Abstract: Bread is one of the most ancient and important food products of
mankind. It is a food of importance to many cultures and peoples, prepared in a
wide variety of shapes and tastes. The history of bread goes back thousands of
years, and it played an important role in the development of mankind. In this
article, we will reflect in detail on the types of bakery products and their place in
everyday life.
