Большая распространенность лямблиоза среди больных ОВГВ обусловила актуальность изучения влияния этих паразитозов на клиническое течение болезни, прогноз и ее исходы. В то же время состояние повышенной чувствительности немедленного типа (ПЧНТ) у больных ВГВ на фоне сочетанного течения лямблиоза изучено не- достаточно. Это и послужило поводом в планировании и проведении настоящей работы.

This article examines the reforms in the field of tax policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, changes in the local tax system and the views of economists on the tax system of the country. It also analyzes the country’s revenues by type of tax, state budget revenues by type of tax, indicators for the last three years, as well as the achievements and shortcomings of the local tax system. Scientific conclusions and recommendations on further development of the tax system in Uzbekistan and, as a result, support for production, improvement of the mechanism of local tax incentives have been formed.

The article presents the results of a comparative study of the detection of tuberculin-positive cattle with PPD-tuberculin produced by NIIV-BIOVET and PPD-tuberculin (Russia). Tests carried out on farms unaffected by tuberculosis in cattle showed that during simultaneous tuberculinization in responding livestock with intradermal administration of PPD-tuberculin (NIIV-BIOVET) at a dose of 0.2 ml 10,000 TU, the thickness of the skin fold was significantly different from the thickness of the skin of non-responders animals.

Chronic hepatitis B, C, D still attract constant attention, as their main cause is acute viral hepatitis, which are among the most common infectious diseases in children. An important reason for the chronicity of the disease and its transition to a more severe stage is associated with untimely diagnosis of the pathological process.

Hepatitis C leads to severe liver damages and one of the indications to liver transplantation (according to WHO ~3% of worldwide population is infected by HCV infection.) The current standard of therapy of chronic hepatitis C (CHC) is pegylated interferon-α (PEG-IFNα) in combined with ribavirin (RBV). The treatment achieves a sustained viral clearance in only approximately 50% of patients. Recent whole genome association studies revealed that single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) around IL-28B have been associated with response to the standard therapy and could predict treatment responses at approximately 80%. According to 4 independent GWAS approaches have revealed the significant SNPs associated with response to PEG-IFNα/RBV therapy for CHC. These significant SNPs were found around IL-28B were rs12979860 and rs8099917 they showed the statistical significance in each study (M. Mizokami at al., 2011).

This article describes the development of a new drug to combat tuberculosis, its use in animals, and the introduction of a method of combating it using chemoprophylaxis, which has resulted in a sharp reduction in the time it takes to cure livestock farms from tuberculosis, the protection of pedigree cattle from tuberculosis infection, which have undergone multiple incubation periods and are in a state of latent microbism, and the sanitation of conditionally healthy animals on unhealthy farms.

After morphological, cytogenetic and molecular-genetic analysis resembling species of An. artemievi of malaria mosquito group «maculipennis» was revealed in Fergana, Chirchik-Ahangaran, Mirzachul and Zarafshan geographical regions of Uzbekistan. In the nature under bednet An. pulcherrimus is dominated and An. superpiсtus is subdominated. An. superpiсtus species is widely spread in mountain and foothill regions of Uzbekistan. It is met in all geographical regions of Uzbekistan. An. artemievi is
spread in the valleys of rivers of Fergana, Chirchik-Ahangaran, Mirzachul and Zarafshan geographical
regions. An. pulcherrimus is spread on the plains of the river valleys, except Kashkadarya region. An. martinius is met in Kashkadarya and low Amudarya regions. The most attractive places of day-time for mosquitoes are cattle farms and the next place by mosquitos’ density is taken by household places. Dwelling places are occupied by mosquitoes insignificantly. Maximum amount of attack mosquitoes is registered in July, August and the beginning of September
