In today's fast-paced world, it is important to have a perfect command of the German language to develop
the welfare and economy of the society, for this to communicate and cooperate closely with the developed
countries of Europe, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Belgium. However, it should be noted
that in the last few years, issues related to students and teachers have started to appear in the teaching of
the German language in universities. Opinions on this topic are considered in the article.

NTRODUCTION
In modern times, a deep and perfect knowledge of
a foreign language, including German, is essential
in many fields: including political and social fields,
art and literature, mechanical engineering and
nanotechnology, and many other economic fields,
to obtain and develop accurate news, i.e., quick
information for specialists to be effective in their

profession. in use is an important and urgent
issue.
In our opinion, the time has come to apply
different methodical manuals for people of
different professions, different from each other,
not stereotyped, to teach the German language in
depth and effectively. The main purpose of
applying different methods is: 1) To establish an
exchange of experience with foreign teachers, for
this, to maintain constant contact and in return to
improve linguistic literacy based on the German
language, to develop logical reasoning, speech
development, and most importantly, to teach
thinking in the German language; 2) It is
considered a modern field and is developing day
by day - "IT", that is, to use all the necessary
information related to information technology, as
well as to acquire a highly qualified position to
store and distribute the important and useful
information created by oneself in digital means
and to use them in social online, media, press and
other forms of integration into the center. 3)
Development of a unique method based on the
information obtained from these electronic
centers in educational institutions and effective
use in teaching and learning at the university. 4)
Constantly updating and developing methods so
that students' passion for learning the language
does not fade.
A person who wants to become a highly qualified
specialist, no matter what field he chooses, and
does not try to use a foreign language for his
professional purposes, must first learn the
essence of the language. This will always remain
a serious matter as the most important and basic
stage in educational institutions. Because without
knowing the language, it is impossible to get into
prestigious professions abroad, as well as not able
to go through the next stages of language
development, that is, to continue studying in
prestigious universities abroad.
R
ESULTS AND DISCUSSION
Admittedly, now young people are more
interested in English. This may be because the
basis of digital technology is the USA, and the "IT"
(information technology) base in Europe is in
English. Over the years, young people who have
become accustomed to such views have
concluded that English is superior to German.
According to statistical data and our
observations, the level of knowledge of the
English language among young people who want
to enter university is very high, almost 40-50
percent. The remaining 50-60 percent know
English at an intermediate level. Among school
graduates, the majority of applicants who know
the German language have an intermediate level
of German.
Therefore, it is necessary to use different methods
to interest young people in the German language
and improve their knowledge. For example,
young people are told that more than 100 million
people in the world communicate in German, that
it is possible to study in German at almost all of
the most prestigious universities in Europe, that
the German economy, including engineering,
mechanical engineering, agriculture, medicine,
the automotive industry, German sports, art,

literature, It is necessary to explain that culture,
science, and production products are in the
leading positions in the world, and gradually pour
them into the minds of young people with
examples. Moreover, "IT" technology, electronics,
and nanotechnology are growing rapidly in
Germany. Most importantly, it is much cheaper to
continue studying in German at universities in
Germany, Austria, and Switzerland than at
universities in England and the USA, and there are
even faculties where you can study for free. Also,
it is easier for a specialist with a deep knowledge
of the German language to get a job in Europe,
because the need for a qualified specialist in the
German language has always been very high in
Europe.
It is time to address another important issue: it
should be noted that the conditions and financial
opportunities created for German language
teachers in the USA and Europe are extremely
high. Because the creative work of young teachers
who receive additional incentives for their extra
work is always effective, of course.
We would like to say that in Uzbekistan, both
higher education and secondary education
institutions do not exactly repeat the language
learning method of the European model, but take
into account the professions and plans when
introducing it, taking into account the needs of
Uzbek students and pupils, future social changes
in our society, economic development and
national traditions. methods should be developed
and then implemented step by step. We think that
the teaching methods of Fergana, Samarkand,
Karakalpakstan, and Khorezm are not necessarily
similar to each other. Perhaps, it should introduce
a more advanced method, taking into account its
problems and future successes. Also, it is
necessary to encourage pedagogues and teachers
who strive for innovation and do extra work.
We suggest using the following methods as an
experiment: 1) classes are held in the form of
"credit", if effective results are achieved, the extra
work of the teacher is calculated and the "credit"
is returned. 2) For this purpose, the needs, work,
and knowledge level of the student studying the
German language are monitored. 3) It is
necessary to hold foreign and native language
lessons to improve conditions, increase student's
interest in the language, and make their attitude
more positive. These suggestions can of course be
applied creatively, taking into account local
conditions.
Another problem should be noted, even in the
most prestigious universities in Europe, there are
difficulties in teaching a foreign language in the
first year. The reason is that at school, the student
is used to thinking in his mother tongue while
learning subjects, and it is difficult for him to learn
a foreign language and subject classes in a foreign
language at the university. To solve this problem,
the teacher must approach each student almost
individually. It is necessary to provide additional
tools (media or online) and resources (picture
books, etc., terms and their translations) before
the lesson or after the lecture. For example, the
following resources on the Internet can be
recommended to students to learn and enrich the
German language in an additional and
independent way:

project can attract students as excellent and
interesting lessons. Each series of this course
consists of 26 lessons. Lessons consist of
dialogues, exercises, and audio materials,
which can be saved to the computer by
students in the form of files. The course covers
levels from A1 to V1 of the European language
standards.
Then gradually, in exchange for the reduction of
such "assistant" tools, he should prepare to
master the lessons mainly through lectures. Of
course, here too, additional work of first-year
teachers should be financially encouraged.
In our opinion, to teach the German language
perfectly and in-depth, it is necessary to have the
experience of conducting classes in German in all
subjects of the faculty (we emphasize separately:
we are referring to one faculty, not an entire
educational institution!). And with such
experience, we think that it is possible to achieve
great success in training highly qualified
personnel with deep knowledge. For example,
applicants to the State University of Vienna in
Austria must be fluent in German and English.
Because German and English scientists give
lectures in almost all subjects at this university.
In such prestigious universities in Europe, the
main problem is to reduce the gap between a
pedagogue who knows the German language well
and a teacher who knows the subject well. That is,
from students to young teachers, special attention
is paid to the in-depth mastering of various
subjects by experts who know the language well,
as a result of which it is possible to train mature,
highly qualified students, or rather, staff, as well
as teachers of various German-language subjects,
to conduct classes entirely in German.
Although classes are held in Turkish and English
at the Turkish-German University located in
Istanbul, the most basic classes are held in
German in the main faculties. The Faculty of
Engineering at the university conducts

educational work in cooperation with the
Technical University of Berlin, the Faculty of
Natural Sciences with the University of Potsdam,
and the Faculty of Agriculture with the
Universities of Cologne and Munich. This is
determined based on the following motivation: 1)
a deep understanding that cooperation with
European countries, including Germany, is
important for the development of the economy
today; 2) a deep understanding of the need to
acquire a profession and develop it for the
development of society; 3) to achieve that
specialists who have mastered the German
language at a high level will provide in-depth
knowledge to students in the future, etc.
C
ONCLUSION
In conclusion, taking into account the needs of
both the student and the teacher in teaching the
German language and introducing and developing
a teaching method based on these needs is a
factor in the creation of modern, mature
specialists, and active personnel who pay serious
attention to their profession and can bring
benefits to society. destined to be. For this, based
on foreign experiences and methods, it is possible
to experiment with teaching all subjects in
German in a certain faculty at the university. But
such visions should not remain a law or a
template but should be a work that is updated
with a creative approach, taking into account all
the problems, and studying the conditions.
