This article explores the teaching profession as more than just the delivery of knowledge, emphasizing
its educational, moral, and social dimensions. It highlights key aspects of pedagogical mastery, including the
application of knowledge to real life, didactic strategies, use of innovative technologies, and individualized
approaches
to students. The teacher’s ethical and social responsibilities —
patriotism, fairness, honesty, and
serving as a role model
—
are also discussed. The article underscores modern educational priorities and the
essential role of teachers in societal development.

Introduction:
The teaching profession includes not only
the art of imparting knowledge, but also the task of
influencing the human heart, transmitting vital values
to the future generation. Each lesson of the teacher is
a combination of knowledge, spiritual education and
spiritual wealth. From this point of view, the
pedagogical skills and duties of the teacher reflect not
only his scientific approach, but also his human
qualities.
Pedagogical skills: applying knowledge to life
Pedagogical skills depend on how effectively a teacher
applies science-based knowledge to students' lives.
Several key aspects stand out in this process:
Reading and mastery of basic knowledge
: A teacher
must have in-depth knowledge of his subject. He must
know the secrets of science and current news and
convey the most accurate and reliable information to
students.
Didactic approach
: To easily convey knowledge, the
teacher uses various didactic methods and techniques.
These methods should arouse students' interest and
encourage them to actively study. For example,
interactive lessons, group discussions, and methods of
demonstrating international experiences enliven the
learning process.
Use of innovative technologies
: In modern educational
conditions, the use of technological resources
increases the quality of the lesson. Multimedia tools,
digital platforms, and interactive presentations open
subjects to students from a new perspective.
Individual approach
: It is important to educate each
student according to his/her unique characteristics,
abilities and needs. The teacher is required to identify
the individual potential of the student and choose the
appropriate approach for him/her.
The duty of the teacher and social: moral
responsibility.
The duty of the teacher is a moral obligation in the field
of education and enlightenment. It shows the teacher
not only as a teacher, but also calls on him/her to be an

example in many aspects of life:
Patriotism and respect for culture
: The teacher must
instill national values, upbringing and culture in
students through his/her lessons. He/she must form
respect for the customs, traditions and history of the
people.
Justice and honesty
: One of the main duties of the
teacher is to treat all students equally during the
lesson, expand their opportunities and value the
opinion of each. In this way, he/she strengthens the
principles of social justice and equality.
Being an example
: A teacher creates spiritual and
moral examples for students with his life. His words,
values, and actions affect the future personality and
worldview of students.
Responsibility
: A teacher, feeling his professional and
moral responsibility in every lesson and in everyday life,
contributes to the development of students as
intelligent and spiritual people.

educational
conditions.
Today, the educational process is changing rapidly.
Digital technologies, new teaching methods, and global
education systems encourage teachers to constantly
update themselves. At the same time, the pedagogical
skills and duty of a teacher also depend on the ability
to adapt to changes, which is remembered at every
step. The use of innovative approaches and intellectual
resources enlivens each lesson of the teacher,
increasing independent thinking and creativity in
students.
CONCLUSION
The pedagogical skills and duty of a teacher include not
only scientific knowledge, but also life values, culture
and personal qualities. Each teacher, through his
professional skills and moral duty, makes an invaluable
contribution to the social, spiritual and intellectual
development of the future generation. Therefore, it is
necessary to further strengthen the attention and
support given to teachers in creating an effective
education system. Through this process, society can
raise strong, just and progressive generations. The
above ideas create a comprehensive picture of the
teacher's views and duty not only on teaching, but also
on life. If you are interested in modern trends in the
field of pedagogy or examples of teachers' daily
experiences, we can predict future trends and
successful pedagogical methods.
