This article discusses how electronic government (e-government) is
revolutionizing public services by improving efficiency, access, and transparency
while presenting challenges such as cybersecurity risks and implementation costs. As
we move towards a more digital world, e-government will become increasingly
important for governments to deliver efficient and responsive services to citizens.
