Within a historically short period of time after gaining independence, Uzbekistan introduced its state administration, based on the traditions of national statehood, developed in all respects on the basis of the development of democratic states. In this regard, the state management institutions that should be established, the principles of the separation of powers and the final result that we should achieve in the end were explained in a number of works and pamphlets of our first president, I.A. Karimov[1]. First of all, the legal basis for all reforms in the field of public administration and separation of powers in Uzbekistan was created [2].

The article discusses the importance of hydrocarbon fuel, which stimulated the development of the economy of Uzbekistan and the rise of the entire industry, by studying the history of the oil industry in the Fergana Valley in 1925-1940. After the national territorial demarcation, the extraction of oil from oil wells and the processes of its processing were studied in connection with all sectors of the national economy during the five-year period planned on the basis of the procedures established by the Soviet government. The article is devoted to the history of the oil industry in the Fergana Valley in 1925-1940, based on archival documents in the funds of the National State Archive of Uzbekistan, scientific research of foreign and local researchers, and includes conclusions on the topic.

The article reveals the essence of the constitutional revolution, which left a huge mark in the history of the Iranian state and lasted for a long time. The mistakes of the Qajar dynasty in domestic and foreign policy; the irreparable blow of foreign countries and capitals to Iran's economy; not only in the economic sphere, but also in management issues, there is talk of increasing dependence on foreign countries. Despite the fact that it was the first revolution in the history of Iran, it was a revolution that spread to a wide area and caused great changes in the life of  the state administration. The reasons, results, achievements and shortcomings of this revolution, which achieved great positive growth and changes in the history of Iran during the years 1905-1911, are discussed below.
