BSTRACT
The article examines the conditions and topical issues of comprehensive and cultural improvement of the
culture of modern youth by further improving the educational process in the family and educational
institutions.

NTRODUCTION
It is known that the majority of the population in
our country is made up of children and young
people. Social
problems
are
expressed
accordingly.
In one of his lectures, President Sh. M. Mirziyoyev
said, "Our youth have independent thinking, high
intellectual and spiritual potential, and they are
people who are not inferior to their peers in any
field on the world scale. "We will mobilize all the
strength and capabilities of our state and society
for him to mature and be happy" [1, p. 14].
The settlement of the spiritual world of the youth
of Uzbekistan is of decisive importance not only
for the life of the young generation, but also for
the life of the entire society of Uzbekistan. A strict

educating modern youth in the complex and
current era of globalization.
In this article, the necessary conditions and
current issues of raising the culture of modern
youth by further perfecting the educational
process in the family and educational institutions
have been researched.
The changing conditions of life encourage young
people to adapt to new realities, develop their
own Haitian perspective, and create their own
bright future. Therefore, we can consider that the
following tasks are relevant, important and
effective for families and educational institutions
today:
- creating favorable conditions for the use of
knowledge, skills and efforts of young people
based on a well-thought-out, scientifically based
youth policy;
- to ensure that they can determine and realize
their social interests, needs, life prospects in the
development of independent Uzbekistan.
Knowing the valuable directions and aspirations
of the youth of modern Uzbekistan is not only
relevant, but also important for understanding
the current trends and general direction of the
development of the society of Uzbekistan. It not
only reflects young people's perceptions of the
current situation in society, but also aspects that
are later reflected in their lifestyle and behavior
as citizens of their country, including their self-
esteem, self-esteem. The importance of such
knowledge increases due to the fact that it
includes the features of self-identification and
self-reflection.
At this point, it is worth mentioning the words of
the first President of the Republic of Uzbekistan,
I.A. Karimov, "The future of our country, the
future of our people, the reputation of our country
in the world community is the most important,
what kind of people will our children grow up to
be?" depends on how it enters life. We should
never forget such a sharp truth" [2, p. 4].
In improving the literacy of young people, the
system of independent work on the family,
general education school, higher and secondary
special education and the cooperative activity of
this system play an important role. Youth,
women's organizations, educational institutions,
community officials, republican and local trade
unions organize trips to cultural places and
historical monuments throughout the cities of our
republic, in order to organize cultural activities of
young people in their free time. they should pay
attention
to
the
development
and
implementation
of
short-term
recreation
programs, the holding of holiday events in the
form of elections in each district and each
neighborhood. "The family is an important link in
the spiritual and physical formation of young
people. It is in the family that high moral and
spiritual qualities such as mutual respect,
kindness, honesty, hard work, humanitarianism
and patriotism are cultivated and passed on from
generation to generation. Of course, the moral
highness, worldview, and literacy of women, who
are the main educators in the family, play an
important role here" [3, p. 11]. A person who has
developed a sense of discipline in the family
serves as the owner of this feeling in the work of
the state and society, does not even think of

breaking the laws of the state, sets every work in
its place and time, and does it according to order.
Such discipline and order become the honor of the
people and the nation today. Let's say, this is the
reason why German and Japanese discipline is
recognized worldwide. Abdurauf Fitrat described
the social nature of such discipline and wrote in
his book "Family and Family Management
Procedures": "The happiness and honor of every
nation depends on its internal discipline and
harmony. And the peace and harmony of this
nation rests on the discipline of families. Where
the family relationship is based on strong
discipline, the country and the nation will be
strong and orderly.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop and
implement local programs on the issue of
strengthening the health of our growing sons and
daughters, raising them as worthy children of our
Motherland.
Today, thanks to our independence, we have
begun to implement specific tasks aimed at
strengthening the economic, socio-political, and
spiritual foundations of our society. Continuing
them is in the hands of our youth. Therefore, the
education of young people is the main task of each
of us today, and approaching it from the point of
view of duty and responsibility is the guarantee of
forming a mentally and physically healthy
generation.
In our country, the issue of raising the well-being
of families to a high level is always in the state's
attention. The family is the first destination of
education, and the proper organization of the
education process in the family depends not only

family. Education is considered a continuous and

institutions are effective factors affecting the

The following suggestions can be made regarding
these issues: - family sanctity should be
inculcated in children's thinking;
- it is necessary to always take into account every
aspect affecting the formation of education in the
family;
- the family, as the basis of society, should further
improve the material and moral support of
families;
- to ensure the effectiveness of education in the
family, it is necessary to use the methods and
tools of education clearly and correctly;
- further increase of family, neighborhood and
school cohesion in child education.
It shows that it is ready to respond to the trust of
our independent republic with practical work, to
be the support and decisive force of the social,
economic and political reforms implemented in
the country. The youth of Uzbekistan are highly
educated, engaged in all spheres of social and
economic development of the country and
actively working in private entrepreneurship
they are young men and women who have a
developed sense of patriotism and are confident
about their future and the bright future of their
country.
