Abstract

Маqоlada turli tarkibli tolalardan pnevmomexanik yigirish mashinasida  olingan iplarning fizik-mexanik xossalari tadqiq etilgan bo’lib,   bunda ipdagi tolalar tarkibi:   qaytimlardan 25% ikkilamchi tola+ 75% paxta tolasidan, 20%  ikkilamchi tola+80% paxta tolasidan,  30% ikkilamchi tola+70% paxta tolasidan, 15% ikkilamchi tola+85% paxta tolasidan bo’lgan iplarning xossasiga berilgan 400 br/m, 500 br/m, 600 br/m  buramlarning ta’siri  aniqlngan.

Аннотация.

Маqоlada turli tarkibli tolalardan pnevmomexanik yigirish

mashinasida olingan iplarning fizik-mexanik xossalari tadqiq etilgan bo’lib, bunda
ipdagi tolalar tarkibi: qaytimlardan 25% ikkilamchi tola+ 75% paxta tolasidan, 20%
ikkilamchi tola+80% paxta tolasidan, 30% ikkilamchi tola+70% paxta tolasidan,
15% ikkilamchi tola+85% paxta tolasidan bo’lgan iplarning xossasiga berilgan 400
br/m, 500 br/m, 600 br/m buramlarning ta’siri aniqlngan.


Аннотация.

В статье изучены физико-механические свойства пряжи,

полученной на пневмомеханической прядильной машине из волокон
различного состава, в этом выявлено влияние крутки 400 кр/м, 500 кр/м, 600
кр/м на свойства пряжи при составе пряжи: 25 % вторичное волокно + 75 %
хлопковое волокно, 20% вторичное волокна + 80% хлопковое волокно, 30%
вторичное волокно + 70% хлопковое волокно, 15% вторичное волокно + 85%
хлопковое волокно.


Yigirish korxonasida sifatli ip ishlab chiqarishda tolaning uzunligi, uzish kuchi

va chiziqli zichligi muhim ahamiyatga egadir. Tola qanchalik sifatli bo‘lsa, undan
talabga javob beradigan raqobatbardosh bo‘lgan sifatli ip ishlab chiqarish mumkin.
Uning uchun, xom ashyoni to‘g‘ri tanlash, qolaversa paxta tozalash korxonalarida
chigitli paxtani g‘aramda saqlash, quritish, tozalash, jinlash, tolasini tozalash
jarayonlarining optimal sharoitini yaratib berish lozim bo‘ladi.

Notekislik yigirish korxonasida ishlab chiqarish mahsulotlarining salbiy

xossalari bo‘lib, ko‘pincha korxonadagi texnik-iqtisodiy ko‘rsatkichlarga, hamda
ipning fizik-mexanik xossalariga salbiy ta’sir qiladi. Yigirish ishlab chiqarishidagi
mahsulotlarning notekisligini sinash va nazorat qilish muhim ahamiyatga ega bo‘lib,
notekislikni keltirib chiqarish sabablarini va vaqtini belgilab beradi. Yigirish
mashinalarida iplarni o‘rash va shakllanish vaqtidagi uzilishi qanchalik ko‘p bo‘lsa,
unda ipning notekisligi shunchalik yuqori bo‘ladi.

Tayyor mahsulotlarining sifatli bo‘lishi ko‘p jihatdan yigirilgan iplarning

qanchalik ravon ishlanishiga bog‘liq. Agar ipning notekisligi yuqori bo‘lsa, uning
solishtirma uzish kuchi kamayadi, demak, undan to‘qilgan matoning pishiqligi ham
kam bo‘ladi. Notekislikni kelib chiqishiga asosiy sabablardan biri, bu tolalar
aralashmasida konmponentlar miqdorining doimiy bo‘lmasligi, ularning yaxshi
aralashmaganligidir.

Iplarning asosiy ko‘rsatkichlariga uzish kuchi, solishtirma uzish kuchi, hamda

notekislik ko‘rsatkichlari kiradi.

Shu sababli, tikuvchilik korxonalarida sifatli va tannarxi arzon bo‘lgan

buyumlar ishlab chiqarishda avvalambor qiyqimlarni tashlab yubormasdan, ulardan
unumli foydalanish choralari ko‘rildi. Qiyqimlar qayta ishlangandan keyin tolani
titib, shtapel hosil qilindi. Tayyorlangan namunaning chiziqli zichligi, uzish kuchi,
solishtirma uzish kuchi, shtapel massa uzunligi va kalta tolalar miqdori laboratoriya
sharoitida aniqlandi.

Ikkilamchi tolaning chiziqli zichligi 171 mtex ni, uzish kuchi 3,7 sN ni, 21,6

sN/ tex ni, shtapel massa uzunligi 23,5 mm ni, kalta tolalar miqdori 25,4% ni tashkil
etdi.

Tikuvchilik buyumlari ishlab chiqarish jarayonida buyumni tayyorlash paytida

chiqadigan qiyqimlarni qayta ishlab, ikkilamchi tolalarga paxta tolasini aralashtirib,
iplar ishlab chiqarildi va olingan sinov natijalari 3.1-3.3-jadvallarda keltirildi.

Pnevmomexanik yigirish mashinasida qaytimlardan 25% ikkilamchi tola+75%

paxta tolacidan olingan ip, 20% ikkilamchi tola+80% paxta tolasidan olingan ip,
30% ikkilamchi tola+70% paxta tolasidan olingan ip, 15% ikkilamchi tola+85%
paxta tolasidan olingan buralishlar soni turlicha bo‘lgan iplarning fizik-mexanik
xossalarining o‘zgarishi quyidagi 1-3-jadvallarda keltirilgan.

Tadqiqot natijalari tahlilidan ko‘rinib turibdiki, tarkibida ikkilamchi tolalar

tarkibining kamayishi uzish kuchi 11,89% dan 21,3% ga oshdi, uzish kuchi bo‘yicha
variasiya koeffisiyenti 9,3% dan 32,27% gacha kamaydi, solishtirma uzish kuchi
10,88% dan 20,89% gacha, uzilishdagi uzayishi 4,1% dan 14,4% gacha oshdi,
uzilishdagi uzayishi bo‘yicha variasiya koeffisiyenti 3,9% dan 8,32% gacha
kamaydi.

Ba’zi bir tadqiqot ishlarida tiklangan tolalar ulushi 30%, 40%, 50% li

aralashmadan 250 tex bo‘lgan halqali usulda yigirilgan ipning sifat ko‘rsatkichlari
aniqlangan. Aralashmadagi tiklangan tolalar ulushi 30% dan 50% gacha oshganda
ipning pishiqligi 1962 sN dan 1009 sN gacha kamaydi. Pnevmomexanik yigirish
mashinasida 250 tex li ip olindi hamda sifat ko‘rsatkichlari aniqlandi. Bunda

Olib borilgan tadqiqot natijalaridan ko‘rinib turibdiki, 15% ikkilamchi

tola+85% paxta tolasidan olingan ipning uzish kuchi, solishtirma uzish kuchi boshqa
tarkibli aralashmalardan olingan iplarning ko‘rsatkichlariga nisbatan yuqori ekanligi
aniqlandi.
