Introduction.

Green economy in recent years and its impact on sustainable

development research is one of the important and relevant topics for many researchers. is
being calculated. The green economy is mainly about improving the country's economy and
its development, a mechanism aimed at reducing environmental risks. It is in the climate
improves the environment by reducing pollution. In addition, it provides employment and
increasing investment opportunities, eliminating poverty and destitution in providing
incoming material and human resources, and the gap between social classes this, in turn,
serves to provide resources to future generations to ensure their future, which plays an
important role in preserving it.

United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) green improvement of the economy

and human well-being, including environmental risks and environmental a mechanism that
significantly reduces resource scarcity. Simply put Specifically, this reduces the production of
carbon emissions and reduces all social groups an economy that emphasizes resource
provision. Resource efficiency and energy is aimed at reducing pollution and carbon
emissions by increasing consumption. [1]

Development of green financing for the country's environmental protection creation of

environmental protection mechanisms, improvement of environmental quality, control,
development of green industry and development of production Technology is an important
basis for incentives. Green finance is a strong polluter impose new requirements on
enterprises not only for the methods of production and development, but also can stimulate
their industrial transformation and modernization, but green stimulating the development of
projects and green technologies, economic and environmental may also allow for joint
improvement of the environment. [2]

The green economy is long-term for national economies to overcome the crisis strategy.

It aims to restore the economy and eliminate poverty. ensuring the use of natural resources
for sustainable development aimed at stimulating economic growth and development, as well
as in the sphere of social development supports development.[3]

Material and method.

On the role of green financing in economic stability Analysis of

research conducted by world scientists, comprehensive study of the topic. methods of
economic research, such as data collection, comparison, logical thinking Used. Global climate
change will lead to an abnormal increase in average temperaturasy, This negatively affects the
economic growth indicators of countries (Kahn and et al., 2021) [4]. On the other hand, the
growth of the world's population, the diversity of needs and changing consumer culture and
an increase in wastefulness, religious-cultural, such as contentment, frugality, contentment
with less, etc. the erosion of values also leads to excessive consumption of resources in the
world, misuse, and environmental pollution These facts not only governments' carbon
emissions control, but more attention to ecology but also changes the investment concept of
financial institutions and individual investors. As a result, green finance and environmental,
social and management processes are rapidly developing. Significant green economy
environmental risks and resource scarcity low levels of carbon, rational use of resources and
Timoly integration can be implemented. From this perspective, the green economy is a wind.
can use new alternatives, such as the use of energy. Wind 47 percent of the demand for
electricity, 25 percent for heating and for transportation - 22 percent. As for the level of solar
energy, by 2009 At the end of 2010, the cost of photovoltaic installations was small and short.
In return, it has achieved a global capacity of 35,000 megawatts and a capacity equivalent to

35 nuclear reaktor. It is known that the green economy represents the importance of nature
and the return on investment. This is natural rational use of resources and stimulation of
energy activation in addition, it requires economy.[5] The green economy uses resources and
energy optimally, so it's chaotic not for use, but for the harmonization and preservation of the
environment manufactured for the purpose of Thus, sustainable economic growth and a green
economy achieving stimulation of the global economy with a prolonged recession, creating
jobs saving from the stage of loss and poverty growth.

Results.

In our country, as a result of population growth significant increase in demand

and solutions to problems affecting the environment Presidential Decree of the Republic of
Uzbekistan "On Measures for Further Improvement of the Activities of the Republic of
Uzbekistan for the Period 2019-2030" Resolution of the President of the Republic of
Uzbekistan "On Approving the Strategy for the Transition of the Republic of Uzbekistan to a
"Green" Economy" has been accepted. According to this resolution, increasing the energy
efficiency of the economy, development of the use of renewable energy sources, climate
change consequences adaptation and rational consumption of natural resources.
Modernization of technologies and through the development of financial mechanisms.

Also for 2022-2026 on the transition to a "green" economy in the New Uzbekistan

Development Strategy within the framework of the reform to ensure "green" and inclusive
economic growth Increasing the effectiveness of measures taken, renewable energy resource
use and resource saving in all sectors of the economy issues of further expansion have been
identified [6]. The main goal of green finance is to support economic and financial policy. This
approach involves directing reforms towards environmental sustainability. focusing on
activities that contribute to environmental improvement, climate change combating, saving
resources, and increasing their effectiveness takes.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the green economy and sustainable agriculture are an important

condition not only for environmental protection, but also for economic growth and social
development. The integration of these two concepts will make the agricultural sector
sustainable and efficient for future generations. In the context of Uzbekistan, support for
organic farming, the widespread introduction of water-saving technologies, stimulating the
use of renewable energy sources, the development of agro-forestry, and strengthening
scientific research in the field of agriculture are important steps in the transition to a green
economy. Public policy, cooperation between academia and farmers are crucial for
accelerating this process and achieving sustainable results.
