INVESTMENT PORTFOLIO THEORIES
The article analyzes the evolution of financial risk management models in the formation of an investment portfolio. The theory of G. Markowitz , the founder of the modern portfolio theory , and its main ideas were studied. Markowitz's scientific work was reviewed by his student W. Sharpe 's improved theory and the main differences between them, degrees of superiority and error. "Arbitrage price theory" of S.Ross, who made a significant contribution to portfolio theory , was studied, its different aspects from other models were analyzed. Nedosekin and Zaychenko, who developed the next portfolio theory, were discussed in the article "Uncertain set model". Also, investment portfolio optimization models, their advantages and disadvantages, and their differences are compared.
THE MAIN STAGES IN THE DEVOLEPMENT OF ETHNOGRAPHIC TOURS IN UZBEKISTAN
The article explains in detail the stages of organizing an ethnographic tour, as well as describesthe the peculiarities of organizing this type of tourism. features of organizing this type of tourism in detail. As the object of ethnographic tour in detail the tours organized in tourist villages of Uzbekistan, unique aspects of the tour: beautiful nature, ancient villages, guest houses, the customs of the local population are highlighted.
DIVERSITY IN CONSTRUCTION TEAMS: INVESTIGATING ITS IMPACT ON TEAM EFFECTIVENESS IN THE ASHANTI REGION
The construction industry is a context in which diverse teams are common, as construction projects require collaboration between professionals from various disciplines. However, the impact of diversity on team effectiveness in the construction industry has been the subject of much debate in the literature. This study aims to investigate the impact of diversity on team effectiveness in the construction industry in the Ashanti Region. Data were collected from 150 participants using a self-administered questionnaire. The results indicated a significant positive relationship between team diversity and team effectiveness. Specifically, teams with higher levels of diversity were perceived to be more effective in terms of communication, task completion, and overall satisfaction. However, the results also suggested that this relationship was moderated by certain factors, such as team size, task complexity, and project duration. These findings have practical implications for construction project managers and team leaders who need to manage diverse teams effectively.
EXPLORING INVESTMENT DECISIONS: A COMPARATIVE STUDY USING PROSPECT THEORY
This study explores the effectiveness of Prospect Theory in investment decisions. A sample of 100 participants with investment experience was divided into two groups: a traditional decision-making group and a Prospect Theory group. Both groups were presented with investment scenarios, and data was collected on the participants' investment decisions. The results revealed significant differences between the groups, with the Prospect Theory group more likely to invest in high-risk, high-reward assets and securities and to make decisions based on their perception of potential gains and losses. The findings suggest that Prospect Theory can be an effective tool for making investment decisions, but further research is needed to fully understand its applicability to different contexts and populations.

ENTERPRISING CAPABILITIES ACCORDING TO A HYPOTHESIS PERSPECTIVE FOR TEACHERS IN HIGHER LEARNING FOUNDATIONS

There is a growing body of evidence to back up the idea that people tend to be more inclined to take entrepreneurial actions and sometimes even become more successful entrepreneurs when they are exposed to education and training programs on the subject. The ongoing monetary real factors in many creating economies have undeniably constrained approach producers and the scholastics to put exceptionally high need on creating enterprising abilities and information through schooling. This paper aims to critically examine a number of related studies and the literature on entrepreneurial competencies and demonstrates how these competencies can be important and relevant for instructors of entrepreneurship courses in higher education institutions. In light of the surveyed related writings in the review, it was found that speakers should have fundamental pioneering capabilities for powerful educating to their understudies as well as to foster understudies' enterprising abilities and information which are viewed as important for new pursuit the board and new pursuit creation. The following three skills were found to be extremely important for instructors of entrepreneurship: attitudes, skills, and knowledge of entrepreneurship. It suggested that this area of examination ought to be expanded and speakers ought to foster their own abilities so understudies trying in business venture can know about them which can have more noteworthy possibilities in their enterprising achievement.
