Methodology.

This article analyzes the methodological foundations of improving the

professional activities of English language teachers based on English culture. The goal is to

identify effective ways to introduce English language teachers to English culture and to study

how this affects their professional development. In the first stage, the existing scientific literature

on the role of English culture in improving the professional activities of English language

teachers is analyzed. In this stage, the latest scientific research on the interrelationship of culture

and language teaching, the importance of cultural literacy for teachers, and the methodological

aspects of teaching culture are studied. In this, theoretical approaches are developed based on the

works of such researchers as Byram (1997), Kramsch (1993), Tomalin and Stempleski (1993).

The research plans to use lessons and seminars to teach teachers about English culture as a

practical method. Through this practical method, the following methods will be used to teach

English language teachers about English culture:

Introduction to English Literature and Art: To provide students with cultural knowledge

through famous works of English literature (Shakespeare, Dickens, etc.) and English art, music,

and films.

Conducting cultural activities: To increase cultural interest in students through English-

language cultural activities, such as English festivals, celebrations, theater performances, and

watching movies.

Interactive and multimedia methods: Teaching culture in a lively and effective way

through the use of modern multimedia tools (video materials, interactive programs) in teaching

English.

The research uses an experimental approach, that is, special training courses and lessons related

to English culture are organized for teachers. Through these courses and lessons, teachers'

knowledge of culture is measured and how it affects their professional activities is studied.

During the research, it is planned to familiarize teachers with cultural materials and monitor their

success in teaching culture to students. Sociological surveys will be conducted among students

and teachers to determine their level of interest in English culture, difficulties in learning culture,

and the impact on teachers' professional development. Through interviews and surveys,

information will be collected about teachers' approaches to learning cultural knowledge,

methodological skills, and what methods they use to teach culture to students. As a final stage of

the study, a qualitative analysis will be conducted to assess the professional development of

teachers and the success of students in learning English. In this, it is planned to analyze the

effectiveness of teachers in teaching English language and culture to students, their pedagogical

approaches and the methods they use to motivate students. The data obtained on the basis of

experiments and surveys will be analyzed using statistical methods. This analysis will help to

present the results of the study of teachers' cultural knowledge in numerical form. The data

obtained will be used to compare students' achievements in language learning and teachers'

effectiveness in teaching culture.

Literature Review.

Improving the professional practice of English language teachers based on

English culture enriches the language teaching process and creates opportunities for students to

learn English in a real cultural context. Integrating culture into the language learning process

ensures that students not only learn the language technically, but also understand its cultural,

social and historical contexts. The scientific literature in this regard presents various approaches

and shows the importance of teaching cultural knowledge to English language teachers. Culture

language to study integration to do importance first and Byram (1997) in his "Developing

This regard, Kramsch (1993) also in his work “Context and culture in language teaching” culture

Discussion.

To be shared. English language teachers’ professional activity England culture based

on improvement, modern pedagogy point of view from the point of view big importance has.

Culture learning, students not only language knowledge, but English of the language real in the

environment how use understanding opportunity gives. English language teachers own

is the teachers' pedagogical methods efficiency increase possible. English language study only

grammar or lexicon with unlimited Culture study in the process the language further deeper

and more vibrant study opportunities to the surface This idea, as Byram (1997) and Kramsch

(1993 ) researchers by is supported. They argue that cultural knowledge is an integral part of

learning English. By introducing English culture, English teachers not only help students learn

the language, but also broaden their worldview. This allows teachers to make their professional

activities more effective and interesting. Teaching English culture helps English teachers to

broaden their pedagogical approaches. Students find language learning more interesting and

practical by learning about English culture. Tomalin and Stempleski (1993) emphasize that

learning culture increases students' motivation. Understanding culture allows students to connect

with the real world beyond the letters and grammatical rules of the language. For example,

through English literature, films or music, students find language learning more enjoyable and

effective [10].

When English language teachers are exposed to culture, they have the opportunity to further

refine their methodology and pedagogical approaches. Teachers, having become familiar with

English culture, teach students English not only as a language, but also through its cultural

heritage, historical development and social context. Hinkel (1999) believes that teaching such

cultural knowledge encourages teachers not only to improve their own pedagogical skills, but

also to acquire a broader knowledge of issues related to global cultures. The study of culture has

a great impact not only on the professional activities of teachers, but also on the development of

students' worldviews. Teachers discussing topics related to English culture in the classroom not

only teaches students the language, but also makes them understand the importance of respecting

and understanding different cultures. Students also acquire skills that help bring different

cultures closer together through the cultural knowledge and approaches of their teachers.

One of the most effective ways to improve the professional activities of English teachers based

on English culture is to hold cultural events. In teaching English, students can learn the language

in a lively and interesting way through cultural activities such as literature, art, cinema, theater

and music. By introducing these methods into their lessons, teachers can increase students'

motivation to learn the language and create opportunities for more in-depth teaching of cultural

knowledge. Improving the professional activities of future English teachers based on English

culture will help make the language learning process not only effective, but also interesting and

practical. By studying culture, students are given the opportunity to understand how English is

used in a real environment, while at the same time, teachers are given the opportunity to expand

their pedagogical methods and familiarize students with knowledge of global cultures. Increasing

teachers' interest in culture will allow them to further improve their professional activities and

provide students with complete, culturally enriched knowledge.

Conclusion.

Improving the professional activities of future English teachers based on English

culture is of great importance in the modern educational process. The interrelationship of culture

and language learning provides students with not only language knowledge, but also an

understanding of how the English language is used in a real environment. When English teachers

are introduced to English culture, their pedagogical approaches and the effectiveness of the

lessons they provide to students increase. Teaching culture increases students' motivation and

creates an opportunity for them to learn English not only as grammar and vocabulary, but also in

a cultural context. Also, learning culture has a great impact on teachers' own professional

development. Teachers, having become acquainted with English culture, find the opportunity to

update their methodologies and introduce innovative pedagogical methods. Teaching culture

makes it possible to introduce students to global cultures and develop intercultural competence in

them. This study helps future English language teachers understand not only the pedagogical but

also the cultural importance of teaching English culture, and may serve as an impetus for further

development of methods used in this direction.
