STUDENT OUTCOMES

Annotation.
This article explores the topic of “The effectiveness of personalized learning in
improving student outcomes”. The article examines the role of personalized education in the
educational process, the importance of providing education in accordance with the individual
characteristics and needs of students. Research findings suggest that personalized learning
techniques are important in enhancing student motivation, developing self-management skills,
and improving overall academic performance. The article also provides various methods of
personalized education, the use of technology and practical recommendations for educational
institutions.

Introduction.
Personalized education is an approach aimed at organizing the educational
process in accordance with each student and taking into account his individual characteristics.
The role of personalization in the educational process is very important because each student
has their own specific abilities, interests and needs [1]. Personalized education is aimed not
only at giving knowledge, but also at ensuring the development of students, increasing their
motivation and helping their self-awareness.
First, personalized education takes note of the differences between students. Each student has
his own learning style, speed and abilities. For example, some students learn better through
visual materials, while others focus more on practical experiences or written materials.

to work with materials that are interesting and useful to them, their motivation increases.

With the help of educational applications designed for students (Duolingo, Quizlet),
they can learn independently at their own time and place.
Through VR and AR technologies, students can get interactive and immersive learning
experiences.
Educational institutions can use analytical tools to analyze student results, track the
progress of each student and offer personalized approaches.
