INNOVATIVE METHODS IN PRODUCT QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Abstract:

The article examines strategies for the implementation of innovative

approaches and problems in production quality management in Uzbekistan, proposals
for innovative approaches to improve production efficiency and product quality,
adaptation of global practices to Uzbek conditions and the potential for increasing the
country's competitiveness in the world market.

Key words:

The product quality management system plays a major role in the company's

competitiveness. An entrepreneur needs to study the key principles that will help
build an effective product quality management system at the enterprise.

A quality management system, or quality management system (QMS), is a set of

processes, methods, and resources that a company uses to improve the quality of its
products.

Product quality management is implemented at the enterprise in order to:
• ensure that products meet customer requirements,
• reduce the number of defects and non-conformities,
• increase the efficiency of production processes and services provided.
Quality management can be implemented in any company, regardless of its size

or industry. It helps strengthen the competitiveness and long-term success of the
organization.

Introduction to innovative approaches to production quality management in the

Republic of Uzbekistan includes such aspects as the integration of innovations and
technologies in various sectors of the economy, the development of human capital,
the acceleration of innovative development and the improvement of quality
management systems.

The strategy for innovative development of Uzbekistan emphasizes the need for

innovation and technology in industry and trade, as well as the introduction of
innovations and new tools for the commercialization of developments. Modern
approaches to quality management involve integration, comprehensive coverage of
all areas of activity, a structured approach to problem solving, trust in standards and
measurement, a system of incentives and recognition of good work, and long-term
commitment to an active quality improvement process. The strategy of state support
for innovation includes the development of innovative projects, stimulation of

research and innovation activities, creation of effective measures for
commercialization of developments and implementation of new tools. Innovative
processes in the industry of Uzbekistan include the renewal and modernization of the
production structure, the activation of innovative activities and the effective use of
the innovative potential of enterprises.

Innovative approaches to quality management are important for the modern

industry of Uzbekistan. The development of innovative approaches to the formation
of a quality management system is also a key aspect for the country. The analysis and
proposals presented in the article are aimed at developing a strategy for the
implementation of innovative approaches to quality management, taking into account
local conditions and needs. It is assumed that these approaches not only contribute to
improving the quality of products and improving production indicators, but also
create conditions for the development of an innovative economy in the country and
strengthening its position on the world stage.

Prospects: The analysis and proposals made in the article can serve as a basis for

developing a strategy for the implementation of innovative approaches to production
quality management in Uzbekistan. It is assumed that these approaches can contribute
not only to improving product quality and improving production indicators, but also
to creating a favorable climate for the development of an innovative economy in the
country. Prospects also include the possibility of cooperation with international
partners and adaptation of advanced technologies to Uzbek realities, which
contributes to economic growth and strengthening the country's position on the world
stage. In the conditions of the modern dynamic economy of the Republic of
Uzbekistan, the issue of effective quality management is becoming key to ensuring
the competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises and organizations.
Innovative approaches to quality management play a decisive role in this process,
requiring constant development and implementation of new methods and techniques.
The basis for studying innovative approaches to quality management in the Republic
of Uzbekistan is a systemic analysis of existing methodologies and practices, as well
as the adaptation of international experience to local conditions and needs. It is
important to emphasize that each industry and each company has its own
characteristics, so there is no universal recipe for successful quality management.
One of the key methods for studying innovative approaches is the analysis of best
practices and experiences of leading companies and enterprises both within the
country and abroad. Conducting research and analytical reviews, identifying
successful cases and applying their principles and methods in our own activities
contributes to the continuous development of the quality management system. An
important element of studying innovative approaches to quality management is also
the exchange of experience and knowledge between different companies and

industries. The organization of conferences, seminars, round tables and trainings
allows specialists and managers to share their experience, discuss current problems
and find joint solutions. It should be noted that the active use of modern information
technologies and digital platforms contributes to more effective study and
implementation of innovative approaches to quality management. Electronic
databases, online courses, webinars and other forms of training and knowledge
sharing provide access to up-to-date information and best practices in the field of
quality management. Finally, an important aspect of studying innovative approaches
is the stimulation and support of research projects and scientific and technical
developments in this area. State support for innovation, the creation of specialized
research centers and laboratories contributes to the development of new methods and
technologies in quality management. Thus, the study of innovative approaches to
quality management in the Republic of Uzbekistan is a multi-faceted and multi-level
process that requires a systematic approach and interaction of all stakeholders - from
the state and business to the scientific community and public organizations. Effective
quality management is becoming one of the key factors for successful economic
development and ensuring a high quality of life for citizens. In the modern world,
where competition is becoming increasingly acute, the issue of production quality
management is becoming key for sustainable economic development. In the Republic
of Uzbekistan, as in many other countries, a number of problems in this area are
encountered that require systemic analysis and effective solutions. One of the main
problems that enterprises in Uzbekistan face is insufficient quality control at all
stages of production. This may be due to both insufficient personnel qualifications
and outdated control methods. Insufficient attention to quality can lead to a
deterioration in the reputation of products in the market both domestically and
internationally. Another problem is the insufficient implementation of modern quality
management systems, such as ISO 9001. In Uzbekistan, many enterprises have not
yet adopted ISO standards as mandatory for their activities, which may lead to non-
compliance of products with world quality standards. However, despite these
problems, there are specific ways to solve them. First of all, it is necessary to pay
more attention to the training and advanced training of personnel, especially quality
management specialists. ISO training and certification can significantly improve the
quality of management in enterprises. An important step is also the modernization of
equipment and the introduction of modern quality control technologies, including
automation and digitalization of processes. This will not only help improve product
quality, but also increase the efficiency of production as a whole. In addition,
government agencies and business communities can cooperate to create incentives
and rewards for enterprises that actively implement modern quality management

systems. This may include tax incentives, access to financing, or preferences in
public procurement.

Quality management of production in Uzbekistan requires a comprehensive

approach and active implementation of modern methods and technologies. Although
problems exist, with the efforts of the state, enterprises and society as a whole, it is
possible to achieve a significant improvement in the situation and increase the
competitiveness of Uzbek products in the world market.
