed.[3]
It is recommended to consult official government and
military sources or social protection agencies for
specific information about welfare programs for
children of military personnel in Uzbekistan.
Raising children of military personnel is usually
different from raising children in civilian families
because of the unique socio-cultural conditions in
which these children grow up. Some features of
education aimed at developing a well-rounded
personality in the children of military personnel:
Discipline and Order: A military family often has a high
level of discipline and order. Children of military
personnel typically learn rules, routines, and
responsibilities from an early age.
Respect for Authority: Military families tend to have a
strong respect for authority, which is reflected in the
way children treat their parents and other older
members of the community.[4]
Patriotism and sense of service: Children of military
personnel are often brought up with a sense of
patriotism and service to their country. They may learn
more about military service and be more prepared to
deal with change and uncertainty.
Flexibility: Due to the frequent moves and changes in
family life, children of military personnel are usually
forced to be flexible and adaptable. They adapt to new
environments and situations faster.
Tolerance and Cross-Cultural Understanding: Military
families often experience a variety of cultures and
nationalities within their communities. Children of
military personnel may be more tolerant and cross-
culturally understanding.
Independence and self-discipline: Children of military
personnel are often forced to make their own
decisions and take responsibility for their own actions.
They learn self-regulation and self-organization.[5]
Social cohesion: Military families often develop close
relationships due to shared service experiences and

challenges. Children of military personnel are often
raised in an environment of mutual support and
assistance.
While raising children of military personnel can be
unique, it is important to remember that each family is
different and may have different parenting practices
and values.
By connecting the above with our current independent
life, lifestyle, aspirations of people, especially young
people, we can state in a general way the
characteristics and qualities in the spiritual and moral
education of raising the children of military personnel
into a perfect generation:
The general characteristics of spiritual and moral
education in raising the children of military personnel
to become a perfect generation: cuteness, beauty,
attractiveness,
health,
respectability,
poetry,
magnificence, originality, maturity, seriousness, civility,
upbringing, etc.;
The moral qualities of spiritual and moral education in
raising the children of military servicemen into a
perfect generation: humanity, friendship, care,
passion, sincerity, humanity, childishness, faith,
selflessness,
politeness,
politeness,
courtesy,
forgiveness, hospitality honesty, honesty, correctness,
piety, avoidance of evil, hard work, patriotism and
others;
Business qualities of spiritual and moral education in
raising the children of military servicemen into a
perfect generation: hard work, diligence, diligence,
responsibility,
honesty,
honesty,
competence,
dexterity,
perseverance,
organization,
entrepreneurship, accuracy, thrift, perfection, poverty,
risk, etc.;
Qualities of ingenuity and perceptiveness in raising the
children of military servicemen as a perfect generation:
intelligence, common sense, calmness, common sense,
wisdom, sensitivity, intelligence, resourcefulness,
eloquence, criticality, courage, efficiency, literacy,
curiosity, enthusiasm, etc.;
Qualities of constancy in raising the children of military
servicemen into a well-rounded generation: activity,
determination, quickness, enthusiasm, stability,
consistency, stability, bravery, bravery, discipline,
seriousness, self-control, not losing one's temper,
coldness, self-demanding, inferiority complex, self-
control, etc.
Qualities of passion in the spiritual and moral
upbringing of the children of military servicemen as a
perfect
generation:
cheerfulness,
solemnity,
cheerfulness, treasure, trust in the future, kindness,
non-concealment, nobility, fieryness, delicate nature,
imagination, shyness, chastity and others.[6]
In our opinion, inculcating these qualities and qualities
in the minds of military servicemen's children is of
great importance in raising them in a mature, healthy
and perfect human spirit.
Moral upbringing of children of military personnel
includes specific tasks and goals influenced by the
military context in which these families exist.
Children with greater exposure to military issues did
not necessarily engage in higher moral reasoning in
military dilemmas than in other dilemmas, suggesting
that exposure to military issues may not enhance moral
reasoning about these topics.
Emphasis on moral education in military leadership is
important because it reflects the family environment.
Educating leaders about ethics helps maintain public

and ethical dilemmas.
Facing Ethical Dilemmas: Military personnel often face
moral dilemmas, such as dealing with child soldiers,
which not only affect them but also their families.
Understanding and addressing these emotional
wounds is critical to the well-being of the military
family.[7]
Children of military personnel may experience specific
educational and psychological challenges due to the
nature of military deployments and the associated
stressors. These issues require special educational
support to address potential developmental issues.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
Improving the spiritual and moral education of children
of military servicemen implies solving various social
and philosophical factors. Here are key insights and
strategies from recent research:
1. Psychological and emotional support
A. Overcoming educational difficulties
Research Insight: Children of military personnel often
experience psychological problems due to their
parents' military service, including PTSD symptoms and
stress.
Strategy: Implement psychoeducational programs to
help educators understand and address the unique
psychological and educational needs of military
children. This includes training in providing emotional
support and creating a sustainable learning
environment (Omelchenko & Pleskach, 2022).
2. Ethical and moral education
A. Role of Military Chaplains
Research Concept: Historically, military chaplains have
played a crucial role in the moral and spiritual
education of military personnel, emphasizing values
such as loyalty, courage, and mutual aid.
Strategy: Integrate spiritual leadership and moral
counseling into the education system for children of
military personnel. It helps to inculcate the values of
patriotism, honor and moral behavior (Kotelnikov and
Pikalov, 2023).
3. Encourage resilience and ethical reasoning
A. Philosophy Education Program
Research Insight: Philosophy education programs have
been shown to improve moral reasoning, prosocial
behavior, and anger management among students.[8]
Strategy: Implementation of philosophy education
programs aimed at developing critical thinking, ethical
reasoning and social skills. These programs help
children of military personnel deal with complex social
and moral issues.
4. Spiritual leadership and social development
A. Theory of spiritual leadership
Research Insight: Spiritual leadership fosters intrinsic
motivation and a sense of purpose, which can increase
organizational commitment and productivity.
Strategy: Apply spiritual leadership principles to create
a supportive and stimulating learning environment for
children of military personnel. This includes promoting
values such as meaning, belonging and appreciation.
5. Cultural and literary influences

military personnel.
Strategy: Incorporate literary works that emphasize
courage, professionalism, and patriotism into the
curriculum to inspire and motivate children of military
personnel.
6. Increasing social status and moral behavior
A. Factors affecting social status
Research Insight: Increasing the social status of
military personnel can positively influence their
children's perceptions and behaviors.
Strategy: Develop programs to increase the social
standing of military families by engaging the public and
recognizing their contributions (Chen et al., 2015).
7. Integration of spiritual education
A. The importance of spiritual education
Research Concept: Spiritual education is essential for
developing qualities such as self-sacrifice, discipline
and sense of responsibility.
Strategy: Develop spiritual education programs that
incorporate religious teachings, moral principles and
patriotic values to develop comprehensive moral and
spiritual education.[9]
CONCLUSION
Improving the spiritual and moral education of children
of military servicemen is focused on psychological
support, spiritual and moral education, perseverance,
spiritual leadership, cultural influences, social status
and many issues of moral education. requires a
multifaceted approach. By combining these strategies,
we can create a supportive and enriching environment
that fosters the well-rounded development of military
service children.
First, the main trends of the origin, formation and
development of the technological and pedagogical
construction of the educational process are as follows:
technological improvement of the educational system
to ensure the socio-cultural development of the
society due to socio-economic reasons; change the
requirements of the scientific approach to the system
of
spiritual
and
moral
education;
rational
determination of the diagnostic goal of the
fundamental reform of the system of educational
forms, methods, and tools that lead to the delay in the
development of pedagogical technologies in the
military education system, in this regard, the functions,
laws and rules arising from them in ensuring the
harmony of certain education and upbringing increase
the organizational and interaction of educational
subjects and objects; it is important to gradually reform
the procedural system that implements the methods,
forms and means of modern education.
Secondly, the criteria and indicators for evaluating the
effectiveness of the spiritual and moral education of
children of military personnel: organizational-
structural, production-rational activity, individual-
personal and collective education system and
experimentally tested "Army of the Republic of
Uzbekistan It is urgent to develop a target program for
improving the moral and moral education of the
children of military personnel of the military academy.
Thirdly, scientifically based and experimentally tested
ways of improving the moral and moral education of
children of military personnel, including: optimization
of the structure of moral and moral education of
training children of military personnel; improving the
organization of the use of modern pedagogical
