This study investigates the progression of dental caries and the effectiveness of fluoride varnish as a preventive intervention within a virtual reality (VR) laboratory environment. Twenty virtual patients, exhibiting caries stages ranging from early enamel lesions to moderate dentin involvement (ICDAS 1-4), were divided into two groups: Group A received weekly fluoride varnish applications. At the same time, Group B served as a control with no intervention. Over a 28-day simulation period under a high-sugar diet scenario, caries lesion depth was monitored using a virtual micro-CT scanning system. Results revealed that Group A experienced a 20% reduction in lesion depth (from 50 μm to 40 μm), suggesting remineralization, whereas Group B exhibited a 92% increase (from 52 μm to 100 μm), indicating significant progression. Statistical analysis using t-tests confirmed a notable difference between groups (p < 0.05). The VR platform provided a controlled, repeatable, and ethically sound framework, circumventing the limitations of traditional in vivo or in vitro studies. This research highlights VR’s potential as a transformative tool for dental research and education, offering a scalable and cost-effective approach to studying caries dynamics and testing preventive strategies. The findings align with established evidence of fluoride’s caries-protective effects and suggest broader applications for VR in exploring therapeutic interventions and training dental professionals.

This article analyzes how Alexander Feinberg approached the problem of artistic accuracy and freedom in the translation process. One of the main principles in translation theory, the question of the balance between fidelity to the text and the creative freedom of the translator, is studied on the example of Feinberg. He is shown by examples of what methodological approaches he used to translate Uzbek poetry into Russian, in which cases he remained faithful to the original and in which cases he chose a free translation path. His translations also analyze how poetic expression and rhythmic structure have changed.

 Behavioral genetics is an interdisciplinary science that studies the influence of genetic factors on the behavior of living beings. In animal husbandry, this area plays an important role, helping to optimize selection processes and improve animal welfare.  Genetic influence on animal behavior determines their stress resistance, adaptation to environmental conditions, as well as productive qualities such as growth, development and feed efficiency. Knowledge of animal behavioral characteristics allows for more accurate selection, ensuring better results in the production of meat, milk and other products. Research in behavioral genetics also contributes to improving animal welfare by minimizing stress and aggression, which in turn improves their health and productivity.

In particular, the customs of the Uzbek people associated with the birth of a baby, including the "cradle wedding", "chilla" and "naming" ceremonies, are highlighted. It also discusses the preservation of these values ​​​​in modern society and their adaptation to new forms. The article includes an analytical approach to the harmony of traditional and modern values ​​​​and their family and social significance.

 This article explores the ancient period of ecological history, focusing on issues related to archaeo-ecology in the territories of the Khorezm oasis, based on archaeological materials.

This article highlights the development of seismoground models based on seismological and geological-geomorphological research. Seismoground models play a crucial role in assessing the variations of seismic waves in soil layers of different depths and their impact on structures.Using computational methods, the amplitude-frequency characteristics of soil layers and the propagation velocities of seismic waves were determined. During the study, accelerograms of three earthquakes corresponding to real ground conditions were analyzed. Calculations conducted in the "ProShake" software resulted in the identification of the physical-mechanical and dynamic characteristics of soil layers.

The study substantiates the importance of forming professional ethics, pedagogical culture, and communicative competencies among physical education teachers. The research methodology includes empirical and theoretical methods such as pedagogical analysis, surveys, interviews, and observations to assess the level of deontological preparedness of future teachers.
