This article discusses medical techniques and their
applications in various aspects of life, including new medical
technologies and the utilization of digital opportunities in
medical education. It also reflects a practical understanding of
the key aspects related to the use of medical techniques.

INTRODUCTION
In terms of the discoveries being made in the world community and their
implementation, the issue of public health also occupies one of the main places.
Increasing the quality, efficiency, and popularity of medical care for the population,
expanding the scope of primary medical and sanitary care, gradually introducing a
medical insurance system in the field, creating a modern competitive environment in the
market of medical services, and expanding the opportunities for the population to receive
guaranteed and quality medical care are considered the result of work.
In particular, within the framework of the medical experimentation project in our
country, the following measures are being implemented:
- Formation of teams in primary medical and sanitary care institutions, consisting
of a family doctor, their assistants in therapy and pediatrics, patronage nurses, and
midwives.
- Development of state-guaranteed packages of free medical services and
medicines for each medical institution.
- Provision of the guaranteed package to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan,
foreign citizens permanently residing there, and stateless persons, through primary
medical and sanitary care institutions and hospitals.
- Expansion of the volume of medical services and medicines included in the
guaranteed package.
- Establishment of criteria for evaluating the performance of medical workers in
primary medical and sanitary care institutions, along with the introduction of a
systematic procedure for incentives, among other measures.
THE MAIN PART
The information and communication processes of medical workers in monitoring
health indicators of the population, assigning individuals to medical institutions,
maintaining medical histories, prescribing medications, and referring patients to medical
institutions under the guaranteed package are carried out through a unified electronic
platform. The implementation of technological knowledge and skills follows this
sequence:

- the most important performance indicators (KPI) of medical workers of primary
medical and sanitary care institutions are developed, their achievement is monitored,
and additional incentive payments are paid depending on the results;
- gradual introduction of state medical insurance mechanisms aimed at financing
the provision of quality and complete medical care to all segments of the population
based on a guaranteed package.
In our country, within the framework of the pilot project, a medical prevention and
patronage system has been established, which provides for the following:
- dividing the population into risk groups based on existing risk factors;
- to ensure that the population belonging to the medium and high risk groups
undergo medical examinations in the specified periods and periodically monitor their
health;
- constant observation of patients belonging to the high-risk group and unable to
come to the medical institution on their own, and providing medical services at home;
- instead of preventive examinations, based on the specific characteristics of the
region, conducting targeted screening examinations for specific diseases;
- introducing a new targeted patronage system by optimizing patronage
inspections.
A number of proposals and recommendations have been made and guidelines have
been developed for the widespread introduction of digital technologies in the medical
field, the creation of a software environment for the exchange of medical information
between healthcare institutions, and the adaptation of the field to the requirements of
the time.
For professionals who graduated with bachelor's degrees working in various fields
such as biomedical engineering, medicine, instrumentation, and diagnostics, it is
necessary to know the fields of service of electronic medical devices presented in this
program and be able to apply them to life. Ensuring technical control of electronic
devices, tools and devices used in the fields of diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation in
medicine, as well as providing service, and organizing service at the level of world
requirements is an urgent issue.
General and theoretical foundations of electrical engineering, elements, parts,
systems and complexes of medical equipment, circuit engineering, and automated
systems of medical biological parameter management are based on sufficient knowledge
and skills acquired by students in medical higher education institutions.
Forms basic knowledge and practical skills in special modules of computer
technologies and nanotechnologies, intelligent measurement techniques, and
management of biological and medical systems in medical biological research.
The general and theoretical foundations of electrical engineering, elements, parts,
systems and complexes of medical equipment, circuit engineering, automated systems for
controlling medical biological parameters are based on sufficient knowledge and skills
acquired by the students from the modules. The purpose of these subjects is to form
knowledge, skills and qualifications in accordance with the profile of the field of
electronic service in the use of medical equipment. Tasks: to teach students about units
of measurement, their main standards, types of measuring instruments and methods of
measurement, work with scientific, technical, organizational, legal, legal-normative
documents that provide the basis of units of measurement, measurement It consists of

conveying information about the basics of quality, standard samples and characteristics
of substances and materials, errors, accuracy levels of measuring devices, types and
classifications of measuring devices, product quality and quality indicators.

Knowledge of the reliability of medical equipment.
•
Familiarity with the types of medical equipment repairs.

Installation of medical equipment.
•
Understanding methods for restoring elements and components of medical
equipment.

Knowledge of ways to increase the reliability of medical equipment and the
ability to apply them.
•
Detecting malfunctions in medical devices and equipment.
•
Assessing the potential lifespan and resources of devices and equipment.
•
Practical skills to identify and implement methods for improving the reliability
of medical equipment.
Practical Skills and Competencies Acquired During Training:

Commissioning mobile and stationary medical equipment.

Ensuring the reliability of medical equipment.

Knowledge of types of medical equipment repair.
•

•

Practical understanding of ways to enhance the reliability of medical equipment.
Medical education today demands a rapid digital transformation. Motivating
modern students to acquire knowledge and develop skills for success in the labor market
is of utmost importance. Adapting the educational system to the needs of the digital
generation requires the widespread and effective use of innovative educational
technologies and didactic models based on information and communication technologies
(ICT). ICT serves as a tool to make lectures and seminars more informative and
interactive, catering to the preferences of the digital generation. However, teachers
continue to play a central role in the interactive learning process, ensuring it remains
focused on the needs of students.
SUMMARY
The field of medicine is rapidly developing in line with the advancements in global
healthcare. Peace and health are the most essential blessings for human life. In particular,
in the field of medicine, special attention is being paid to transforming the primary
healthcare system into one that detects and treats diseases at an early stage, increasing
the volume and radically improving the quality of local medical services through
specialized centers, reducing bureaucracy, red tape, and corruption in the field by
implementing digitization, developing competition and expanding the participation of the
private sector in all aspects of healthcare, improving the knowledge and skills of medical
personnel, and advancing education and science. Additionally, serious attention has been

given to further expanding the potential of electronic government and ensuring the
widespread use of digital technologies, with a focus on "implementing promising
innovative developments, start-up projects, and their commercialization".
