Аннотация

Metallarga bosim ostida ishlov berishning turlaridan biriga kiruvchi ko‘ndalang-ponali prokatlash (KPP) usuli uchun eng keng tarqalgan kompyuterda modellashtirish turi bu – chekli elementlar usuli (CHEU) hisoblanadi. Ushbu usul to‘g‘ridan to‘g‘ri amaliy tajriba-sinovlariga murojaat qilmasdan, prokatlashning turli xil variantlardagi texnologik jarayonlarini ko‘rib chiqish va ularni solishtirish, zagotovkadagi plastik deformatsiya holatini to‘liq o‘rganish va undagi kuchlanish-deformatsiya holatini aniqlash imkoniyatlarni beradi.

Ko‘ndalang-ponali prokatlash jarayonini chekli elementlar usuli bilan

kompyuterda modellashtirish dasturi sifatida Qform dasturi tanlab olindi. Qform
dasturi – metallarga bosim bilan ishlov berish jarayonining yuqori chiziqsiz
dinamik hisob-kitoblarini matematik modellashtirish uchun yaratilgan dasturiy
ta’minot bo‘lib, chekli elementlar usuli bilan metallning plastik deformatsiya
jarayonlarini yaratish, va o‘z navbatda, uni tahrirlash hamda modellashtirish
natijalarini analiz qilish imkonini beradi.

Ushbu tezisda KPP jarayonining kuchlanish-deformatsiya holatini Qform

dasturiy ta’minoti yordamida kompyuterda modellashtirish hamda ushbu
modellarni tayyorlash jarayonlari ko‘rib chiqiladi.

KPP jarayonini modellashtirish muammolarini yechishni asosiy quyidagi

bir qancha bosqichlarga bo‘lish mumkin:

1. Geometrik modellashtirish bosqichi, ya’ni modellashtirish obyektining

aniq o‘lchamli geometrik modelini shakllantirish jarayoni. Ushbu bosqichda, CAD
tizimi yordamida KPP asbobi hamda zagotovkaning aniq o’lchamlarga ega
geometrik 3D modeli yaratiladi (1-rasm). Ushbu 3D modelni tayyorlash uchun
turli xil CAD tizimidagi dasturlardan, jumladan, KOMPAS 3D, AutoCAD yoki
Solidworks dasturlaridan foydalansa bo‘ladi. Umuman olganda, ushbu jarayon
juda muhim ham hisoblanmaydi, buning asosiy sababi, hozirgi zamonaviy ko‘plab
imkoniyatlariga ega. Biroq, bunday imkoniyatlarga ega bo‘lmagan hamda
murakkab shakldagi geometrik 3D modellarni yasashda yuqoridagi dasturlardan

foydalanish va uni KPP jarayonini modellashtiruvchi dasturga ma’lumotni
yetkazuvchi va bog‘lovchi tizimdan foydalanish tavsiya qilinadi.

2. Aniq hisob va o‘lchamlarga ega chekli element modelini tayyorlash, ya’ni

jarayon oldi tayyorlov bosqichi. Ushbu bosqichda, chekli elementlar to‘rini qurish,
chegaraviy shartlarni kiritish, CAD tizimida yaratilgan 3D modelni benuqson
ishlashini ta’minlash uchun zaruriy dastlabki ma’lumotlar maxsus ma’lumot
yetkazuvchi va bog‘lovchi tizim orqali kiritiladi (3-rasm). Ushbu jarayon Qform
dasturiy ta’minotining Qshape tizimosti dasturi orqali bajarilishi maqsadga
muvofiq, sababi, CAD tizimlari orqali Qform dasturiga 3D modellar o’tkazilganda,
bir qancha kamchiliklarga ega holatda bo‘lishi mumkin.

3. KPP jarayonini to‘liq modellashtirish va hisob-kitob hamda analizlarni

amalga oshirish uchun kerakli ma’lumotlarni kiritish bosqichi. Ushbu jarayonda,
zagotovka hamda KPP asbobi materiallari, ularning temperaturasi,
materiallarning mexanik-fizik xususiyatlari, ishqalanish koeffitsiyentlari hamda
issiqlik o‘tkazuvchanlik kabi bir qator parametrlari kiritiladi. Bundan tashqari,
KPP asbobining harakat tezligi va harakat trayektoriyasi, zagotovkaning KPP
asbobiga yetib kelish va unda saqlanish vaqti kabi yana bir qancha muhim
parametrlar ham inobatga olinadi. Ushbu parametrlarni ishlab chiqarish
sharoitidagi parametrlar bilan bir xil kiritish, olinayotgan natijani 98 %
aniqlikkacha olish imkoniyatini beradi.

4. Tayyor analizlarni olish bosqichi. Ushbu bosqichda tayyorlanayotgan

detalni zagotovka holatidan boshlab toki tayyor holatigacha bo‘lgan jarayondagi
istalgan vaqtdagi yoki masofadagi, shuningdek, istalgan shakl o‘zgarishi holatida
to‘xtatib kerakli natijalarni olish, jumladan zagotovkaning n-soniyadagi n-
nuqtasidagi harorati, o’sha nuqtadagi plastik deformatsiyasini, kuchlanishini
analiz qilib ko‘rish mumkin. Va o‘z o‘rnida, bir qancha parametrlarni o‘zgartirib,
ularni solishtirish mumkin (4-rasm).
